POST RAPTURE...
Ok so it's the Monday morning after rapture and the big news? Greece is on the verge of EURO Judgement Day and a randy French pecker has transformed flaccid uncertainty into a new form of virility, I mean volatility...
Which brings me to the rooster joke. Last week I said this DSK situation sounds like the rooster joke. Now, after reports of other antics that fateful weekend allegedly involving other hotel staff and flight attendants, I feel compelled to tell the rooster joke for those who do not know it.
If you do know it, please don't tweet or post the punch line and spoil it for the others.
THE GaLLiC RooSTeR
A farmer notices that his prize Gallic rooster has been getting it on with all of the hens much too frequently and pulls the rooster aside: "You know, if you are not careful you are going to kill yourself. Take it easy, you are my prize Gallic rooster."
The rooster says: "Don't worry about it Sarko, I got it all under control!"
Next day, the farmer is on his tractor and sees the rooster going after all the cows. Again the farmer pulls the rooster aside and warns him not to fornicate himself to death.
Same response from the rooster: "Don't worry about it, no problemo."
This happens with all the other farm animals as well; the congressmen, the Piigs, the sheeple, Paul Krugman, even the bouncing dead cats, IPO dogs and the Goldman MDs.
Finally one day the farmer sees a vigilante of buzzards circling over a peripheral corner of the farm.
"I knew that Gallic rooster would do it sooner or later."
As he walks towards the Gallic rooster laying prostrate under the circling buzzards, the rooster suddenly pops his head up and says:
Shhhhhhh, they're coming closer.
Now, irony of all ironies, it turns out this guy DSK guy is sort of the lynched mop, I mean lynch pin, of the Euro bailout factory.
And this naughty bailout boy...
Is going to have to pull all the stops.
