CIBC Covered Bond Deal Terms

My friends at Covered Bond Investor kindly forwarded the deal terms for the first U.S. dollar CB issuance by a Canadian bank.

The first covered bond deal of 2010 is very simple in its terms and still, alas, a 144A deal.  Notice four ratings firms were retained to provide ratings.  Judging by today's action, there is going to be more going on in fixed income this year than equities.  -- Chris
