Ctrl+Alt+Bernanke: Operation Empire State Rebellion Resumes Attack On Fed Chairman

Tyler Durden's picture

Operation Empire State Rebellion is back. Perhaps in the aftermath of the IMF "very major breach" by anonymous hackers, it is really time to make sure all external access points to FedWire and FedLine are truly safe and sound. It will be very sad if it is uncovered that this source of externally accessible portal to hundreds of billions in emergency Fed funding has been somehow compromised. Just imagine the loss of confidence in the system... Why, a global distributed attack would really stretch the Fed's 1,200-strong police force quite thin.

Op_ESR's just released video:

90 days ago, we requested Ben Bernanke's resignation as Federal Reserve chairman. Mr. Bernanke has not complied with our request.

  • The Federal Reserve's policies are systematically looting the country to enrich one-tenth of one percent of the population.
  • The Federal Reserve has deliberately driven tens of millions of people into poverty.
  • The Federal Reserve is responsible for Crimes Against Humanity!
  • The Federal Reserve gave trillions of American taxpayer dollars, in secrecy, to the people who were most responsible for causing our economic crisis.
  • Our tax dollars were handed out as all-time record-breaking bonuses to top executives at the “Too Big to Fail” global banks.
  • The Federal Reserve gave American taxpayer dollars to foreign banks and corporations.
  • The Federal Reserve directly subsidized tax evasion by funneling taxpayer dollars into to the Cayman Islands.
  • The Federal Reserve gave American tax dollars to their primary dealer banks, so the banks could then lend that same money back to the US government at higher interest rates, leading to significant profits for the banks, at the further expense of the American public.
  • Through bailout programs the Federal Reserve socialized financial losses onto American taxpayers and privatized profits into the hands of global banks.
  • The Federal Reserve aids and abets trillions of dollars in accounting fraud.
  • The Federal Reserve routinely manipulates the stock market.
  • The Federal Reserve deliberately caused inflation in the price of food, gas and basic necessities, while devaluing the dollar!
  • The Federal Reserve represents the central planning force behind a global banking cartel that has deliberately impoverished people throughout the world.

US Politicians have not taken action to break up the Federal Reserve and the “Too Big To Fail” Banks.
US Politicians have not taken action to prosecute the people who caused our economic crisis.
US Politicians have not taken action to end the system of political bribery, the campaign finance and lobbying racket, which allows global bankers to control our political process.
Democrats have failed us.
Republicans have failed us.
No one is defending our interests.
We cannot remain passive while our future is going up in flames.
It is time for us to stand up for ourselves.
It is time for you to stand up for yourself.
We must restore the rule of law and fight back against the organized criminal class.
We must now launch Operation Empire State Rebellion.
The operation will commence on June 14th.
As a first step, we are calling upon you to occupy a public space until Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke steps down.

Operation Empire State Rebellion, Engaged.

Once again old cranky crawls out of his hole and shits all over the place including himself. You have no idea how I conduct my business so once again you are talking out of your ass. Not surprising at all.

Is it news to you that I am a broker? Because I have clearly and repeatedly stated this since my very first posts here on ZH well over a year and a half ago. I've also stated clearly and repeatedly that I recognize the inherent hypocrisy of my own profession and I do many things to try to mitigate it including charging management fees well below the norm (my broker/dealer tells me that I only charge 37% of industry standard fees and that I am a huge slacker because of this) as well as avoiding high fee composite or managed products including annuities, packaged non liquid REITs etc.

I regularly turn away money that the client should be using elsewhere, usually advising them to use that money to pay off debt, and I regularly advise my clients to purchase physical PMs which do not pay me any fees for doing so either up front or over time.

Give it a break cranky and pull your head out of your own ass. If you live on this planet you are part of the financial and economic system and you carry with it your own hypocrisy.

BTW cranky, what it is you do or did for a living? Of course I don't expect you to be truthful, but I figured I'd ask anyway.

Like I said, refusal to recognize you're willing to be part of Fed / govt tyranny for profit.

FYI I left the insurance business years ago SPECIFICALLY to get out of a licensed commercial activity requiring me to report fellow citizens' activities to government, and have refused multiple offers to get back in.

I will NOT sell out fellow citizens for profit.

So PUT UP or SHUT THE FUCK UP.

Too funny cranky. Your personal attacks always follow the same MO. Ignore my post and simply continue to spew garbage. Nice to see the sun and cranky never change. And who says I report anyone cranky. Or is that what you did all the time so you assume everyone else does?

So what is it that you do for a living now cranky? And I truly believe you left the insurance field solely to cleanse your soul. You are so full of shit the stink can't be washed off cranky. Considering your repeated attacks on so many different people here on ZH you don't seem to have a high moral character to begin with.

You seem to like casting stones at others, the classic destroyer rather than builder, so fess up cranky. Unless you were living the life of a hermit, monk or street begger all your life I suspect your hands aren't too clean either. Ever serve in the military, police or national guard? Work for a corporation, drill for oil, cut down forests, work in a factory, use air conditioning, pour oil down the storm water system, drive a gas guzzler? Or are you just pure as the winter's snow cranky?

Of course cranky, you won't tell us anything specific about yourself. Because cranky likes to point fingers at everyone else while declaring himself pure of mind and deed. Come down from the sacred mount cranky and spill your guts. Unless of course you've just been a poor dirt farmer all your life who's simply using the computer at the local library while offsetting it with carbon credits. We're all dirty cranky. What have you done to build up your community lately cranky? Do you do anything for anyone else or do you just concentrate on stroking your own joint?

PUT UP or SHUT THE FUCK UP cranky. :>)

We're all dirty cranky.

So you ADMIT you hypocrisy. At least that's a step in the right direction.

But you keep defending it.  That's not a step in the right direction.

YOU are dirty ...by your own admission.

I am not.

YOU will sell out your fellow citizens to stay in a profitable licensed activity  ...by your own admission.

I will not.

Let's see. Your ID is cranky-old-geezer. So are you retired cranky? Collecting from that government sponsored and controlled PONZI scheme called Social Security cranky? So you are profiting from people who are supporting the Fed and government? Doesn't that make you an accessory? Hell, after 5 or 6 years you have taken out much more than you ever put in cranky. So where is that money coming from? Why are you supporting the Fed? After all isn't SS buying government bonds and taxing people to pay you? SS is a PONZI cranky. How dare you be such a hypocrite.

What about that insurance company pension you are taking cranky? Where is that money coming from? Isn't that money invested in the American and foreign stock and bond markets, in US Treasuries and liar/NINJA loans as well as in Commercial Real Estate and foreign governments that oppress their people? Aren't those insurance companies laundering drug money while supporting the Fed system? Didn't they take bailouts as well? Aren't they holding assets at mark to myth as well?

What about your personal investments cranky? Unless you have your money in coins invested in a buried can out back you are participating in the corrupt Fed system yourself. Hell, you made your present income off the system? How long did you work for that big bad insurance company before retiring and taking your pension or lump sum rollover cranky?

What about all those Federal and state taxes you pay cranky? Why don't you stop paying into the corrupt Federal system cranky? Withdraw your support from the corrupt Federal Reserve system cranky. Now. Stop being a hypocrite. You are taking your income from the very system you claim I support and that you cleansed your soul from years ago. You are clean? Too funny cranky. Too funny. Hell, if you leave your money in a checking or savings account or a certificate of deposit your are supporting the Fed banking system as well. In fact you are fueling it. Come on cranky. Pull your money out of the system, convert it to Gold and Silver (launder the money) buy some land (launder the money again) and become a dirt farmer.

I find it extremely interesting that you point fingers when your hands are filthy dirty. Why won't you answer my questions cranky? You read my articles because you are constantly shitting all over the comment section. So explain how you are pure cranky. I speak all the time about the conflicts of interest we all face including myself. We are all trapped in a corrupt system.

What about you cranky? Are you pure now that you finally retired from that insurance company and no longer report people to the government? What did you do at the insurance company cranky? Sounds like you did a whole lot of reporting if it drove you out.

Why do you keep trying to deflect attention from your (admitted) hypocrisy?  That's what those scumbag politicians and bankers do.  You're just like them.  You have the same mentality, justifying your hypocrisy while pointing the finger at others.

Social security?  None. And no plans to collect it either.  Even if I did, I wouldn't have to sell out fellow citizens to collect it.

Insurance pension?  None.  Even if there was, I wouldn't have to sell out fellow citizens to collect it.

Personal investments?  I don't have to sell out fellow citizens to the government to have personal investments.

This isn't about using the system forced on us.

This is about willingly becoming a quasi government agent, willing to sell out fellow citizens to be in a profitable government-licensed activity.

Going to such great lengths to justify it and deflect attention from it shows you're a scumbag just like those politicians and bankers, no difference.

You're a perfect text-book example of cognitive dissonance.

Cranky, is that you? I like your two week old clothes. Real spiffy. Or is this some other troll wearing new threads? Glad I met ya.

Actually I send all my clients to Libertarians for Prosperity. Haven't you been getting my referrals? Maybe I have the wrong address. What was it again?

How's that Form 8300 working out for you? Are you still stuck on Form103? It must be very confusing. First you say banks don't have to report withdrawals, then when proven otherwise you say it isn't tracked and demand proof it is. Classic changing of the subject to distance yourself from your own feigned stupidity. Typical troll/agent tactics.

Have a nice day. I'll be very busy turning my fellow citizens into the evil overlords so I won't be back for awhile. Keep shining that two week ZH attendance chip and before you know it you'll have been here three weeks. /sarc

Taking money out of a bank is not reported to the IRS.

It's the deposits that matter.

You do not know what you are talking about. Read the actual form the bank files with the Treasury. It asks for total money in and total money out. If they just take money out you report zero money in and whatever money out. It also has a check box for deposits/withdrawals.

http://www.fincen.gov/forms/files/fin104_ctr.pdf

Again, the person commenting is talking about withdrawing money from a bank, not form 8300 which only pertains to money being deposited into a business.

Actually, sir, you're the one that's confused.  Just because you can provide various links to various sites, doesn't mean you know why/how the form is used.

Before I proceed, please tell me the reason why a bank must report withdrawals over 10k? Withdrawals, not deposits.  What is the real reason to track this withdrawal?

After you answer, it will be far easier for me to prove that you really don't know what you're talking about, and why the only thing that matters is the deposit, just like I said originally.

Yeah.  No shit.  I can read, too.

Tell me why a bank needs to report the withdrawal of money.  What is the real reason behind this?  If you can answer this, you will understand why only the DEPOSIT is actually tracked by the IRS and/or treasury, despite the fact that paperwork on the withdrawal is done.

As near as I can figure, only because the law says so.  The implementation language is pasted for you above.  Financial institutions must file the form for deposits, withdrawals, currency exchange, etc.

Maybe I don't understand the question.  Are you asking 1) why the law was created, or 2) whether banks have to comply with the law, or 3) what the law is?

1) No idea.
2) Probably not from a practical perspective-- I don't think we enforce laws against banks in the USA.
3) The law says the banks must report the transaction.

Is something unclear about this?  Or are we just having different conversations?

Two weeks ago i posted how we should do more than just talk.  While I appreciate the passion, this will not be effective.  First, we need to create our own declaration of independence. This could actually be the original declaration of independence and our original constitution in full force as it is written and not raped by the elitest fascist demogagues we now have in place. Each state would basically have to create a structure of government on which we would act. In effect, we would have to mirror image created for what our founding fathers designed.  Once organized, The Old American Party could raise money and be effective through sites such as this one. The first thing is to create a dynamic blog for american democracy.  Using real business examples and officials in some local and state governments (ie Texas, Tennessee, Wisconsin reps) leaders from our military, leaders in technology and energy conservation, we create effective long term plans by which we believe the country should be in 1,3,5,10 etc years.  If we get leadership to support a manifesto of the original declaration of independence as what we hold true and we adopt effective real plans for the major issues in our country and blast this out across the web, we can raise money, advertise in the USA Today, etc, and we will get a following that you won't even believe.  It first starts with our vision and what we hold true in our hearts. For me, I would die for my country but i would not die for this government. Simply, this government does not represent me any longer. It does not represent our constitution or declaration of independence either.  Again, while appreciate the rebellion, I am more interested in winning back our freedom and our rights.  First, we must start with a real public forum and structure for change that cannot be attacked by the demagogues for if they attack us, they acknowledge our existence. If the acknowledge our existence, they will be doomed.

It would not be wise to simply re-adopt the DoI word for word. All that would happen is that one of the political parties - or both - would co opt your movement. This is pretty much what has happened to the Tea Party. They may have started independent, but the main stream Republican party moved in to take it over and control it.

Agreed. Perhaps a comparison of actions, rather than principles. Most of the reasons that Americans were pissed off at King George have direct analogues to the actions of the government today. One can look through these reasons, spelled out in the Declaration of Independence, and find something today that our government does which is clearly as bad or worse (with the possible exception of quartering soldiers - comparing that to foreclosuregate or something similar might be a stretch).

You would make the high testosterone elements in society very unhappy. "Others" is a language they do not understand unless "they" represent conquerable territory, female or male. "Whats mine is mine, what's yours is negotiable"...is their daily mantra.

There is now a medical report to prove it!  So what can you do against human hormone levels? Can you legislate against it? One solution for these high hormone laden elements to provide more cooperation : ...allow polygamy freely like for Mormons...Negotiate "your" adhesion as representative of "balanced" majority to this rule based on their adhesion to your two major adjustments of the sacred document. "You get more honey buns we get constitution change. Deal!"

dude, change.  just do it, do it right now. change.  only YOU can change you, and the more you change YOU the more your perspective of everything else changes as well.  you're not going to get "everybody" to change with you, not everyone wants the same results or changes that you do, and daydreaming about "things" changing won't happen either.

if you truly want change, then change.  it IS personal.

would hacking the IMF be a start?

http://www.nytimes.com/2011/06/12/world/12imf.html?_r=4

Because the fund has been at the center of economic bailout programs for Portugal, Greece and Ireland — and possesses sensitive data on other countries that may be on the brink of crisis — its database contains potentially market-moving information. It also includes communications with national leaders as they negotiate, often behind the scenes, on the terms of international bailouts. Those agreements are, in the words of one fund official, “political dynamite in many countries.” It was unclear what information the attackers were able to access.

The concern about the attack was so significant that the World Bank, an international agency focused on economic development, whose headquarters is across the street from the I.M.F. in downtown Washington, cut the computer link that allows the two institutions to share information.

Want to rebel?  Try not buying shit.  Try keeping all your money in cash and PM's that you hold physically.  Try renting or buying in cash, living without credit cards, without pre-prepared food, without a car if possible.  Learn a skill you can barter with.  Learn to cook.  Learn to survive in the wild for a few days with nothing more than what you can carry.  People want to blame the banks for lending them money, but the banks didn't force anyone to do anything, they just offered.  I remember during the NYC blackout, seeing millions of people out of sorts, not knowing what to do, realizing a fragile dependency on a fragile system for the first time.  Rebellion is removing yourself as part of the system.  I still work and make a good living, but now my house is smaller, my stack bigger, my needs less, and my peace of mind untouchable.  ohhhmmmmmmmmm

Funny reading EWI from May.
They seem to have lost their mojo, or even their ability to pretend that they are always right.    In one case they state "just thinking aloud" as if a pre-excuse for being wrong, then in another section, they state that their previous ratio chart of Dow/GLD was just plain wrong.   Very odd.

Here are a few docs from Martin Armstrong.    This is not MSM.   The second one is his 1998 "fall tour" with predictions which are actually quite startling.

I hear the Gov. has an endless supply of hotel maids who will testify they were raped [or get deported] So if you are going to put the truth out there, when you you travel, sleep in your car.

It is surprising to me how rich and powerful people act. If i'm IMF head and paid a lot, I will, at least have few people all the time with me even in the hotel room.

But power brings arrogance and powerful start thinking, who can challenge their lies. Remember, intelligence and bravery has nothing to do with money.

Best thing to do would be to pay off or pay your Mortgage down.  Do not use Credit Cards for your purchases.  Pay cash.  This starves the Beast while putting more money in the Merchants pocket.

Buy only essentials, no extras, do not eat out, cook at home.  Try to limit energy consumption.  Keep the thermostat lower in the winter and higher in the summer.  Even a few degrees will help and you will not be that uncomfortable.  Do not drive as much.  Plan all of your trips to hit as many destinations as possible without duplicating trips for different stores.

Shop thrift stores.  Do not buy new.

Actually, from the numbers recently a lot of people are doing all of the above and more.  That is why Wall Street is hurting.  The average person is not spending.  Except for those who buy at Tiffany.  But, that is obviously not most of us.

"The Federal Reserve...blah..blah"

The Federal Reserve not owned by Bernank, he's only serving

the Masonic government. They will elect whoever they want and

American people has no power to elect anyone anymore..

Remember Obama?

Anybody hear about that guy before he was elected? This guy

just pops out of nowhere..

If "they want" Next president will be a lesbian woman

and probably that's the case here.

Forget about democracy it's gone.

Try to elect someone in Russia in that matter, other than

official candidates, which are already selected.

You think you

are in better shape in terms of Democracy? Not better than

Chinese.. The PEOPLE lost the battle:

The battle between good and evil in USA is lost possibly

forever. Sorry.

Semi- Interesting video, but my I'll bet my fiat money on nothing happening.  If they want to do something Impressive, let's see them hack in and get the American Tax Payer a big ole Refund from those theives.  Transfer all the stolen money....excuse me, borrowed money, back from Goldman, JP Morgan, ETC ETC ETC.  Let's see them implement huge reverse bonuses to all those bank execs that paid themselves those bonuses with Tax Payer money.  Or hell, maybe just order Ben a few million rolls of Toilet Paper to be delivered to the Fed Reserve in preparation for his next QE Event. At least the TP will still hold some kind of value.

A99er's, appalled you on your efforts. However, your intent will have sever blow-back amongst your organization. You need to take a step back, rethink your motives. Crashing sites & breaking in is easy.

Demonstrating fraudulent evidence within the crime syndicate should be your Charter Mission. Just advice, good luck.

There is no doubt that Obama’s assassination of bin Laden set a law-breaking precedent, and calls to assassinate Gadhafi quickly emerged after the killing was made known. It was then that Shaul Mofaz, a former Israeli Defense Minister and current head of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, acknowledged that the U.S. had adopted Israel’s already existing assassination policy.

And now comes defining proof as, according to Nathan Martin of Nathan’s Economic Edge, “NATO leadership came right out Thursday and said that Gadhafi is a legitimate target.”

Says Nate: “This is directly against the Geneva Convention and centuries of precedence regarding the protections of heads of states.  It indicates to me the further progression of the breakdown of the rule of law, and also the power that the printing press contains to create a world dominating power that feels invincible against in kind retaliation. Perhaps we’re invincible, but then again, maybe we’re not.”

As the passing of the actor James Arness of “Gunsmoke” was announced the other day, one was reminded that Marshall Dillon’s gun was ever at call as a servant of the people, not as a master.

More and more the “authorities” from the Park Police at the Jefferson Memorial to the CIA are servants of the rulers and not the people.

Torture, wiretapping without court approval and now assassination of political enemies is the rule of tyrants not the rule of law.

Israel has long had a policy of assassination for political leaders.  And the huge interwoven policies of Israel in U.S. policy because of the powerful pressure of the Israel lobby, is directly responsible for U.S. assassination policy.

Until America takes back control of her monetary system and money supply from the international bankers, i.e., her freedom and representative government, her people will be fighting the whirlwind.
