There are two ways of looking at this. One way is: this guy knew full and well that he was engaging in illegal activity and thought he was bullet proof. The other way is: this guy was confused, genuinely confused about business ethics and the Martha Stewart Law.

Clown 1

Which brings me to the even bigger clown. You decide which scenario applies to him and the rest of the clowns at the NYFRB, including Turbo Timmah.

Clown 2

Bottom line...with buckets of this kind of shit on Goldman's Board, is it any surprise that Fabrice didn't know better?

"Dear Lord Blankfein, in the name of Martha Stewart and Bishop Ivan of Boesky, please spare us the self adulatory bull shit about how the Men of G are some kind of genetically superior pedigree of low life Wall Street scum bag!"

Martha, if you ever read this, here's to you!

"When the people realized the crimes that had been committed their need for redress was unquenchable.

What was also clear - and what ran through the multitudes in murmurs, quiet round-tables, and in throaty shouts - was the agreement that the hangman's noose or the guillotine would be too easy and painless for this stripe of vermin.

Public stonings?  Drawn and quartered?  Castration of the genitalia and slow bleeding out?

Agreement was difficult to reach, beyond the eventual quorum that each of the malfeasant would be divided into equal groups and allotted to one of the many methods or devices devised by the wronged.

It would be a bloody day; of death, revelry, and fornication. "

It was an easy choice, someone of note has to be sacrificed. He can be tied into GS without actually doing damage to the squid. The SEC looks like it is enforcing something more credible than Martha Stewart. Bonus points for picking foreigners, maybe they can tie them to al quaida. Edit: tie them to al quaeda out of Egypt......hmmmmm

second the glass raised to martha stewart†

i have no idea who you are talking about in this article! i don't recognize any of these faces. but i am glad you tied in with martha. she needs to be hailed as one very classy woman and "domesticity" every where. bring the female back into the kitchen, naked and bare footed. maybe i could do a series for you. grandma delivers in the nude. martha i liked what you were cooking, all along. liked your IPO.

fck this feminist movement, let's just embrace the female warrior, make martha our queen.

from knives to swords, we rumble† i am sure the men will join us.

The distaff side tells me that she saw a special on Women in Hedge Funds management.  They lost 9% while male- managed funds lost 19% in 2008,and women only run 3% of Hedgies.

Apparently, we need a lot more of the Gaia on Wall Street.

I'd buy any fund that Sofia Vergara ran. Christine, Scarlet, Janet, Annette, your country needs you.

Matha, like Maggie T, when seated among the guys on her board (or it could also be among male US congressmen, and perhaps the suits at US Injustice Dept.) has the only pair of big ones. I don't like her new make-nice show, liked her above-it-allness; she built what she has from the ground up. Let the whiners eat dirt.

OK, my next glass of ale is raised to Pallas Athene, the Greek warrior queen.

"Second only to Jupiter, she was the goddess of war and victory, a master tactician and strategist, and was invincible in battle.  As protectoress and guardian of Athens, Pallas used her wisdom to teach the populace how to peacefully settle disputes and uphold the law by pacific means.  Ever compassionate in her wisdom, she was a firm advocate of merciful justice."

This is to pseudo anonym from comment above -

The Vatican? WTF First of all if you're going to blame Blanky's graft on a religion, you might want to try 'his' religion, not the Catlickers. Although blaming this shit on a religion is BS anyways. If these people really had any true "religion" in them they wouldn't be crooked, greedy bastards -well at least not as bad (lol)

Why don't you run on over to Huff Po where your bullshit belongs and will actually fit in.

There really does need to be a distinction between the type of thing that Sheen, Gibson rail about when talking about certain men and women jews and the orthodoxy.

I think most of us know the type, the certain very obvious type of jew of which he speaks. He is embodied in the type of 'men' that include Mary Shapiro, Stephen Friedman, Bernie Madoff, Lord Blankfein, tim Geithner, gary gensler, Larry Fink, theBernank, bob rubin, Barney Frank, Dennis Orgasz, Abe Greenberg, Janet Yellin, etc ad nauseum.

And the Vatican should be pillaged for all the gold and priceless art, they possess along with their bank accounts, gold and silver.

Yes, but....even the Sicilian mafia had Irish Consglieres.

The preponderance of the jewish mafia type far and away outweighs the relatively few gentiles AND when you look at the key financial nexus on any continent the secular jew is right there in front of it, including the World Bank, the FED, the Treasury, the CFTC, the SEC, and on and on and on.

I realize it's impolitic to say it, but a fact is a fact.

If the names of those key players were Corleone, Grosso, Gotti, Bonanno, Capone, Tattaglia, and Luciano, I can just see the ADL coming out in defense of them. Right.

American's, raised on ethics and morals,  are confused by corporate ethics. This limits the advancement of those so compromised and as a result the door opens for those unfamiliar with these limitations. Talent is defined by the ability to walk the line but those not raised in the culture are easy targets lacking both the subtlety of indiscretion but also the context of social inclusion and its inherent protections.

Of course not child, I used my smarts to become the chairman of the U.S. central bank during the greatest depression.  You see, the U.S. central bank survived the first great depression.  Now that's using your smarts.

Since the middle ages the king knew he had advisors whose left hand never knew what the right hand had done the day before. It was a convenient arrangement to get matters done without compromising king and country. What a strange world we live in today where we require men to be accountable for what two independent minded hands accomplish each on their own in the pursuit of happiness as your video above so eloquently shows.

I would respectfully disagree. They're doing the Vatican's work. I forget which pope, in 1302, declared that all humans are the Vatican's property. The Vatican, whose strings are pulled by the Jesuit order, designated kikes, the money changers, to carry out this travesty. but hey, correct me if I am wrong.
