FBI, IRS, DOL Raid Sommet Group Headquarters
According to preliminary news reports, the headquarters of Sommet Group, the Franklin, TN-based major outsourcer of business services including payroll, medical billing, HRM, insurance and risk management and others, has been raided by the FBI, the IRS and the DOL. It would be shocking, shocking, if some fraud was uncovered when it comes to (mis)reporting labor statistics or medical billing detail. From News Channel 5: "The FBI along with the IRS criminal

FRANKLIN, Tenn. - The FBI along with the IRS criminal investigation's division and the Department of Labor have all gone into the Sommet Group headquarters in Franklin with a search warrant.
The Sommet Group is located on Cool Springs Boulevard.
The FBI would not say what the search warrant was issued for. They expect to release more details Tuesday afternoon.
In November of 2009, the Nashville Predators ended their naming rights deal with the Sommet Group of Tennessee for the team's arena, and they sued the company for failing to pay.
The Nashville Hockey Club Limited Partnership filed the lawsuit in Davidson County Chancery Court accusing the Sommet Group of Tennessee breach of contract under the three-year naming rights agreement reached in 2007.
Ed Lang, president of the team's business operations, said the Sommet Group had not made payments for months and had not given the Predators any indication the company would catch up.
Under the deal, the arena had been called the Sommet Center since 2007. The building in Nashville's downtown tourism district has been the Predators' home since 1998. Before it was the Sommet Center, it was the Gaylord Entertainment Center.
The team announced in February that the current Sommet Center would become Bridgestone Arena.

Why bother with a captcha when you have a log in system? Zerohedge's little captcha system seems like something you'd find on fox.com or some other msm page - doesn't serve a purpose, doesn't work, and it's easy to get around (you just "fail" it once, and it goes away the next time - you could take it one step further and just write a simple robot to run the calculation too).
They have a real small budget for this website and a guy named Sacrilege. I always round up on the captcha question so like 5 + 11 would be like 20. It seems to work for me.
