Looking at the crop circle of deaths in the USA, Occam's razor would make one tend to believe that the MASSIVE gulf oil spill and the MASSIVE use of dispersants had affected migrating birds. Watch them find HUGE levels of ethylene glycol and polyethylene glycol in all the dead animals.
Ethylene glycol doesn't cause "massive internal trauma", it causes crystals to form i the brain. PEG is not toxic.
Further, neither of those compounds were or can be used as dispersants. What is going on with your post?
No... falling 20 ft+ onto the ground would cause some internal trauma to a small bird though... least I would think.
Now I'm not an animal phorensic scientist so I don't know how they figure this stuff out, but the internal trauma (of the blackbirds anyway) was determined to NOT HAVE BEEN CAUSED by their fall to the ground; rather that it occured prior to the fall.

Actually, it is propylene glycol. Far less hazardous. It used to be in Wonder Bread.
The biggest problem with Corexit is that it emulsifies the oil and creates a greater surface area. Here is the MSDS:

funny thing about propylene glycol and ethylene glycol is that there is such an abundance of it in Galveston, Texas as it is a major byproduct of petroleum fractional distillation. ORI the circles in the Australian floods are made by the tyres of a central pivot irrigation system. These are used very commonly across Australia due to the size of the land and number of large co'ops owning significant properties. Furthermore, you do not have to look back far in Australia to see the last time it flooded. Australia is a very large and flat country for the most part, especially in the primary agricultural areas.
We also had a plague of locusts earlier this year but this also happens routinely when dry weather finally breaks after a deal of rain.
Birds that travel in large flocks also fall from the sky more often than you would think when farmers lay poison to stop them raping their crops.
Not sure what you are trying to achieve with your blog post but it seems designed to simply confuse and spread panic based on a number of vague and abstract musings.

Sure many of these occurrences are likely induced by men however there is little to suggest a conspiracy theory supporting it.

I come and "haunt" ZH because like all people of my ilk, there is a tendency to talk to the most un-receptive audience for one's ideas. i've found great connects here and understand that to some my POV is disturbing, to others meaningless and to a few, full of meaning.
One person wrote to me today (bright young guy) saying my blog was black and white ambrosia to him. An awesome lady, an incisive writer herself, wrote and said she was glad she had lived long enough to read something I'd written.
So I keep on writing, trying to weave this massive tapestry into some graspable context.

Having read further your piece has gained more context. Didn't mean to be rude before but without context I mistook your post for some of the tinfoil hat rantings that turn up on here much to my chagrin :)

Google allows for a search function that you can set the dates where you want your results to fall in between. A quick search of dead birds and fish, show that this is not a new phenomenon. In Jan 2009, 5000 birds dropped from the sky in New Jersey. In June 2009, 500 birds dropped in Australia. In September 2006, 1600 birds washed up on the coast of Alaska. There's a ton of articles like this. And I'm sure there's a ton of articles similar for fish.
The media frenzy seems to be similar to when you buy a new car, and suddenly it seems like you see the car you bought everywhere you drive. The truth is, everybody didn't run out and get your car, you just started paying attention to look for that specific car. I think the MSM has been doing the same thing. I mean the bumblebee population has been diminishing for years now, and yet I haven't seen the same theories of the end being near come from the occurence.
While I think we are destroying the humans ability to live on earth, I tend not to buy into all the hype about the Apocolypse, HAARP, and any other seemingly extravagant theories. I also think a collective negative and fearful mindset is very unproductive if humanity is to continue to evolve. No solutions to the immense problems we face are likley to be created from fear and all the doom and gloom prophesying.
Let me share just one conclusion that I have seen repeated in numerous studies- there is something MAJOR, something epic occuring on this planet and our leaders are not saying what so as not to cause mass panic. That thought alone is frightening...

No, I'm talking about the little incident of over 500 quakes in AK in the last 3 months according to the USGS. One leading scientist posted a video of a direct link of their seismic sensors around the world on the 21st, and the activity was unprecedented. The other was in Canada, scientists from all over the world are heading up to see what is causing strange phenomena, like sunlight in places that there should be none, or shakes in the ionosphere that may be directly linked to HARRP causing it to spiral out of control, or even the extreme cold that is not caused by the jet stream but solar storms. Not some conspiracy theory stuff- it's very real.
After a weekend when I was bored, I also was reading stuff like that on scientific sites.
I also remember reading that this last decade the temperature of the earth crust has been dropping pretty hard which causes the earth crusts to become less flexible creating more earth shakes and volcano eruptions because of the increase in friction.

I think I agree that something epic is happening. The best explanation I can come up with is HAARP. HAARP, supposedly a civilian ionospheric research project could be used to alter the ionosphere and therefore the jet stream, because the two are highly influenced by each other.
The cold weather in the northern hemisphere this winter is caused in part by a slowing down of the northern jet stream. Could this be due to HAARP? Or maybe the cold weather is becoming embarassing and HAARP is being cranked up to full power to get the jet stream going again?
Birds are very sensitive to magnetic fields, they use them to navigate. The ionosphere is so named due to its electromagnetic properties. Maybe the birds are being zapped somehow.

I wish I could vote you up. The Sun has just experienced a particularly long solar minimum. Until this, the Sun had been somewhat more active than usual (indeed, the higher output affected the Martian polar caps). Its output is not perfectly regular.
It is only now coming out of the last solar minimum. There is inertia in the system. Just as the drop did not immediately show up in lower global temperatures, the rise won't immediately show either. It remains to be seen how strong the coming maximum will be.

That is interesting -- the loss of solar magnetic field strength is one of the most significant things happening right now. But I can't think of a mechanism to connect it with Sudden Flock Death Syndrome, can you? If so, I'd like to hear it!

I'd guess, and I mean guess, that if there were any effects it would be a period of shortened lifespans at worst for people who spend more time in the sun, if the decreased protection from the magnetic field resulted in more exposure to nasty solar radiation.

It's the fish too. Mass fish die-offs. Is someone testing some new weapon or biological agent? Officialdom seems to be pooh poohing this with pretty poor excuses. In last Tuesday's Chesapeake Bay HUGE fish die-off the excuse was the cold. Seriously? The reasons that have been put out so far are just unbelievable. Come on officialdom, you can do better than that.
