I feel it appropriate to help distribute Karl Denninger's video response to the currently in vogue effort of the government-subsidized media to discredit those AMERICANS who question current government policy and who suspect that the economy will get worse before it gets better.

That whole post on Willie is an embarrassing overreaction to a relatively minor swipe. Willie can get under his skin, and apparently knows it, but for Denninger to react as he did doesn't speak well for him. Does he want the Jersey Girls to go all Thelma & Louise on Willie over the word "treated"?
He bilged a thread yesterday.
"Gold broke $1000" in his breaking news forum. He sure loves the toilet strong paper.
The only problem is that Denninger himself is equally intolerant of criticism and dissent. Denninger is absolutely the wrong messenger.
Anyone who disagrees with any of Denninger's opinions is immediately asked to provide legally admissible evidence or a mathematical proof and is then summarily banned from the forum.
He is the only person on his forum allowed to question the actions of the government. Everyone else must bow to his highness -- the all knowing, omniscient one.
I've been questioning him and disagreeing with him for 2 years now. Oddly enough I'm still an active member. Wonder how that happened?
He's a bit intolerant, but it's amazing that he hosts a financial forum that where I don't have a single user set to ignore. Besides, there are already plenty of forums for Ron Paul, Gold, 911 "Truth", stock pumping, etc.
Maybe you could link to the thread(s) that got you banned and we can judge for ourselves? :)

I like Karl and agree with most of what he says. I appreciate his efforts to spread the truth. Although not in the same manner or light as ZH, he's definately still one of the good guys and is a daily read for me.
"Anonymous" That is SUCH bullshit. You obviously were on the losing end of a debate with him. I have hung out on the Ticker forum for some time.
All KD asks for (when he does) is "fine you said something idiotic, now prove it." He is always met with silence because the person has nothing to say because they ARE an idiot with an agenda (usually trying to pump stocks, or again, IS AN IDIOT.)
Yeah, if you are an asshole, your days are numbered, but quite frankly, I have never seen anyone banned who has not totally deserved it and more.
I can personally swear under oath, that ANYONE is allowed to question the government. Clearly you are a troll who has never been on the FedUp forum, or you would NEVER say that.

From what I saw yesterday on his forum ( http://www.tickerforum.org/cgi-ticker/akcs-www?post=109489 ), there was no debate, just summary ban-hammering. The losing end of a debate with KD seems to be composed of not having access to the forum's administration panel to ban KD.
Sure, its his forum, he can do whatever he wants with it. But it doesn't help his image problem with the rest of the Internet the way he conducts his business--and neither are you. When you come out and defend KD in this way, there's no wonder why there are more than a few people here disagreeing with ZH's inclusion of any content from KD. Nothing good is going to come from it. ZH has said before that it won't report things unless they come from a good source. KD is not a good source because KD won't accept critique or correction.
Rather circutous logic, but whatever. All I see are gratuitous personal attacks and people who take what KD says out of context and simply don't understand what KD is saying.
And, BTW, I don't agree with everything he says, but I admire his passion and determination.
As for not accepting "critique" or "correction", I doubt he gives a rat's ass what any of us think (including myself).
His predictions for this year are pretty much spot on, and he calls many of them correctly. Far better than a lot of the nonsense out there with agendas, such as pump and dumpers and the gold bugs.
Of course, we all have ulterior motives now don't we?

I got booted for saying things that Karl himself began to say mere days later (dollar crash, he told me I was too "tinfoil"). I think it is about him being the star, frankly.
Your posts related to this seem to be completely made up of vitriolic personal attacks.
I got banned too...I argued several points, Peak Oil, inflation and hell I don't recall what else.
I was "Travisgod" on that forum, some people probably remember me still. I used to ghostwrite under other people's accounts and some of my verbiage, especially on synthetic debt, well...KD would move the posts to the Gold forum and then I saw my stuff showing up in his Tickers.
As far as Peak, I hammered Cantarell's production decline repeatedly, and Peak Helium as evidence that a peak supply condition "could" exist, among other things. Didn't matter.
Now he unconditionally accepts Peak...I don't know how one could call oneself intelligent or educated and not have been to TOD or any of a number of sites that back up what is apodictic with real production data.
As for inflation, I told him and argued repeatedly that the Fed would print; they all told me that Bernanke wouldn't put the "gun in his mouth". I got a lot of nice messages from other members warning me that I had backed him into a corner. I mean arguing with me about oil supply is like pissing into a tornado. So, he banned me.
After QE was announced I em'd him and said, "I was right about everything and you weren't. You gonna unban me now?" He refused. I maintain my assertion that debt is a figment of the imagination and has no basis in reality; it is a mathematic precept. It is soluble, easily. Oil supply isn't.
Looking at the big picture, Karl is one of the good guys.
Yes, he's one of the good guys, but he can also be arrogant, dismissive and disrespectful to other good guys.

Anybody who disagrees with Karl and offers alternatives like Ron Paul, for example, to end the Federal Reserve System is clueless then subjected to ad hominem attacks and permanently banned from his forum.

KD is in the habit of surrounding himself with sycophants and "yes-men" - which is perhaps why lately his posts all seem the same to me (read: BORING) - we should enact more regulations blah, blah, blah...we should prosecute these idiots blah, blah, blah...Gold bad, paper money good blah, blah, blah....etc. Perhaps one day he'll be left alone in his "forum" debating with himself.

Yeah, I got banned from his forum too. For what? Mentioning climate-change in regards to Nuclear Power; rising ambient temperatures in cooling water in France causing them to stop running the nuke plants during this summer's heat-wave. Didn't even say it was caused by humans, just stated the obvious fact that we are in a warming cycle, not business-as-usual.
His arrogance does his message a serious disservice.
Contrast that to the AutomaticEarth peeps...where you get the same message without the masturbate-in-the-mirror style of Monsieur Denninger.
