Now that we have seen a preview of how the State Attorney Generals plan to whitewash all the mortgage fraud, forgery, perjury, false notarials, recording tax avoidance schemes and procedural circumventions of the TBTF Banks and mortgage service companies, we are left with this simple legal conundrum: How the fuck do you paper over the brilliant real estate title clusterfuck enabled by the fraudchitecture of the entire MERS electronic recording swindle?

POTUS Obanksta (the lawyer with tons of practical experience) is diligently pondering this very seemingly insoluble FUBAR as you read this post.

Fortunately an elegant solution is beginning to reveal itself. Congress will delegate all of its powers to accept States into the union to MERS.

From that point forward all Constitutional matters pertaining to State accession and secession as well as relative sovereign rights will be handled by duly appointed MERS deputy Vice Presidents, Assistant Secretaries and Certified Janitors.

All the States will thereupon be re-chartered on the MERS system with new names as indicated on the following map which serves as an Annex to the Settlement.

All matters pertaining to clouded real estate title and improperly executed fraudclosures will be immediately cleared as determined by the TBTF Banks and MERS in consultation with Ben Bernanke as long as he shall be alive and perhaps thereafter, without further appeal.
