Financial and Energy Widgets

George Washington's picture

Washington's Blog is pleased to announce some useful widgets, created by - and co-branded with - OilPrice:

Post 'em on your website, share 'em, spread 'em around.

Download the widgets here.

Note: The data comes from official sources. If you like official sources, you should trust the data. If you are skeptical of official sources, act accordingly.

As for the carbon counter, global warming activists will find it interesting and global warming skeptics will find it a waste of space ( or an indication of available food for plants and forests). I am not pushing one view or the other, but seeking common ground.

Very nice.  Vic V. is right the carbon counter will insight...

The joke of course is that climate is always changing.  It's curious that many studies have shown temperature proceeds increases in atmospheric carbon but this is tossed aside as not important.

Hey, you can’t tax Sun Spots, (what; the Sun could actually effect global temperatures?) Water Vapor, (by far the most abundant green house gas!) or Clouds? So, it’s carbon. Man made carbon!  Yah that’s it. That’s the obvious culprit. Right!

Cap and trade is a scam and if it became the chief method for reducing effluents it would make "the debates over"; Al Gore the worlds first carbon billionaire. ... Never let a good crisis go to waste or, in this case, manufacture the evidence to  make man the problem, thus setting a precedent for Global Governance and increased taxation of the plebs.  Neat and tiddy, like those who lust for control like it.

Too early in the new normal. China may have more silver as it is building up on it.

It looks like you may have two of the same energy consumption widgets George.

As for this:

"As for the carbon counter, global warming activists will find it interesting and global warming skeptics will find it a waste of space, or an indication of available food for plants and forests. I am not pushing one view or the other, but seeking common ground. "

Wouldn't that be a bit like putting up a widget to track the # of abortions in the US, saying you are looking for common ground?

Yes, maybe I should have another widget:

"Hot air pumped out by politicians regarding climate change"

As to the dupes, they are slightly different layout (one fatter than the other, etc.).

No, it would be like saying you are neutral about sodomy, but will take one from the team to seek common ground.

Those widgets are complete bullshit. How about a widget for the rising price of food due to carbon taxes? How about a widget for how much money the squid has stolen so far this year? How about a widget for the poppy crop in Afghanistan? How about a widget for how much money the Federal Reserve Cartel has lent foreign banks this year? How about a widget for how much electricity and fuel has been used in Al Gore's mansions and The Queen's palaces?

Gloabl warming is a fraud and so is GW.
