This is a class action lawsuit against the private Federal Reserve Bank and it's shareholders.
It falls under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations
(RICO) Act of 1970 for criminal acts of Fraud, Usury, Conspiracy to
commit Grand Larceny and Theft by Deception, and for systematically
looting the Treasury of The United States of America for a total that
has yet to be determined.
For nearly 100 years, The Federal Reserve Bank has debased and
debauched our currency by illegally authorizing an ODIOUS DEBT to be
encumbered by our citizens without their knowledge, or in any way for
their collective benefit.
The Fed, allowed Banks to defraud the American public, so as to
leave them living like refugees in their own land. This ruthless cabal
now has the temerity to pass off this ODIOUS DEBT to the American
people, thereby destroying not only our future, but Americas' ability
to be a free, sovereign nation.
The US Constitution says we have to go against domestic enemies.
The Fed, allowed this crisis to happen, they allowed banks to kick you out of your homes to pay their bills.

I'm already known, have secret clearance and registered grey hat. They used to contract me and my group to help them because civil servants are unimaginative, couldn't fix/hack/turn on a computer if asked.
Contract Engineers that do the heavy lifting like myself and others are all known. And it's known we collaborate in anonymous projects. The website defacing crap and site nuking is for kids. On our end we are the architects, we plan, build and organise. We are the old men of the industry. While most of us that started in it decided to move into management over the course of a career, a few of us stayed technical. Half insane, drunk, technically proficient builders that got rich working and doing what we like doing. What most of us don't like is how our tools are being used. So, again, while we cannot destroy the tools, we can take advantage of big, crappy design flaws.
If it makes you feel any better, the FBI want TPTB in a shallow grave as well. Places like the FBI and CIA aren't going to fare that well in the future run by banks, that is if they exist at all in five years with the way things are going.
I should expand the idea of design flaws.
As an Engineer, we are held to strictures and overly formal processes and approval . We have at least six that are constantly looked at and used as milestones in the process of developing something. The one that pops up frequently is ISO. International Standards Organisation.
When we build something, process, gadget, architecture...anything really. We throw out around 5000 pages of shit called RFC's. The RFC's, requests for comment, go to our peers all over the world. The comments are noted, answered back to, argued about, lost, burned and eventually everyone agrees that there is no such thing as a "perfect design" by the due diligence has been done on the design/process/widget.
The FLAWS are all noted, outlined, how they can be overcome, stalled or sped up. This is all done during the testing QA portion of the engineering work that needs to be done during the RFC timeframe. Simply put one way; all the dirty laundry is aired and anyone and everyone can see it.
Want to know how to knock down a bridge, put over a bank computer system and make it play tetris (seriously easter eggs are everywhere). Ever wonder why if a building needs to be built or knocked down, the building architect isn't consulted, an engineer is. Want to do ship breaking. You need an engineer otherwise it would take twenty years cutting up a ship. It's in an RFC somewhere. If you are an Engineer, you get to look at all of it.
Now because ALL financial institutions want to attempt to stay ISO 900X certified, they have to submit all their stuff, as engineers we promise not to steal the idea while it is validated by peers. That includes ALGO's/HFT software, networking gear, security, server equipment, TRA's, VA's. Everything. That's been my hobby, figuring out how to make that dog bark on my command, or speed it up, or stall it out without touching the systems themselves, but by pushing external conditions to make them move.

The former can be seen on google video and the latter can be seen on PBS.org When watching the Money Masters be certain to find the full 3 1/2 hour version. Also, I always mention the Ascent of Money because it was written by a PhD (Niall Ferguson) and it quickly pre-empts any idiotic claims of conspiracy etc.
I have found a new web site dedicated to exploring concrete measures for civil disobedience. There are a wealth of such tactics available and perhaps ZH bitchez could contribute to this armory.
Protest is not merely a nuisance to the Enemy. It is the existential threat. Revolution is almost impossible to start, but when the ocean of people somehow tsunamis, then their rulers get wiped out. History shows us 1000 examples, and it is getting ready to demonstrate this once again.
The enemy's system is very unstable. It is based on bribing the people to remain docile. Their actual violent power has significant impediements that prevent its full use. Their ability to bribe the people is based on a house of financial cards and when these cards crash, the system will shatter, and we will have a chance to rush the prison gates en masse.
What can we-the-people do to rock this boat? Remove their money from the banking system. Pay off and/or default on debt. Stop paying your mortage and remain in your home and work the MERS-paper-work-is-shit angle. Stop paying your taxes. Organize with other people to amplify and focus our strength. Stop voting. Withdraw from their political system. Develop commerce in the underground economy. Reach out to "illegal" aliens. They are people just as deserving of sympathy as you and are natural allies. I believe that direct civil disobedience is the only way to affect any change. I think we're going to have to stand outside at the gates of City Hall, police offices, bank offices, etc. Maybe the best way is to stand in front of the bank headquarters. People are too concerned about what others think about them. They will go with the crowd but wont expose themselves to derision by standing alone expressing a different opinion. Most people can not stand the heat and avoid entering the kitchen.
I blame the cowering of the public to a certain extent on the Public Education system that has little tolerance for independant thinking. Public School education has become as twisted as the broader government arm that coddles the Unions to gain votes. While waking up is good, it achieves nothing unless you can stand up afterward. The logical structure underpinning the idea of "liberty" is simply too large a conceptual mass for most people to digest. What does an ordinary person gain in exchange for accepting the heavy cognitive burden of your specialized knowledge?

Your obvious attempt to render credibility to your argument by using bigger words is self-defeating. You use far too many words to state your opinion that "people are incapable of understanding the idea of liberty", and to ask "what would they gain if they did?" And, no, I know absolutely nothing about praxeology or epistemology and very little about libertarianism (although Google/Wikipedia cleared that up quickly). Believe me, I try to explain that we do not need to find a single person like MLK or Gandhi to lead the people... in fact, that is the wrong / old paradigm anyway, but what that does is force a huge resonsibility on one person... to develop the courage to speak for everyone in protest. What I try to explain to people is we all need to develop just a tiny bit of courage, and that would be much more productive. People tune out. They are already cowering in denial of everything I've said. They still ask me why I don't just fix it. Fucking cowards.
I am not waiting for everyone to stand up and fight. I am just looking for a group of people who are willing to stand together and fight, so others can join us, if they find their balls.

Intelligent people are knowingly a blank slate too. I've come to the conclusion that as long as the downfall is gradual and many people still walk among those who lost with an aura of invincibility as in "It will never happen to me, I 'm simply too important" while calling those who lose "deadbeats", nothing of consequence will happen even under the momentum built by personal loss and immediate need. No way could those who "lost" life's lottery mount an effective opposition as they are too easily mollified when the glideslope of human expectations has and will be on an irrevocable down angle. It is the make-up of the problem itself that strong opposition must be well-funded and that is where the big problem lies. People who have hit life's lottery will not be eager to give up any wealth for a fight unless they perceive a direct threat.
Our founders must have felt a very real threat to their wealth to post their fortunes as collateral for a fight against seemingly impossible odds.
Keeping people hard at work, too busy to think of anything but survival is not a defect of society if you stand above it all. It's a feature. It's been used well in the past and the end result is truly horrifying. People never learn from the past because they always believe in their peculiar brand of exceptionalism. Deep down below the overwhelming greed and lust for more and more, may lie a small sense of uneasiness, yet the very nature of being a sociopath is not caring about it unless it is something that is an immediate threat and if it's the generation after theirs, who cares?. If threats are more immediate; The acquisition of a great a of wealth and power, at others expense, means substantial provisions can be made to escape and evade threats, without the loss of financial power.

If you don't have enough wealth to maintain at least two jets and a large undisclosed location many miles away and overseas, you simply are wasting your money. It's either all or none.
