Bullets Shot At Pentagon From High Powered Rifle
A green close is now guaranteed as the revolution is certainly priced in.
From Bloomberg:
The Pentagon’s main building was struck by several bullets about 5 a.m. Washington time today and officials are looking for the shooter, a Defense Department spokesman said.
Pentagon police heard five to seven rounds in the south parking lot area, prompting officials to shut down the building for about 40 minutes, said Colonel David Lapan.
“There was some minor damage to the exterior of the building but no penetration,” Lapan said. He said he doesn’t know how many bullets hit the building.
Pentagon officials scheduled an 11:30 a.m. press conference. The Defense Department and FBI are investigating.
The Pentagon is located in Virginia, just outside of Washington.

I always wondered how the vets could mentally deal with being actively abused and killed by the organization they served. It's a group of well trained, and probably well armed people who have been taken advantage of. Seems like a sign of how unconcerned the oligarchs are if they can openly piss on their enforcers.

there have been movements by our supposed leaders to disarm all veterans - they know that these people are trained to kill and don't want to become the targets of said killers - a quick search found HR 2640 from 2007 (limited to veterans diagnosed with PTS but could be expanded to all vets) - who knows what other bills are lying in wait for the right 'crisis' to occur so they can be quickly enacted
interesting history of training humans to kill - a study inre WWI (iirc) found that only 7% of the troops were actually trying to kill other human beings - most ammo was not aimed at anything or was intentionally not aimed at other human beings - seems that humans aren't inately killers
this was unacceptable to the military leaders so they set about to change it - over the years they have learned to develop highly skilled killers - not surprising that they would be afraid to have those killers running around in society - it isn't the citizen's safety they are concerned about - it is their own

I could guess it's someone determining wind, distance and accuracy. Any of the guys I worked with in Bosnia would try to figure out all three all the time. Occassionally though someone would sneeze and fire a round. Not at anyone in particular mind you.

While I remarked on the number of snipers, what I was getting at was the coordinated sneeze among said snipers that released 5 to 7 rounds from 5 to 7 clips. Unless (of course) one or more of the snipers had multiple sneezes.

Give me a break. DU is no more toxic than any other heavy metal - of which are are a fuckton, on the battlefield, lead primarily among them - and it's less radioactive than you are. The DU issue is an old wives tale distributed by angsty trust fund kids wearing berets and handing out political pamphlets.

Lead is soft, and doesn't aerosolize, unlike DU.

One of my old friends who served in the first gulf war died from possible DU exposure. He was a grunt, after the war he remained to decommission vehicles destroyed in battle.
Years later a tumor developed in his brain. After removing it in surgery and chemotherapy, "complications" arose. It seems the water around his brain was completely irradiated.
Of course the doctors had no idea why, none of us did as it was the early 2000s, but I had suspicions. Later, after some research I found out about DU shells and it became clear what happened.
