I'm a middle-aged, mostly ex-lawyer who has time on her hands between family commitments.
Earlier in my life, I practiced in NY, DC and Pennsylvania representing an assortment of NASDAQ issuers in boutique to mid-size firms that had in common their ability to blow up at the worst possible time for me.
I do not expect to comment frequently, but I would like to have the opportunity to do so in the event that my education or experience has given me something worthwhile to contribute.
