The Trump White House is currently on a collision course with the US Federal Reserve (the Fed).

There are over $10 Trillion in $USD shorts in the system. The Fed screwed up.

QT increases from $30 billion to $50 billion per month this month.

Warning:  Fed's QT program will increase from $30B to $50B next month.

The last two times China devalued the Yuan like this, stocks dropped 11% and 12% in five sessions.

What the Powell Fed chooses could very well mean we crash now.

If this issue becomes systemic, the S&P 500 could drop to 2,300.

Put simply, the market is discounting that Fed policy is going to crush the economic expansion.

If the Fed doesn't figure this out soon, we could very well see the carnage of the Emerging Markets space spread into the S&P 500.

When seven rate hikes over two years is "accommodative" you know inflation is BAD.

The Fed meets today, and whatever happens will be a BIG “tell” for the rest of the year.

Inflation is now strong enough that even the heavily massaged CPI metric is showing it well above 2%.

The Fed has only shrunken its balance sheet by less than 3% and already it’s creating a crisis in the emerging market space.

Time for a pullback.
