San Francisco Begins Registering Non-Citizens To Vote In Local Elections

The San Francisco Department of Elections issued voter registration forms for non-citizens, including undocumented migrants, who are now eligible to vote for members of the SF Board of Education during the November elections, making the city the first in the state to allow non-citizens to vote in local elections.

The measure to allow non-citizens over the age of 18 to vote narrowly passed in 2016 in a vote of 54-46 percent following two failed attempts. In order to cast their ballot, however, non-citizens must also be city residents and have at least one child under the age of 19.

Prospective voters can request a non-citizen voter registration form in-person at the Department of Elections, online or by phone. The deadline to register is October 22nd. Those who miss the deadline can visit the City Hall Voting Center to register and vote under conditional voter registration. -ABC7

“This is no-brainer legislation,” Hillary Ronen, a San Francisco supervisor, told the Chronicle. “Why would we not want our parents invested in the education of their children?”

“We want to give immigrants the right to vote,” Norman Yee, also a county supervisor, told KGO.

RNC member Harmeet Dhillon disagrees with the measure.

“The reason I voted against it is that I think the right to vote is something that goes along with citizenship and should be,” Dhillon told KGO, adding that the school board is already obligated to look out for the interests of all children in the city.

"I don't think that people who have otherwise tenuous ties to San Francisco given their lack of legal residence should be making long term decisions about that structure and process," said Dhillon.

The measure allowing non-citizen voting expires in 2022 unless it is renewed by the board of supervisors.

Boston too?

Last week, the Boston City Council discussed the the idea of voting rights for non-US citizens living in the country legally.

The hearing called by Council President Andrea Campbell is aimed at a discussion on how to make city elections "more inclusive" for the roughly 190,000 foreign-born residents of the city, who would be allowed the right to vote in municipal races.

That could include legal permanent residents, visa holders and those on Temporary Protected Status or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.

Foreign-born residents account for around 28% of Boston's population according to Campbell's order, which claims non-US citizens paid $116 million in local and state taxes, while generating over $3.4 billion in spending according to a 2015 city report.

Thomas Chittum warned us.

No reason to obey ANY so-called “laws” CA enacts.  Foreigners are deciding what happens to you, to your loved ones, and to your property - you were never consulted and you never agreed, much less submitted, to the process.

Can Mexicans decide my taxes for me?  Of course not, they do not represent me.  I am not Mexican.

Can Chinese tell me what I may own, eat, drink, or smoke - no.  I am not Chinese.

Welcome to the Era of Anything Goes.

This is just straight up illegal.

Can’t be a rat because I was never a part of anything of that sort. I said no when dipshit approached me in the middle of the desert. Said no and walked away. You know this already because the SF dude was standing right there watching me. He followed me all the way up here from the desert. He was living not a block from that house. You’re being watched all the time. I am under constant surveillance. If you know who I am then you know why.

I said no to the intel agencies, I said no to the mob, I said no to the cartels. I even said no to the leftist other assorted people. I am not interested in you.

I said no to all of that. I don’t care what you think of me, you’re not helping me in any way. You’re leeching off me. Go away from me. Just turn your punk asses around, and walk away.

Quit playing your silly little kid games with your remote buzz boxes and triggers. Just walk away, I already did once.

Why are they registering when they already vote by not having registration and id check at the voting booth?

This is another attempt to normalize illegal activity.

California’s state motto should be lifted from ms13. The dems should use it too: “Kill. Rape. Control.”

Ultimately, that’s what they’re working for.

Pretty much shows their intentions all along.  When they saw they couldnt get a liberal in the white house to give all these illegals citizenship, they decided to stack the ballot boxes at the local level by letting illegals vote hoping the precedent eventually climbs up the electorate ladder.  Hey cause if you dont want to vote for some shitty liberal candidates they can find some poor illegal folks they can give some cans of food to and a Tshirt to vote for them and legitimize with illegitimates.

Repeat after me, Illegal Allien!

That's too difficult for "progressive" Libtards to understand. In their heads (well, actually there isn't much there) they believe in some unicorn notion that we are all people and that therefore borders should not exist. The concept that a State cannot be a State without borders doesn't register with them.

And Trump should get some benefit from all the Russiagate BS by insisting that names must be on the electoral role, should be checked and recorded against a photo ID and all elections should use paper ballots. You know, to deter those Pesky Russkies!!

they are enabling “Russian agents” to vote!

Does anyone see the hypocrisy in complaining about foreign meddling in elections then turning around and letting foreigners vote???

FUCK these America hating motherfuckers and their motherfucking disgusting pedophile party.

It goes without saying that all of California is deteriorating at various rates depending upon location.

And it is abundantly obvious that it has to be broken up into several states since Sacramento has been overtaken by anarchists and degenerates who are destroying institutional infrastructure.

Then after running up bills for extremely destructive anti social behavior that they have codified as socially acceptable, and indeed lawful, they expect the rest of America to pick up the tab for the ghastly results of their reckless decisions.

They are like teenagers on crack tearing down the highway without regard for anyone else.

The only way they can get away with this is by getting their grubby hands on Swamp money -- that is, ripping off the taxpayers again.

Their has to be a way to tie Constitutionally unlawful decisions to money, thus depriving the scammers of ability to destroy.

There is no point in trying to reason with them, they are too far off the rails and beyond discussion.

They really do have some kind of mental disorder.

Forget about Democrats fixing this voter fraud.  Verifiable paper ballots with ID and proof of citizenship would be RACIST, therefore we will never get them as long as Democrats have any power.  Never mind that Guyana requires ID + proof of citizenship + an address check.  Guyanans can't be racist  because they aren't white.

Not sure this specific instance is illegal.  State officials set the rules for state elections, federal officials for federal elections, and local officials for local elections.

This is about local elections, and I can’t see a judge wanting to touch this issue.  Everybody’s entitled to pick their own poison.

Unlawful perhaps but it will be codified into the legal statutes and enforced. Go very carefully read and study how the California state codifications are organized and layered.  Then suspend all preconceptions and normalcy bias and carefully read the statute governing who is eligible to vote in the state.

If you are a property owner and pay property taxes YOU are paying for these brats to obtain a free education and free lunch. They shouldn't be in school. That is an excellent question. Try showing up in another country, with your kids, and dumping them in the local school as a US citizen and see how long it takes for you, and your spawn, to be deported.

That's because the true objective is using illegals, preferably the dumbest motherfuckers they can find, to destroy America, the only true impediment to world communist dictatorship. None of these Marxist shitbags in power actually give a flying fuck about the illegals themselves. They're merely implements of destruction.

IRS should be Al a carte.  what ever the people want funded should get funded, and we should all get free firearms.  Decrease gov funding / IRS to %5 of personal income, and of that %5, I get to decide: %1 must go to one of a few (2-3) voted on admin platforms, with the rest all electives. Eliminate the lobbyists and poli-motivated media. Vote once daily on your cell on things that matter to you, and check the results on the nightly news.  We don't need no stinking big government.

Ill start it: I vote YES

I just clicked on this article, Skateboarder.  My wife and I have our heads in our hands.  Somebody else said, "you must be able to stop it..."  I really can't think of any way to.  We can't send our daughter to most of the schools here because she'd be going to the Yucatan Peninsula.  If all none of the parents have any education, it rubs off on the kids and then our kid gets a terrible education...

It's just too much.

My dad settled us down in Cupertino to raise his kids because of the good skools there (we live in San Jo these days). The old guard has passed my friend - I was the last generation to be taught by a mostly boomer aged people, and they passed on good values. It's mostly a younger crowd now.

If you can afford it, send your daughter to a private skool. South Bay has some good ones - St. Francis, Archbishop Mitty, Challenger, Kings Academy, Bellarmine, etc. Harker has always had more than a college-tuition pricetag.

Marin has good public skools of mostly white kids. South Bay is mostly Indians and Chinese in the good skools, and they compete hard. If you're with white people or asians in general, you're in good academic company.

Perhaps I will register to vote there.  I live on the other side of the world but I can't see why that would be a problem.  I have no interest in emigrating there but I can't see how that would be a problem either.  Can we do a postal thingy?

Correct me if I am wrong, you only have to be there long enough to register to vote?  So now to prove voter fraud you have to prove the name does not exist anywhere in the world or hunt down the person anywhere in the world and prove they did not vote, did not want to vote etc?

I assert this stunt is not really about allowing illegals to vote but is actually about making it almost impossible to prove that the voters did not exist at all.

This is the "incubation" period for these policies before the effort goes completely viral, just like the instigation promoting "marriage" for queers. Seemingly uncoordinated, spontaneous, and isolated instances, almost like a signal to the rest of the proletariat to make a widespread advance.

On the other hand, what alternative does the bolshi have? They've been kicked out of every country on the globe, save one: The USSA. They lose here, and they're forever done. There's no refuge left, so they're desperate and therefore extremely dangerous.

Got it. Had to check, he was the guy that wrote the book, "Civil War Two."

This is what he wrote about Commiefornia. In 2010:’s-holocaust-how-california-riots-will-turn-into-actual-civil-war-in-the-usa/

His post from today is interesting. A young white woman confronts a noisy neighbor. Ends up losing her job.…
