The cliché is that choices become actions, actions become habits, and habits become our character. This makes sense. One problem is that life now moves so quickly, and we make so many decisions in a day, and with such little thought, that we can easily find ourselves exhibiting actions, habits, and character that we never intended. To try to avoid this, I have found it helpful to collect some of life's signposts, so that I might better recognize when I am at a crossroads, and be more aware of the choices I am making. This is an easy way to try to live life with more intention. I hope that you give it a try.
