Everything We're Doing Now Was Planned BEFORE 9/11

George Washington's picture

Washington’s Blog

We've been told that 9/11 changed everything.

Is it true?

Let's look at the facts:

  • The Afghanistan war was planned before 9/11 (see this and this)
  • The Patriot Act was planned before 9/11. Indeed, former Counter Terrorism Czar Richard Clarke told Stanford law professor Lawrence Lessig:

After 9/11 the government drew up the Patriot Act within 20 days and it was passed.   The
Patriot Act is huge and I remember someone asking a Justice
Department official how did they write such a large statute so
quickly, and of course the answer was that it has been sitting in the drawers of the Justice Department for the last 20 years waiting for the event where they would pull it out.

    (4:30 into this video).

  • Cheney dreamed of giving the White House the powers of a monarch long before 9/11
  • Cheney
and Rumsfeld actively generated fake intelligence which exaggerated
the threat from an enemy in order to justify huge amounts of military
spending long before 9/11. And see this
  • The decision to threaten to bomb Iran was made before 9/11
  • It was known long before 9/11 that torture doesn't work to produce accurate intelligence ... but is an effective way to terrorize people

9/11 didn't change anything. It was simply an excuse to implement existing plans.

Bonus for ZH readers: U.S. government officials admit that America carried out false flag terror before 9/11.

'Modern finance' a.k.a. The Fed, was installed by a handful of congress-critters on Christmas Eve 1913.

9/11 did change one thing for me: Before it happened, my family and friends and I roughly agreed about the facts of contemporary history and the nature of political life. Now it's just me and very few friends who believe our lying eyes, vs. everyone else. And this is not just about the specific events of 9/11 either. Politicians of both parties now look to me like nothing more than "good" and "bad" professional wrestlers. When an old friend goes on and on about Obama this or Cheney that, all I can think of is Hulk Hogan and Andre the Giant. I just can't offer an opinion about that kiddie stuff, because it's such an obvious fake and doesn't matter in the slightest who "wins" or how. The show is about getting everyone to pay up and sit down, and the rest is just fluff.

They seem to have similar feelings about anything I say about scarce resources or central banks, too. It's surreal, sometimes.

That's happening because you're reading too many posts like this one from GW. Normal people don't see things this way. If you talk about this stuff in public you'll get plenty of weird looks and a lot of personal space. ZH is good for many things, but the extreme edges of it are not healthy.

The Oxford English Dictionary defines "normal" as "conforming to a standard". Another possible definition is that "a normal" is someone who conforms to the predominant behavior in a society. This can be for any number of reasons such as simple imitative behavior, deliberate or inconsistent acceptance of society's standards, fear of humiliation or rejection, etc.

Normal does not mean correct Ray

2Al + Fe2O3 = Al2O3+ 2Fe (molten iron), ΛH = - 853.5 kJ/mole

Thermite contains its own supply of oxygen and so the reaction cannot be smothered, even with water. Use of sulfur in conjunction with the thermite, for example in thermate, will accelerate the destructive effect on steel, and sulfidation of structural steel was indeed observed in some of the few recovered members from the WTC rubble, as reported in Appendix C of the FEMA report. (FEMA, 2002; see also here)

On the other hand, falling buildings (absent incendiaries such as thermite) have insufficient directed energy to result in melting of large quantities of metal; any particles of molten metal somehow formed during collapse will not coalesce into molten pools of metal!

The government reports admit that the building fires were insufficient to melt steel beams -- then where did the molten metal pools come from?

Metals expert Dr. Frank Gayle (working with NIST) stated:

Your gut reaction would be the jet fuel is what made the fire so very intense, a lot of people figured that’s what melted the steel. Indeed it did not, the steel did not melt.

(Field, 2005; emphasis added.)

And in an a fact sheet released in August, 2006, NIST states:

“In no instance did NIST report that steel in the WTC towers melted due to the fires.”
http://wtc.nist.gov/pubs/factsheets/faqs_8_2006.htm

None of the official reports tackles the mystery of the molten metal pools. Yet this is clearly a significant clue to what caused the Towers and WTC 7 to collapse. So an analysis of the composition of the previously-molten metal is required by a qualified scientific panel. This could well become an experiment crucis.

Ray,

You're dealing with shallow minded dupes. It intrigues me how a ridiculous alleged conspiracy involving thousands of people, with NO DISSENTS, is so readily swallowed whole by the Truthers. And how Barbara Olsen, best-selling author and wife of then-Solicitor General of the USA, Ted Olsen, goes down in the plane that hit the Pentagon, and she has never been heard from since. The silence of the Truthers is deafening on that one. Ms. Olsen had been a WEEKLY personality on national television until her plane went down. I guess she was in on the plot--LOL.

Some people so desperately ache to believe that their country first conspired to mass murder thousands of its own citizens, and then followed through with a spectacular collaboration that was pulled off without a hitch. A mass murder that, had there been even ONE dissent,--- only one person among hundreds or thousands, who decided they'd rather not help mass murder fellow citizens, but instead exposed the plot---would have sent them ALL to prison for conspiracy to commit murder.

You don't hear much from the Truthers about Ms. Olsen, or the recorded and disseminated cell phone call to her husband from the plane minutes before the plane hit the Pentagon. Nothing but silence. The sound of crickets. Quiet as a mouse in church. Quiet as a small town church cemetary on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Quiet as a cigar store Indian.

Dick Cheney had a little motto in his office that read: "when all else fails, expand the problem".

9/11 looks like a solution to an "expanded problem" to me.

A man in a cave in the 'stans, coordinates an airline attack with a NORAD training stand down without inside intel. OK, right.

What interest do you suppose OBL had in shutting down the investigations into Enron and JP Morgan that were dropped after he magically imploded the WTC7 building from his cave?

How do you suppose OBL stole the gold out of WTC before the attack?

How did OBL program a missle to hit the Pentagon just as the "hijacked" plane flew over it,  and why did that missle just happen to hit the offices investigating trillions in missing defense funds?  BTW the plane couldn't have been flown into the building anyway, because the necessary flight path would have torn it apart from G-force.

"Dick Cheney had a little motto in his office that read: "when all else fails, expand the problem".

This is how no one could actually talk people like you around to the benign, and banal truth. You look at mottos on a guys wall and subtract that he is capable of setting up 9/11. It’s a eye-opening insight into the pathetic level of paranoia plaguing America - that a highly unoriginal motto on a guys wall becomes strong circumstantial evidence that he masterminded 9/11. Man, sorry to say this, and I really don’t mean to hurt you, but you are a fucking disgrace.

Dont you see that the problems are in your own mind? It doesn’t matter what fabulous and serendipitously jaw-dropping scenarios anyone disproves with painstaking facts and logical enquiry, because when they prove you wrong, all you will do is delve deeper down your comforting rabbit hole and pull out new circumstantial anomalies to disprove(hold on world stop right there, lets disprove this new theory, like we have fuck all else to do, right?), you have hundreds of them I suppose, all of them with the same context and common denominator...its not that you even need them to be disproved - no, because they are the irresolvable product of the problem, artificial constructs, you need them, your personality depends on them for supporting your shitty black & white understanding of the world - a world where you are not inconsequential, powerless, afraid, confused and facing your own eventual black demise in a world where no one really gives a fuck about you. Can you trust yourself to the extent that you mistrust others? Thats a question you might want to answer one day.

Join the human race and stop crawling around in the filth believing anything you hear. That asshole Alex jones, someone should lobotomize that fat cunt, he has invented a cottage-industry around frightening people and feeding them they’re daily dose of crippling paranoia. How much is he worth now? I would love to ram it down his throat and watch the corrosive little spastic choke. Conspiracy is the modern religion, and that prick is filling his boots while leading the charge.

When it comes down to it, you cant win, factually, with a conspiracy theorist, that’s why people tire of you in the end, even your family, its impossible; for starters, they usually have no real intention of listening, because not only would listening prove the theorist wrong but it would also dent the highly fragile world view, hence they usually fly into histrionics and start quoting a fresh litany of conspiracies when cornered. “BUT WHAT ABOUT THIS? BUT WHAT ABOUT THAT? WHAT ABOUT WHAT HE SAID HE DIDNT DO WHEN THEY WERE DOING THIS AND HE WASNT THERE DOING THAT! AHHAAAA!! YOU SEE I MUST BE RIGHT!

When you show them the facts they just ask for more things to be proven, clouding the issuse just so they can continue talking shit, mainly things that can never actually be proven strangely enough, due the highly circumstantial and contextual events they choose as their battlegrounds. They look for holes and vacuums and fill them in with the same old “masterminds” shit - its like religion down through the ages; anything that reason had not yet worked out, that was where god was said to be then hiding. In the conspiracy paradigm we just substitute god for government and out pops the baby.

Yet, they never ever look at the processes of they‘re own beliefs, never ever look at why they keep arriving at the same types of reactionary conclusions…even the conclusions reached by reading the motto on a guys wall, whats that tell you? I smell a conspiricy of self deception, prove me wrong.

I don't know who ordered the air defence system to stand down that day.  But it is an interesting coincidence.  Maybe OBL was psychic!

The motto may be common in high government circles, i don't know;   but it is indicative of self assessed mental capability, if not intent.  In considering who was behind this, one might want to look at those who gained from it and what agendas were advanced.

The official government story is a "conspiracy theory".  It is much weaker than many of the alternatives, and does not even address all the facts.  I am merely pointing out flaws in the government story, and asking questions that it does not answer.  The typical response to these questions is an ad hominem attack, which is as good an indicator as any that there is something hiding.   It is not my job to prove anything.  It is up to the government to do an actual investigation and tell us the truth.  The fact that they haven't bothered is also indicative.

I am not a believer, period.  I stopped attending my family's church at age ten!  Not looking for a substitute.  I either know something or i don't, (ie. proof before acceptance) but it is quite obvious when i'm being lied to.

The truth is not determined by a popularity contest, and i have never been willing to sacrifice truth to "get along".  I have heard of Jones, but don't read him often, or follow him, or others like him.  When others bring up this question i am happy to offer my opinion, which i arrived at by examining the facts myself.  Otherwise i don't bother.  What others choose to think (or believe) is up to them.

If i could something magical for the world, it would be to make common the ability to read a persons true thought and feelings as he speaks to you publically or privately.

Dont you see that most of what happens in a random and dynamic reality has a set of outcomes where there are people that benefit and people that lose, depending on they're positions in a certain point in time? Even if the people that benefited from the wars, were not involved in 9/11, i.e if it was bin laden who did it, they still would have benefited! They were in that position already...whether they rubbed they're hands together when it happened is a different matter.

As for the government not having the kind of enquiry you require, its probably because they have found out all they need to know? Would it not be apt to assume that maybe they are pretty sure they didn’t do it, so have no reason to prove that they didn’t do it? From a common sense perspective, these are just the other sides of the coin. In a complex world, its too easy to give into the urge that there might be someone behind it all, its rarely the case. I wish you well.

Bin Laden did not have the capability to do it without help.  He probably provided some usefull idiots to ride the planes, beyond that who knows?  Was he still playing both sides at that point?

Many obvious avenues of investigation were not pursued by the official investigation and it even admits that.  It is very obvious that the government does not want the truth to be known here.  That does not mean they did it, though some in the government would have to be complicit.  It might mean that the real investigation was classified high enough that its very existence is denied, and little effort was put into the "official" one that would be made public.

The Manhattan Project was a conspiracy involving thousands of people, and with no dissents. It was successfully kept secret for years until the secret was rendered moot by circumstances.

Of course 9/11 dissenters never mention "Barbara Olsen," because the lady's name is "Barbara Olson."

The Olson story is covered in depth by dissenters. I'll summarize a few minutes of Googling: Supposedly Barbara called her husband Ted from a hijacked airplane. She supposedly said there were hijackers with knives and boxcutters, and that they were flying over "houses."

How this contradicts any reasonable explanation of 9/11 is beyond me. The simplest explanation I have for Barbara's story is that she died when her airplane was shot down by the US Air Force? She may or may not have made a phone call from the airplane? According to the official story on Wikipedia, she had nothing to say about where the plane was, or where it was headed.
