actually a shower is like waterboarding, if you ask me. i think initially it is a shock to get showerboarded. that is why they invented the shower here in america. most people just use to bath. but they had to come up with showerboarding.
When was the last time you were boarded in the shower?

LMFAO!!!!
Yeah, just about. My last scrap of faith in authority, including those who structure our government, just got set alight (as if citizens united left me with any faith). Time to look for a new means of governance, this one is not only a failure, it supports a class above all else who value greed to the point of torturing children and maiming crotches half a world away. If I wasn't done with it all before, I'm done now.
So there's no way to use the technology to govern ourselves more directly? All those folks with nothing better to do than poke iphones could be voting with those phones, or better yet, writing legislation with them. Voter referendums are not availible to the extent they should be, at the absolute very least.
I agree with punishing the people who tortured others, and those that instructed/ordered others to torture, severly. It is treason and they should rot in a hole until dead.
So many things these days remind me of the standford prison experiment (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stanford_prison_experiment).
And as long as I'm bitching and not being productive...Where's my fusion power!?! That shit would be aweful nice right now. How much value do we invest in those possible returns again? Jack shit? Well that seems wise...especially when we spend about half of everything on killing better!? Maybe if I propose a giant fusion powered tank with a soul of steel and a heart of star fire that shoots lightning like a machine gun I'll be able to pass it through the military industrial complex without their realizing fusion makes them obsolete in ways unexpected, that is as long as we get the fusion reactor out of the tank before they enslave us with it. See this is why we need to be able to vote more directly. You can get things done without having to invent a fusion tank or some such.
*Sigh*
Finally someone is honest in saying this whole government thing doesnt work. Now lets take a big step and say, more importantly, it is IMMORAL.
For the brave among you, google "anarcho-capitalism."
And wasnt it emma goldberg that said "if voting changed anything, they'd make it illegal."
Any system of self-government eventually devolves into a class system. Once it is a class system there will be a "class" of those in charge.
What we need to do is re-arrange the deck chairs and restore a system of "limited government." We could do that if we amended the constitution to remove the "general welfare clause" from Article I, Section 8 of the constitution.
Torture is Treason? Again, I do not endorse torture but, Torture is Treason? I think you're getting your anti-american memes confused.
Great post.
