The $42 billion 2 year note auction closed earlier and was a disappointment:
- Yields 1.080% vs. Exp. 1.058%
- B/c 2.75 vs. Avg. 2.95 (Prev. 3.19)
- Indirect bids 33% vs. Avg. 50.69% (Prev. 68.86%)
- Allotted at high 21.59% (BBG)
The selloff across the bond curve picks up, with the 10 Year about to go red for the day, even as equities have fooled the T-800 army to bid stocks up amongst each other.

Me-thinks the dollar rally was due to the need to by all those pesky bonds in the first place. People had to sell gold to raise the USD as the Treasuries are only bought in USD.
More bond sales tomorrow...the next day.....and then some and then some.
I still say we have support in the dollar....and could even go long here.

This stock market rally has been a total bogus manipulation that can only serve to cause greater mayhem in the days/weeks/months ahead. All involved belong in prison.
All day long a PLAYER could have bought SPY at 97.50 or less and now MAGIC why the market is going up. Who all of a sudden thinks the market is worth more at 200 pm? This Magic trick is getting really old, volume is low , no one is participating and yet the magic continues. This along with the bond and dollar tricks are going to go down in flames. The question is not if but when.
