Why single out banks only - what about congress, how about a simple amendment that states they must abide by any law that they pass? Want some real reform? That's what it would take. Currently they are exempt from all the BS programs that have been forced on us 'little folk'.
Well ... another way to put it is: they enjoy all the benefits they deny us ... how about that?

I think these videos minimize the possible criminal behavior by the big banks. They were done by a "faith based" group and most of them are government funded -- and if they're government funded then they are most likely looking out for the banks. Sorry, but the ads are a little too cute.
