The F You to JP Morgan was fun. $.10 on the dollar was well worth the time of playing with them over 6 months. Paid off Cap 1 and Discover, so now it's time to mess with CITI. One month in and I love chatting with their customer service people. Just asking for a copy of the contract signed by both parties gets these thugs s-s-s-sssttt--ssttuttering. They can't seem to find it.

10 cents on the dollar. My bad. Settlement as I was growing tired of calling the "customer service" people financial terrorists. I was hoping they would have sold it off to a debt collection company as that would have been easier to default on, but I decided to settle and get the phone calls to stop.
Now it's time to attack CITI the same way.
When JP called to collect on the unsecured debt, I asked them for a signed contract. They sent me back a credit card terms agreement sheet. No signatures from either JP staff or Dr. Richard Head and no disclosure of financial considerationon on the part of JP listed in this agreement. I sent certified letters asking for those three pieces and they couldn't produce a thing. The calls continued for 6 months and I would ask for the same things over and over. Finally they offered a settlement and we haggled back and forth until they agreed on 10 cents on the dollar. Of course I will have to disclose this as income on Federal Taxes, but those fucktards can just add it to my bill and I will continue to pay $40 a month until the Fed defaults. Plus, it's not like I am not paying my taxes. There is no rule as to how quickly they need to be paid.
I don't know about this bank holiday nonsense. If 42 million lower class Americans are using gov't debit cards, what do they need cash for? The middle class is using their credit cards until they are written-off and the rich aren't going to pull out massive amounts of cash.
True..I don't really know what is going on. Other than having cash on hand, metals nearby, and a good supply of food, all I can do is sit back and watch. I can also add more metal positions as well and I can keep f'in with the banks.

BTW- If anyone follows my postings, I said, after QE pushes the EURO up and the dollar down, expect the ECB to take sly measures to counter this- most likely, some "bad news" about the EU will leak, word about a default of one sacrificed PIIG, false flags etc etc etc. The currency wars have already commenced. It is a just another Dollar intervention. It will fail to get an uptrend going like all the rest they have tried for the past month. The Dollar is far worse off than the Euro. When you see Euro weakness, you should be thinking US treasury at work. EUR, AUD, CAD, and USD are all working the same plan. Coordinated devaluation. They all have their preferred ratios. It won't work, of course. The dollar is too far gone and the others will come to that realization as the markets take them to task.
