Those fabulous Bernanke Bears have a great discussion about the merits of BAC, listening to WikiLeaks and investing in NFLX. I am exploring the technology to have all of my posts read by bears as everything seems so much nicer when explained by a cartoon bear, don't you think?

I had my home financed with Bank of America. I sent extra payments to be applied to principle (trying to pay off home early) No matter how I labeled payment slip, wrote on checks, and made several phone calls. It was posted incorrectly over and over. It took a lot of my time to get corrections each month. Corrections were then posted to account sometimes with a 2 week delay. I have sent complaints, but have had no resolutions. I spoke with Tiffany Stephenson Operations Consultant Office of the CEO and President Executive Customer Relations. I sent information she ask for, but instead of getting a resolution. My emails are now returned as undeliverable and phone calls are not returned. So just becarefull and watch your account closely if you choose to use this bank. I learned the hard way. They are not interested in customer only the dollars.?

They aren't releasing on BAC...JPM is the target. BAC is a piece of shit, has been for ten years. JPM is the target. Lots of stuff on the csv torrent about them. coke deals, iron price fixing, blah, blah, blah....murder...the usual that most news worthy sources have reported on for years.

that was dopey. basically an advertisement about how good bac is. that couldn't have been done by the same people that did the qe explanation, which was clever.

NFLX topping alert on FCC comments. Net Nuetrality? Get your own bandwidth...
NFLX has a recent history of tops similar to what we saw today. Take a look at the 6 month chart. Based on recent stock ramping into a peak examples 05/13 08/17 09/30, we should expect NFLX to drop tomorrow 2% or more.
Cramer just came out tonight and said to sell half of your NFLX position. I don't listen to him but he can move stocks very temporarily in either direction.
