In Heated Interview, Putin Says "Ask The State Department About Soros"

Russian president Vladimir Putin gave a tense interview to Austria's ORF television channel which at times got so heated, he spoke in German to ask host Armin Wolf to let him finish his answers.

The interview was held ahead of Putin's Tuesday meeting with Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz and Vice-Chancellor Heinz-Christian Strache during a trip to Vienna, the first since Putin's March inauguration to his second consecutive term (and fourth term in total).

After several interruptions by Wolf, Putin asked the host to "be patient," before switching to Wolf's mother tongue of German to ask him to put a cork in it. “Seien Sie so nett, lassen Sie mich etwas sagen (Please be so kind as to let me say something),” said Putin.

When the topic of troll farms came up, Putin said that Moscow "has nothing to do" with them, adding that claims by Western media that a single Russian businessman, Yevgeny Prigozhin, was able to influence the US election.

Prigozhin and Putin are associates, however Putin said he has no knowledge of his online activities. The Russian president then brought up George Soros as an example of the double standards being applied to those accused of meddling in foreign affairs.

"There are rumors circulating now that Mr. Soros is planning to make the Euro highly volatile," Putin said quoted by RT.  "Experts are already discussing this. Ask the [US] State Department why he is doing this. The State Department will say that it has nothing to do with them - rather it is Mr. Soros' private affair. With us, it is Mr. Prigozhin's private affair. This is my answer. Are you satisfied with it?"

Putin said that Russia has been blocked from participating in the ongoing international investigation into the 2014 downing of flight MH17, which Russia has been recently blamed for. Russian experts "have been denied access to the investigation," said Putin, while Russia's arguments are "not taken into consideration" because nobody "is interested in hearing us out."

Ukraine, meanwhile, has been given access to the probe.

North Korea

On North Korea, Putin says that the prospect of a full-scale military conflict with Pyonyang would be "dreadful," considering that the two nations are neighbors - and some North Korean nuclear test sites are located near the Russian border.

Although Russia “pins great hopes on the personal meeting between [US] President Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un,” the path to the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula is a “two-way road,” Putin explained. “If the North Korean leader is backing up his intentions with practical actions, for example, giving up new tests of ballistic missiles, new nuclear tests, the other side should reciprocate in a tangible manner,” he said, calling regular US military drills in the area “counterproductive.” -RT

During perhaps the most heated moment in the interview, Putin was asked under what conditions Russia would hand Crimea back to Ukraine, to which the Russian president firmy stated: “There are no such conditions and there can never be.”

Crimeans overwhelmingly voted to rejoin Russia in a hotly contested 2014 vote that the West considers illegitimate and rigged. Putin stressed that the annexation happened after an "unconstitutional armed coup" in Kiev, and it was the Crimeans who decided their own fate.

“Crimea gained independence through the free will of the Crimeans, expressed in an open referendum, not as a result of an invasion by Russian forces.” -Vladimir Putin

Following the annexation, Putin said “the first thing we did was increase our contingent to guard our Armed Forces, our military facilities, because we immediately saw that they were being threatened,” adding that the mostly Russian population in Crimea "sensed danger, when trains started bringing aggressive nationalists there, when buses and personal vehicles were blocked, people naturally wanted to protect themselves.”

"The first thing that occurred was to restore the rights that Ukraine itself had issued by granting Crimea autonomy."

Topless Putin

Once the conversation settled down, Putin was asked about his famous bare-chested photos from various vacations and outdoor activities - to which the Russian president replied: “You said ‘half-naked’ not ‘naked,’ thank God,” Putin joked. “When I am on vacation I see no need to hide behind the bushes, and there is nothing wrong with that.

Of course, where would we be without photoshop?

The interviewer tried to nail Putin a few times but didn't know he is the real deal. In the end the choreography of questions is mostly mundane and dull and meant to be destabilizing but nothing gave in.

The little bonus is this assertion about Soros and the euro, as well as his relationship with the state department, proving between the lines that Russia too can tap conversations, most likely on US soil, or through their satellites. Would be interesting if confirmed. This is asymmetric warfare made symmetric for once.

This alone will drive Americans crazy and paranoid. That was the real nugget, and message to America and Soros because it is inconceivable that Putin gives vanity interviews without any preconceived intent.

Soros is in the crosshair, but this will not help Snowden...

And this meine Damen und Herren, is the western German-language based media.

So egregiously one sided and bought off by (((them))) be lucky you cannot understand the language.

I wish Putin would name the Jew in an appearance such as this, and if no other reason say something along the lines of:

"Russia has built its defensive strategy, foreign policy, monetary policy and domestic policy over the past few centuries on the assumption that it borders on its west Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Finland and host of other European countries. However, as I look at immigration inflows and then compare the birthrates of these new people with the domestic population, it's becoming quickly apparent that in the next 50 years ... if nothing changes dramatically ... Russia will border bo longer Europe, but a caliphate of sorts, armed with nuclear weapons. This for Russia, a Christian nation, is completely unacceptable. If our European partners cannot get this under control and soon, we will be forced to do it for them."

The look on that cockgobbler's face after a statement like this would be amazing.

There are only two scripts that bring you to "Trump is a puppet."

1) They wanted him there, which doesn't explain the constant negative press/investigation.

2) He is a puppet for those that would topple this Keynesian usury nightmare. Which bothers me not a tickle.

The Trump puppet people somehow dismiss the fact that he literally beat the entire world to win that election.

As I am fond of saying...we are in the beginning stages of a great pivot away from the Sunni Arab world and old EU alliances and toward Iran and Russia.

Russia-gate was an effort to destabilize or postpone this effort.

How about this:

No matter who won, the wars would continue, the Fed would continue to issue the public currency as a private loan at interest, and Vichy Washington would continue to kiss the ass of batshit Likud Israel with little regard to American national interests.

While everyone focused on Red v Blue team, transgender bathrooms, and a manufactured nahtzee panic, globalist bankers, war profiteers, and Israel Firster quislings controlled all sides.

If Trump was the real deal, he would have exposed 911. 10,000 Israelis and Zionists would be executed.

But Trump is a New York crypto-Jew and he has always been a Jewish Mafia money launderer... Roy Cohn his mentor never dirtier. Sheldon Adelson won him the election, a Jewish casino billionaire.

And then there is the most damning Wilbur Ross...

Enter Wilbur Ross, billionaire bond trader portrayed by the Illuminati financial media as an “independent investor”.   In fact, in 1992 Ross was heading Rothschild Inc.’s bankruptcy advising team, which represented bondholders who were threatening to foreclose on Donald’s house of cards.

Ross saw how Trump had the ability to sway masses of people, something certainly not missed by his bosses at Rothschild.  So he struck a sweetheart bankruptcy deal for Trump, where he would relinquish a 50% stake in his Atlantic City, NJ Taj Mahal casino in return for better debt terms and a Presidency to be named later.

Rothschild and their City of London partners in crime, not only got a new East Coast money laundering center in Atlantic City.  They now had their straw man Trump by the balls.

Later Ross would partner with Jared Kushner in buying commercial properties in New York through Invesco.  Jared married Trump’s daughter Ivanka, who prior to that had been dating Lord Jacob Rothschild’s son Nat.  Ross got behind Trump’s candidacy and would later be named Commerce Secretary.…

If I was an American I certainly would have voted for Trump as he appeared on the social conservative and national sovereignty side of the fence as opposed to the galloping globalism and cultural Marxism of Obama and Clinton. Certainly a far better choice. Unfortunately, once elected it became apparent that he was very much the prisoner of the MIC and the deep state who obviously facilitated his victory. Alternatively, except for some moves in the social-conservative direction, which many people in and out of the government think are necessary to save the nation domestically, it is equally likely he was not sincere about ending the amoral, brutal and illegal regime-change, nation-deconstruction operations in other sovereign nations, principally for bankster and corporate interests.

In foreign relations, no matter how you cut it, Trump is not in charge. Except for righting trade deficits and trying to halt offshoring, if he agrees with what he and his nation are doing with regime-change operations, then he fooled many of his supporters in getting elected, and perhaps instead of being a puppet, he is just a phony. If, for example in Syria, he does not agree with what his nation has been doing and continues to do, then he is a puppet. Does not matter what we call him. What matters is simply exposing what is going on. Every time he makes a BS move, then people who care about what is really right should expose and oppose him.

Sadly, the truth is the United States relies on military manufacturing at this point for economic survival. There is little to no domestic demand for manufactured products made within the United States. It's all imported from slave labor communist and socialist countries. That is why it seems like every President is in the MIC pocket. It's literally the only thing left propping up the economy.

I voted for Trump, and would vote for Trump again.   We had to consider the alternative.   Hillary Clinton  was, is, and always will be completely unacceptable.

The real problem is that it is no longer possible for an honest man to ever be elected to the presidency.   An independent might be elected if he is sufficiently wealthy to fund his own campaign, otherwise it will be a front man puppet such as Obama.   To a large degree our presidents are not elected, they are selected.   Even if an honest man were elected he would quickly find, as has Trump, that what he can do is very limited.  The Deep State owns the swamp and they are not about to permit anyone to drain it.

What can we do about this short of open revolt?   I have no idea.

We will have the important factors answered if he follows through on the fat cats Asset Forfeiture to repatriate the gold and to jail the ones who stole it.

He will lose all credibility if the 35,000 sealed indictments do not have the fat cats on the list. Something is definitely different when 400 prosecutors have been added to the Calvary.

Did the interviewer really think Putin would care if Soros launched and attack on the Euro?

As an old Cold Warrior I had to chuckle at the only flub by Czar Vlad I - because nobody "is interested in hearing us out."

Yeah...that old "poor me" easily bruised Russian ego...I don't know if that will ever get bred out.  Would have been better leaving that unsaid.

Interesting to note how Soros is being made more of a public hate figure recently.  He was used to working behind the scenes (so to speak) and creating his mayhem without much visibility.  But the name Soros is now synonymous with 'interference' that many of the general public know and understand.

Because he's now been 'outed' he'll have to work faster to get his plans into action so expect some massive changes in a short period of time - or he'll become the target for someone wanting to get rid of him.  Something I suspect many people will be rooting for.

Oh how the liberal progressives make us help the poor and hate elitist Hamptons rich people, right?

Look up his son's doings. Especially the ones with Bill & Hill and the foundation.…

The son of liberal billionaire financier George Soros donated $650,000 to Democratic campaigns and committees last year, according to Federal Election Commission records.

Alexander Soros, Soros's son and managing partner of Soros Brothers Investments, has quietly stepped up as a major liberal donor but has remained relatively obscure due to his father garnering much of the media attention in the family.

Soros also gave thousands to the campaigns of Democratic Sens. Claire McCaskill (Mo.), Bob Casey (Pa.), Amy Klobuchar (Minn.), Kirsten Gillibrand (N.Y.), Jon Tester (Mont.), and Chris Murphy (Conn.), among others.

Alex has posted pictures of himself on social media day drinking with Democratic leadership, including Sen. Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.), the Daily Caller reported last year.

"Always great to catch up with senator @chuckschumer who has seized the moment as the head of the #democrats in the #senate and masterfully helped preserve the assault on our nations values and #democracy! Thank you Chuck! #chuckschumer #legend #opposition  #dumptrump,", Soros's Instagram caption reads.

I watched it too. If you compare his patient, methodical answers, based on fact (IMO) to those of every US/EU NATO leader, then you see why he is demonized by the parasitoid corporate fascists and their media. They covet Russia's resources and are desperate to control them, having brought us to the brink of nuclear war in threatening Russian with troops, weapons, war games and missiles  on its border. Imagine what would have happened if the geography were the borders of the US and Canada and Mexico. It is possible that Putin's patience will be taken as weakness, especially in Syria and Ukraine. At some point he will have to give an order to respond militarily, if he doesn't respond, then the parasitoid corporate fascists will commit a full scale military assault in an area of conflict of their choice.

A parasitoid is an organism that lives in close association with its host and at the host's expense, and which sooner or later kills it.

The same tired narrative. “The meanie faggot west is going to penetrate the ass of virgin mother Russia! Look! They have 30,000 troops on our eight billion mile border! Oh My GOD!!”

The West has about as much interest in a war with Russia as I do in watching Hillary get sloppy with Roseanne. And exponential less than that in anything remotely resembling an invasion. This whole meme is just absurdist theater.

20 years ago the US had 300,000 troops in Europe. Today it is about 60,00 TOTAL, everywhere. So tell me again how we are planning an invasion?? If Vlad would stop invading countries, there would be even fewer. But our friends there would prefer not to be defenseless against an expansionist fascist. Been there. Done that.

Remind me of the times the US has invaded Russia, again? Now, remind me of the times Russia has invaded ALL OF EASTERN EUROPE. Oh riiigghhhhhtttt.

Vlad is one cold dude. He has a great rap. His philosophy is a little heavy on the Armageddon sauce for my taste, but hey, the guy stuffs a mean ballot box, if you know what I mean. He is in great shape. Those $10,000 Brioni suits look sharp on him. Manly man. Kudos. But honestly, top insulting our intelligence. Just do what you do, and cut out the bitchy whining. Despot gonna despot. Fascist gonna fascist. The only people dumbass enough to buy the whole “poor innocent Russia” act are.. dumb innocent Russians.

I don't know what you mean about the Russians playing "poor and innocent." All they have done is shed Communism and adopt Capitalism sine the collapse of the Soviet Union. There was a brief segue with Jeffrey Sachs and his Wall Street buddies trying to loot Russia while they were flat on their backs, and then the Yeltsin Kleptocrat phase with Russian oligarchs grabbing anything not nailed down. Putin came in and began cleaning house and now Russia is back to at least calling the shots in their own sphere of influence.

It's the Wall Street and London crew fomenting havoc around the world as they try to maintain their post WWII hegemony and resource looting. The big crime to them is that the Russians are capable Capitalists and Wall Street and London hate the idea of having to compete with anyone as equals. Thus the Russians are bad guys bullshit and the so very 1984 daily minute of hate directed at Putin.

You call him a despot and a fascist. How about he is a typical Russian leader in the strongman cast that Russians have lived with since the days of the Tsars. You would prefer he would be like our Presidents who followed the murdered Kennedy, owned by Wall Street and the military-bankers complex? So our Presidents pretend to be working on behalf of the American people while committing unspeakable acts against this planet's inhabitants. The US and the transatlantic allies use a facade of voting and spout off about democracy while enabling a corporatist fascist system that loots our standard of living. Our governments are every bit as despotic and fascististic that you accuse Putin as being.
