DOES THE CORRUPTION EVER STOP | Broward Chief Judge Victor Tobin Gets Promotion, Leaves Bench For New Position At Marshall C. Watson

4closureFraud's picture

Wow... I though I have seen it all. I guess not...

I wonder if he is planning to adjudicate Marshall Watson cases over the next 6 weeks?

From: Judge Tobin/17THCircuit
Date: May 17, 2011 5:57:22 PM
To: ALL JUDGES, ALL JAS
Cc: Carol L Ortman

Late
this afternoon, I notified Governor Scott that I would be resigning as a
Circuit Judge effective June 30, 2011.  Effective July 1, 2011, I will
return to private practice with the Law Offices of Marshall C. Watson
I wish to express my sincere thanks to each judge for permitting me the
honor of being your Chief Judge during the last four years.  I
appreciate the confidence you placed in me.

Vic Tobin

Yea, you know. The same foreclosure mill that just settled with Bondi for $2 mil...

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi Settles Investigation Against One of Florida’s Largest Foreclosure Firms

TALLAHASSEE,
FL – Today Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi  announced a
first-of-its-kind settlement against attorney Marshall C. Watson and his
law firm, one of the largest foreclosure firms in Florida, for alleged
improprieties in the prosecution of foreclosure cases throughout
Florida.

This settlement, which calls for a $2 million payment and
imposition of certain requirements to conduct business, is the first
stemming from numerous investigations into Florida foreclosure law
firms.

But wait, there's more... Some background on Dishonorable Judge Tobin...

Robo-Judges – It’s speed vs. skepticism for Fla. judges facing avalanche of foreclosure cases

Posted by Foreclosure Fraud on October 17, 2010

“It’s
like talking to a brick wall. . . . The banks themselves have slowed
down, but not the judges. . . . They are robo-signers.” ~ By Brady
Dennis Washington Post Staff Writer Friday, October 15, 2010; 12:11 AM
FORT LAUDERDALE – In a cramped, makeshift courtroom, Broward County
Judge Victor Tobin was signing off on uncontested foreclosure cases as
fast as a clerk could keep them coming, only a few seconds per file.

“Batter up,”
he said as he finished one stack and eyed the next. With scores of
cases remaining on the day’s “rocket docket” earlier this week and tens
of thousands more awaiting judgment in this courthouse, there was little
time to pause.

We called and confirmed the "promotion" and I must say, we were speechless.

If this does not go to show how rigged the foreclosure game is, I do not know what will.

I don't know what to believe anymore...

I knew it was bad, but this is even beyond me...

Letter to Gov Scott below...

Oh, and in other news today, it appears the Florida foreclosure courts are broke. Check out the latest order out of Palm Beach County stating there will be no more foreclosure trials since they ran out of funding.

Off topic, be I thought you might be interested.

YouTube's Harisebon7777777 should be commended for his work on measuring the radiation levels in Tokyo. The device he uses costs about $1000, which I am sure he has paid out of his own pocket to provide us with the truth of what is really going on in Japan.

It is eerie to watch his videos. Typically, his hand is shown holding a geiger counter in some public place with people walking all around him as if there was nothing of importance going on; while all along, the geiger counter in his hand reveals what is really happening. Harisebon is documenting the slow irradiation of the Japanese archipelago. A visual unfolding of a tragedy.

While watching these videos. it is hard not to wonder how many of the folks one sees walking down the street will come down with cancer in 10, 20 or 30 years. Go to Harisebon's YouTube channel and give him a shout-out. He deserves it.

The sad truth is that nothing short of very public executions of the treasonous will ever lead to change.

When everyone is soft and rolling over to take a bribe or a kickback or an "opportunity" -  where is the hesitance to stop for one or two minutes and think about principles, morals, ethics, and the rule of law?

For most, that minute or two comes from watching a peer hang, or their head lopped off by a guillotine, or a body ripped limb from limb in the public square, or the axe lowered to the neck, or the 20 bullets rip through the core, or the immolation in the bonfire of broken chairs - tax code - and public opinion.

If you're talking about America as a whole (as opposed to 'a hole') you would appear to need a fleet of 100 liners the size of the QE II, and then you'd have to pack them to the deckheads.

And considering that the Cape Kennedy Space Center is located in FLORIDA, it's a wonder the Space Shuttle ever gets off the ground!

Yes, in-your-face corruption in every possible sphere is the new America.

When the politicians are instructed by their owners to place petty criminals in every regulatory and judicial role the game is over. Pretty soon 'they' will be able to rape your kids in public and no harm come to them. Who is gonna arrest them? Sue them? Sentence them? Yep that is change you can believe in.

Recent case here where judge was found to be in business debt to a QC (high class lawyer). He did not recuse himself from hearing cases involving his creditor. The SHTF...he was immediately removed from duty and investigated for impropiety (quite rightly). Such stern response did not raise eyebrows; nor should it. I guess in New Zealand we have not descended into the cess-pit of corruption that permeates  through America.  It is just so sad to see USA go down the toilet. I refuse to visit now after a cop gave my wife (tourist!!) inappropriate sexual comment (yeah, she is a babe, but really)...and then got all aggro with me when I told him to pull his fucken pig-ignorant head in. It all went wrong for America after JFK. Johnson and Nixon were villianous/dishonest fucktards. But once the big money of the eighties swang into action, it was bye,bye America. Sad.

It's ok will all the people focused on a DSK being lynched on public tv, like a coliseum game under Caesar, makes it pretty plausible the US of A is afraid of people starting to march in the street for real justice, and not the frigging word settlement.... the Govt started noticing websites with divergent opinions were starting to have a serious impact on their credibility.

DSK being once again used as a diversion allows a complete panic in Europe, fake new terrorists to pop in ireland "a la" IRA revival, terrorists in libya, in whereveria , spain youth walking in the streets inspired by Egypt. Syria, Iran, Bahrein and the Blackwater little army squad, China, Fukushima, Mississipi floods... So many black swans and yet the market doesnt give a fck. What will happen when black swans stop and we are back to business as usual ? Dow shoots to 30k ?

Man , start smelling the coffee because if the US floor votes yes on this thing ! Patriot Act will look like starter and here's the main dish.

http://www.nytimes.com/2011/05/17/opinion/17tue1.html?_r=1&ref=opinion

The US of A knows the situation is critic and government might start fearing for an uprising , so they decide they might aswell pull the world in their downward spiral to hell with them.

And by the time the uprising happens we will all be deemed terrorists for disagreeing with the power in place and finish under complete slavery or in jail.

Corruption has no beginning and no end, so No, it will never stop. It's encoded in the human bean genome.  Like a prehensile tail.

The best and brightest, the most sophisticated among us have been born knowing this and do not spend a millisecond bemoaning it.

They capitalize upon it at every opportunity rather than writing about it, thinking about it, or trying to understand it.

We are barely a few milliennia from being Bonobo monkeys.

Even the relatively few saints----courtesy of various organized religions' Fiction departments, were among our most corrupt.

I even have a price.

I feel it necessary, here, to say a few words in defense of the Bonobo chimp, which is being slandered by this reference.

First of all, Bonobos are not bad looking for simians. The species is distinguished by relatively long legs, pink lips, dark face and tail-tuft through adulthood. Females have slightly more prominent breasts, in contrast to the flat breasts of other female apes.

Second, Bonobos are perceived to be matriarchal: Females tend to collectively dominate males by forming alliances; females use their sexuality to control males.

I sincerely doubt Judge Tobin would get a second look from a randy female Bonobo, no matter how much cash he flashed in her face.

Then, there is the behavior that truly differentiates Judge Tobin from his distant relatives. Primatologist Frans de Waal states that the Bonobo is capable of altruism, compassion, empathy, kindness, patience, and sensitivity. A Bonobo chimp would simply be incapable of the kind of sociopathic behavior Judge Tobin displays. Japanese scientists who have spent the most time working with wild Bonobos describe the species as extraordinarily peaceful, and De Waal has documented how Bonobos may often resolve conflicts with sexual contact (hence the "make love – not war" characterization for the species).

Sexual intercourse plays a major role in Bonobo society observed in captivity, being used as what some scientists perceive as a greeting, a means of conflict resolution, and post-conflict reconciliation. Bonobos are the only non-human animal to have been observed engaging in all of the following sexual activities: face-to-face genital sex (although a pair of Western Gorillas has been photographed performing face-to-face genital sex[34]), tongue kissing, and oral sex.[35] In scientific literature, the female-female behavior of touching genitals together is often referred to as GG rubbing or genital-genital rubbing. The sexual activity happens within the immediate family as well as outside it. Bonobos do not form permanent relationships with individual partners. They also do not seem to discriminate in their sexual behavior by sex or age, with the possible exception of abstaining from sexual intercourse between mothers and their adult sons; some observers believe these pairings are taboo. When Bonobos come upon a new food source or feeding ground, the increased excitement will usually lead to communal sexual activity, presumably decreasing tension and encouraging peaceful feeding.[36]

Group of Bonobos

Bonobo males occasionally engage in various forms of male-male genital behavior.[37][38] In one form, two males hang from a tree limb face-to-face while "penis fencing".[39][40] This also may occur when two males rub their penises together while in face-to-face position. Another form of genital interaction, called "rump rubbing", occurs to express reconciliation between two males after a conflict, when they stand back-to-back and rub their scrotal sacs together.

Don't spend too much time picturing that, kids.

The point is, Bonobos like to have sex with as many members of their community as possible. Human beings like Judge Tobin just like to fuck over as many people as they can. He is far beneath a Bonobo chimp.

Fri, 05/20/2011 - 11:18 | 1295497 anony

Well, there is the well-documented theory that Bonobos have ascended from human beans, are a truly advanced evolutionary species over humans.

I can get my head around that.

I sit, corrected.
