Visualizing Guam's Strategic Importance To The US

In apparent response to Trump's promise of "fire and fury" in the event of any threat to the United States from North Korea, Pyongyang has said it is "carefully examining" a plan to attack the U.S. Territory of Guam, saying they will engulf the island with an "enveloping fire".

As well as being home to over 162 thousand people, Statista's Martin Armstrong notes that Guam is of key strategic importance to the U.S. military.

You will find more statistics at Statista

With a large proportion of the 544km² occupied by the Andersen Air Force Base in the north, home to rotating deployments of B-1, B-2 and B-52 strategic bombers, and a naval base in the west, it is understandable why the island is sometimes referred to as America's 'permanent aircraft carrier'.

In terms of personnel, as of March 31, Guam was home to 4,290 active duty Army, Navy and Air Force personnel, 1,739 National Guard/Reserves, as well as 2,133 APF civilians.

This NK BS is pretty funny.  Trump has yet another chance to break the mold and bust out of fifty years of random insanity, accepted by all as 'normal'.Fuck their 'normal'.  Straighten shit out.  Let crazy people be crazy, and possibly dead.  Let the powerful be inconvenienced....oh and also possibly dead.Just stop with the bullshit charades.   We have work to do.Nukes, interest rates, domestic spying.....all the same.Just fucking stop it, or stop the people behind it.

Why take out the "gas station", when they can take out the "refinery"?  The US itself. To hell with nuking just a city.  Set off an EMP or two over the US, and it's lights out for months or years.Bye-bye 'Murican lifestyle, forever. And bye-bye BIS's Blockchain - the "One Coin to rule them all."(p.s. The MIC is using the manufactured NK crisis as a pretext to increase space-based weapons for "defense". Which will be used against the real foes: China and Russia).

North Korea is a chinese russian trap so the US spends trillions of $ there, weakens the US military and destroy whats left of US reputation when millions die.North Korea will be sacrificed... but the US will be done as a superpower once this is over.

Guam was never decolonized by the US, captured in an ilegal war with Spain the natives were never really given a choice. Of course the perks one gets with the American passport was enticing to many. Now this may well come back to haunt them. Instead of being a US military hub it could just be another sleepy Pacific backwater attracting tourists from Asia. Despite everything,  doubt Guam will be nuked, if anything it would be a false flag. We've seen that happen before in the Pacific Rim.

Guam is lucky to be a territory and most locals know it. It's the trading hub of Micronesia. Everything passes through Guam. Outside of Guam nothing goes on except some tourist scuba diving in Palau, other than that, domestic abuse and drunkenness. Guam is not only extremely important to the USA, but to Japan, and more importantly Micronesia.

I remember a lot of guy were encountering trannys when we landed there, but I never made it off the beach on account of the booze, before we had to leave in a hurry. Beautiful island of degenerates, because the good ones leave.

That's all they want, my eureka flag flying friend: Destruction. You get the opportunity to obey and hire their mercenaries but if you say "no, we want our freedom" then you will be destroyed. We have known this kind of bully before, Napolean, Hitler, Stalin, Queen Victoria - they all had to leave, some were dispatched. We shouldn't be too hung up on the Americans, ignoring bullies is always the best. In the meantime we don't like throwing them bones, i.e. look at the labels and just don't buy American if you have an alternative.

Of cause you are right. The biggest obsticle though is our elected leaders inability to break away from the US. Here in Oz they have set the liklihood of a 'terrorist attack' as probable. Not bad for a country with no enemies except for the ones we create. Our politicians should be ashamed for allowing this to happen but we all know they are petrified of what happened to Goff Whitlam happening to them. Perhaps it is time to raise the flag of stars once again.

A TU-154 is a Russian civilian airliner, made by the Tupolev company. It's kind of similar to a Boeing 727, right down to the engine on each side of the fuselage and one in the extreme tail with a duct in the vertical stabilizer. Doubt the "buzz" job was anything other than a plane departing one of the airports in D.C., namely Dulles. Other than that, I think he's been on crystal meth too much.

"Coordinate system PZ-90 is the earth coordinate system. The definition of this coordinate system meets the criteria outlined in the PZ-90: - it’s geocentric, the center of mass is determined for the entire Earth, including oceans and atmosphere; - size corresponds to the current state of knowledge about the values of the speed of light, geocentric gravitational constant, and the precision of satellite laser ranging; - orientation corresponds to the recommendations of the International Earth Rotation Service (IERS) and the International Bureau of time (BIH); - time evolution in orientation will not create a residual global rotation with respect to the Earth's crust (the zero rate of rotation relative to ITRF2000); - It is fixed on the Earth surface by the points of space geodetic network - PZ-90 is a geodesic basis for GLONASS system and is used to provide satellite orbital flights and navigation solutions. Users receive directly PZ-90 from GLONASS." In plain English, "zeroing in on target". More at

That 7th fleet probably has about 50 ships coming in and out of Guam.  If anything went down everything would activate.  Pearl Harbor, South Korea, Yokosuka, Kanagawa, Indonesia, San Diego, Washington bases.  Specwar out of San Diego and a lot of other high end shit comes in and out of there all the time.  Really expensive and secret hardware comes in and out of Guam.  They have weird little subs go down out there that they don't say much about.  They of course have a submarine squadron out there (USS Chicago, USS Key West, USS Oklahoma, USS Topeka, USS Frank Cable, three big coast guard ships, EOD, Seabees (the Navy keeps wanting to privatize the Seabees probably so somebody can rob some money through contracts.  So they probably wouldn't mind losing them.)It would be a perfect Pearl Harbor if they wanted, where they could choose not to lose much if everything is out to sea.  The opposite of what they did for the Pearl Harbor attack but enough to get shit going if they wanted to.  The more you look at what we have going on in Asia the more it doesn't look like enough.  Asia will probably be where the empire falls.  All these various Asians have been watching what is going on the ME and it's just a matter of time before they start defecting to one day live with freedom and prosperity.  Guam will go down eventually.  It's a main outpost of a floundering empire.  Maybe they will start some shit and blame the economic collapse on NK and Trump.
