Deadbeat Bank | Raw Video of Sheriff Serving Writ of Possession on Bank to Seize All Property Including ALL Cash

Below is a link to the video of the service of writ on a Deadbeat Bank for
failure to pay attorney fees to a foreclosure defense attorney. The bank
involved in this interesting event was Virtual Bank in Palm Beach Gardens FL.

Basically
the background on this case is the bank was not able to prove it had
the right to foreclose on the home, the case was dismissed and the
court awarded the homeowner’s attorney his legal fees.

After
months and months of unsuccessful attempts to collect, the homeowner’s
attorney received an order from the court to seize the banks property
since the Deadbeat Bank did not pay their bill.

Although the
above video shows the writ being served, the property has not been
seized as of yet but it’s definitely worth the watch.

It
was pretty awesome to see all the undercover cars roll up to the front
lobby and watch Police get out of their vehicles in full tactical gear
and enter the bank.

Word on the foreclosure beat is that the bank caved and stroked a check to the Sheriff on behalf of the attorney for over $30,000 instead of having their property seized.

It is also rumored that shortly thereafter they fired their counsel.

Although
we are a little disappointed that the banks property did not get
seized, the attorney that represented the homeowner finally got paid.
So all in all it was a victory.

Will
post updates as we receive them. From what I understand, they owe the
attorney more money so this may not be the last we see of this.

The Writ in the video included the items that were to be seized.
The inventory was done before Christmas and included their Christmas
tree. How fun would that have been if they got to take the tree!

We
have more of these planned since it is not uncommon for the Deadbeat
Banks
not to pay their legal bills and will post them as they occur.

Any
attorneys out there that would like assistance for similar events,
with full video and media coverage of course, just let us know and we
will assist in anyway we can.

Video can be viewed at the link here...

Enjoy!

I think it's cool you tried to get the footage of the deadbeat bank, but Goddamn---is the cameraman fucking spastic?  It's gonna take me 3 days to get my eyesight back.  Do us a favor next time, get off the goddamned trampoline before you start the camera up? OK??

The bank should have challenged the award (to the defense attorney).  At least brought some attention to the problem.

Any day now, that go getter Eric Holder, when he is not suing Arizona, may actually sprout a microscopic scrotum. But I doubt it. This administration is the most useless, inept, co conspiring piece of garbage ever to walk a step on Pennsylvania Av. May every one of you useless bastards depart our midst, may your names fall silent on our posterity. I hope and pray this country does not see fit to extend your absolute uselessness and incompetency beyond the legal minimum.

my 0% faith in lawyers, police and the vast useless judicial machine will only rise to 1% when this happens to JP Morgan, BoA, Goldmans, Wells Fargo et al. Until then this is trivia, the exception that proves the rules are NOT being followed by the custodians of Law

Yeah great use of tax dollars. No crime in that part of the World that the Police could have been working on eh? Or were they expecting the bank manager to start blasting?

What a dog and pony show. Pathetic.

And what would your opinion of the offending bank be?

How would you go about serving the writ and collecting the money?

1 sheriff's dept. car w/ 2 deputies...  and a call from the sheriff's dept from the sheriff himself directly to the bank's president about a half an hour beforehand that they're headed over so they can prepare the check...

Seriously, did anyone think the bank wasn't going to pay?  My guess is that they had no idea and their attorney didn't tell anyone about it...  hence why he got fired...  the negative PR and loss of report with local law enforcement is a pretty big deal...  $30k is absolutely nothing compared to the goodwill lost.

Agree, 30k is nothing, so why didn't they pay up rather than wait till sheriff had to come collect it?

Their attorney didn't tell them they lost the case and were ORDERED to pay defendant's attorney fees?  I really doubt that.

More like they IGNORED the judgment.

"Seriously, did anyone think the bank wasn't going to pay?"

Yes, apparently THE BANK thought they weren't going to pay.

So YES, it SERVES THEM RIGHT to be embarrassed by armed sheriff's deputies showing up to collect.

I can't fathom that the bank both knew about the court's order AND chose to ignore it.  The goofy part is, if you're averse to paying attorney's fees, then why would you force the other side to get a writ of possession, that is only going to cost you more attorney's fees?  Doesn't make any sense.

My guess is that their lawyer fumbled and in the transition, the case got lost...

I'd also be curious to see letters exchanged from the plaintiff's attorneys to the bank's attorney(s)....  if I feel that the attorney on the other side is being an idiot, although I am ethically prohibited from contacting a represented party that is known to me to be represented in the matter, then that doesn't stop my client from contacting the bank...

My guess is that the bank's administration simply didn't know about it and/or were given bad advice by counsel...  and this might have something to do with said attorney being fired.

If the bank wanted to appeal the decision, then it would have had to post bond in order for execution of the judgment to be stayed...  another possible explanation for the oopsie.

Damn that was as good as porn!  Give us more, MORE, MORE!  Let's talk just a bit about PR.  Imagine my friends, how this looks on local TV.  If you didn't know a dang thing about the financial crisis and saw this on TV, would you keep your money in this bank?  The number one thing that needs to happen in the good ol' US of A is that a large fraction of the public needs to come to the conclusion that the banks are the enemies of the People.  Once they do - those arrests we've all been dying for - will begin - not a day sooner.

i can't believe that a judge escaped bankster capture....my guess is that the other banksters wanted competition out of business so the bankster king pins okayed the raid...

Circuit/judges of general jurisdiction don't give two shits about big banks...  that's why they're fucked on fraudclosuregate...  that's why the cases keep piling up against the banks.  What's going to be even more fun is when the 2006-2007 vintage homebuyers' backed real estate taxes get certified to their respective states...  then it's watch the floodgates open...  because banks have been purposefully keeping homeowners' names on the properties so they can ignore the taxes...  that's fine and dandy, but if they want to give good title to the property, then they're going to have to pony up the taxes or, if they sit idle on their hands very long, the BFP @ tax sale will take free and clear of the mortgage (banks have a tendency to sit on notices that require them to pony up cash).

My bet is that they will make the buyers pay the back taxes.

?  Of course the buyers pay the backed taxes...  this is how you acquire property at tax sale...  but, you might have the option of purchasing a piece of property for only the taxes owed and receive it free and clear from the bank's mortgage.  This is the banks' worst nightmare.

If you purchase at tax sale and the bank wants to enforce its lien, then it will have to pay the taxes and then the state cuts you, as purchaser, a check for what you paid (hopefully, might exclude a few fees).  The state does not collect taxes twice.

We could have (and should have) bought everyone a house with the Trillions they've given to Wall Street. Then we wouldn't have a foreclosure crisis, dropping real estate prices, and some of these crooked banks would be out of business. It's time to spend this money on people who need it, not propping up TBTF banks who are still engaged in fraud to this day.

I have a deadbeat baby momma who owed me money(per court order) since 2008. Her reading comprehension skills(or her defiance) prevented her from correctly interpreting the order. So I filed for a writ, and a sheriff showed up at work to get the financial information by which to garnish her wage. Best part is that I explained it to her before I took action, defiant bitch said go ahead, so I did.

The only thing that surprises me more than her stupidity if my taste in women back then- hot and dumb.

I do have custody of my son, which is all the reward I need!

While nice and all, this is nothing more than enforcement of an order to pay legal fees. I'm saving my excitement for when they start taking people out in handcuffs. Don't worry - I'm not holding my breath on that one.
