this afternoon, I notified Governor Scott that I would be resigning as a
Circuit Judge effective June 30, 2011. Effective July 1, 2011, I will
return to private practice with the Law Offices of Marshall C. Watson.
I wish to express my sincere thanks to each judge for permitting me the
honor of being your Chief Judge during the last four years. I
appreciate the confidence you placed in me.

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi Settles Investigation Against One of Florida’s Largest Foreclosure Firms
TALLAHASSEE,
FL – Today Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi announced a
first-of-its-kind settlement against attorney Marshall C. Watson and his
law firm, one of the largest foreclosure firms in Florida, for alleged
improprieties in the prosecution of foreclosure cases throughout
Florida.
This settlement, which calls for a $2 million payment and
imposition of certain requirements to conduct business, is the first
stemming from numerous investigations into Florida foreclosure law
firms.

FORT LAUDERDALE – In a cramped, makeshift courtroom, Broward County
Judge Victor Tobin was signing off on uncontested foreclosure cases as
fast as a clerk could keep them coming, only a few seconds per file.
“Batter up,”
he said as he finished one stack and eyed the next. With scores of
cases remaining on the day’s “rocket docket” earlier this week and tens
of thousands more awaiting judgment in this courthouse, there was little
time to pause.
We called and confirmed the "promotion" and I must say, we were speechless.
If this does not go to show how rigged the foreclosure game is, I do not know what will.
I don't know what to believe anymore...
I knew it was bad, but this is even beyond me...

To some extent, but access to them is fairly restricted and competent, professional assassins are only available for big money.
All the old dudes from prehistory that were made extinct were done so by their peers, compadres who associated with them, frequently. Look at Hitler, the Borgias, Cleopatra, Caesar, Lincoln----there are some commoners who can get close like Hinckley, but they are rare.
Unless there are some associates of our Royalty in the senate and the cabinet, unless Lord Blankfiend and Joe Cassano can be found vulnerable, or Chris Cox, Chris Dodd, Grahamm, Rubin, Greenspan, Madoff, theBernank, Geithner and so many others responsible for raping the masses, there is little hope for a good old fashioned coup and no chance for some really dramatic poisonings of their tea.
In the past, a lynch mob would have dragged these corrupt bastards from their homes and hanged them in front of the courthouse. We are weak bastards indeed.

It's a f**king cesspit unfortunately... the country is on it's last leg before collapse... this is how 'those in the know' people act when they know a countries days are numbered.
I wish I could say that I was surprised or shocked but at this point, I have just accepted that the system is corrupt beyond repair and it will never change.

Tobin was elected chief in July 2007 amid a crisis in confidence. More than a half-dozen Broward judges had made unsavory headlines — including Judge Lawrence Korda, who was charged with smoking pot in a Hollywood park. Korda later resigned.
Meanwhile, Tobin’s legal feud with another pro-Lynch antagonist – former County Court Judge Jay Spechler – ended Tuesday. Without comment, the U.S. Supreme Court denied Spechler’s request to review what happened last year when Tobin banished him from the main courthouse and demoted him to hearing traffic cases in a satellite court.
Spechler, who quit because of it, had claimed Tobin retaliated against him for backing Lynch in the chief judge’s race, and for speaking his mind at an internal judges’ meeting. But his lawsuit, filed by Boca Raton lawyer Robert Sweetapple, was rejected by judges at every level of the federal court system.

Dear God, please give peace to the homeowners fraudulently foreclosed upon by this rabid whorish judge, and keep them from visiting violence upon his shiftless mortal coil. Amen.
However, if he ever does get convicted and sent to "Federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison" I ask that you give comedic guidance to one of his male rapists to use the expression "batter up" at some point in the rotation.
