I was surprised to see the number of bridges and roads on the list. From Humbolt County:

Nice out yesterday, so I went for a walk to the Croton dam. This is a picture of the barriers to the roadway:

I was looking for a nice used waterfront type property and I found what looks promising location wise on the Crystal River in Florida. But I don't know what it is. The detail says its 'utility' but what does that mean? A sewage treatment plant, an old generator building, a shed?

Make sure you have a good and large title company, that you get a specific endorsement of good title via the MERS assignment, and that the title company is bonded/insured through or by a Too Big To Fail taxpayer-sucking leech.
