On a (un)related note, does AIG being Goldman's insurance on investor lawsuits mean that 'we' will pay any fine that Goldman ends up paying? 

The best course of action against them seems to be to keep them in the news as the target of hatred so they lose customers, because they seem to have everything else covered.
