If they can claim that it is to be a home, then they can get up to $8000 from Uncle and a FHA loan.

That counts as a CRE transaction!  WooHoo!  Finally demand is returning.  Things are looking up in Bicknell, Indiana.

Dam, hard to buy a good used car for that $$. The lot had to be worth that much.

Allot of farms in that area to. I hope someone on this list bought it.

Well, it was--in situ, in Bicknell, Indiana.  Were you interested in moving it anywhere else?  What would it have been worth, under those circumstances?
