How to Gloss Over Perjury, Forgery, & Fraud Upon An American Court & Expect to Come Out Unjustly Enriched!

Admitted to perjury and fraud tens of thousands of times over across America.

PLAN:

1. Blame “the borrowers”.
2. Hire an excellent PR team.
3. Hire excellent criminal defense attorneys.
4. Research countries that do not have extradition agreements with the United States.
5. Minimize the misdeeds by using light words such as “improprieties” and “irregularities”.
6. Downplay the implications, consequences, and repercussions at every opportunity.
7. Prepare a repertoire of arrogant, indignant expressions and vocal
tones to be liberally feigned at the merest hint of holding corporate
financiers accountable for known and admitted crimes.
8. Acknowledge the fact that America’s top financial institutions &
their corporate officers need not comply with rules, regulations, laws,
or quaint, arcane state & federal Constitutional rights of or
belonging to the serfs the American people.
9. Remind the Administration, lawmakers, judiciary, regulatory agencies, and law enforcement of #8.
10. Expect some inconsequential fines as the cost of doing business.
11. Anticipate record bonuses in a few weeks.
12. Maintain the status quo of the financial industry where the ethical
operative upon which a highly successful and lucrative business model is
predicated upon massive, dangerous, abusive, predatory, and criminal
fraud.
13. Plan on longevity.

Below is an example of how to "redo" fraudulent documents that
propounded fraud upon the court and arrogantly imply that the fraud is
of no consequence whatsoever. Florida Default Law Group, a foreclosure
mill in Florida files a Motion to Ratify Summary Judgment (check back
in a few days for the underlying affidavit and the exhibit A of this
document)

Just wait until word gets out that the fraudulent documents are not
limited to affidavits of indebtedness! Interesting responses indeed to
be expected in response to the revelations about verifications, assignments of mortgage, satisfactions of mortgage, robosigned nonsensical documents that do not match the MERS data, fraudulently backdated documents, free-for all with the stamps of notaries, affidavits that previous satisfactions of mortgage were erroneous (here and here), refinances that never paid off the original mortgage, photo-shop endorsements
of promissory notes, fabricating documents that never existed and
swearing to the accuracy of facts not known on practically every
document touched by the mortgage securitization ghouls and their
corrupt law firms.

How they gonna “redo” all that?

Maybe. Just maybe. Maybe millions of families across America would
like a similar opportunity; one where they jump at the chance to escape
accountability and repercussions by a simple “redo” of their
participation in an abusive, predatory financial transaction that left
them completely tapped out and facing homelessness?

Request for Congressional Foreclosure Panel to Examine Foreclosure Lawyers
http://www.change.org/petitions/view/request_for_congressional_foreclosure_panel_to_examine_foreclosure_lawyers#

"Although increasing numbers of courts are continuing to reject improper and fraudulent foreclosures, the Congressional Foreclosure Panel examination of mortgage services and foreclosure practices did not include foreclosure lawyers.

Lawyers are officers of the court; knowledge of applicable laws and civil procedure is not required from mortgage lenders. In states that require judicial foreclosures, lawyers are the ones who file lawsuits to seize and sell property; and lawyers are responsible for filing and recording foreclosure property deeds.

An investigation could prove helpful to sorting out whether improper and illegal foreclosure proceedings are linked to any self-dealing conduct disadvantaging lenders, investors, homeowners, and city governments.

An investigation could prove helpful to sorting out whether improper and illegal foreclosure proceedings are linked to any self-dealing conduct disadvantaging lenders, investors, homeowners, and city governments.

Inadequate or questionable foreclosure can lead to useless property deeds that impede real estate sales. Increasing numbers of title insurance companies are refusing to cover foreclosed properties; and certain mortgage default claims, are being denied because of defective foreclosure proceedings.

Attesting to the need for federal probe of foreclosure lawyers,. . ."

The true issue is the Moral Hazard issue.  The Banks got a bailout and the American Public did not.  This is the only way Americans feel that they can get the "trickle down economy" is to have their Mortgage either reduced or the interest rate lowered.  The Banks brought it upon themselves by accepting the Bail Out.  It left the American people thinking that the Money should flow down to them.  Why not? The Banks can borrow at 0% from the FED so what is the downside for them to reduce peoples interest to 2% instead of using that money to gamble in the Stock Market?

Americans feel betrayed and their only option is to try and get some of that Government Bail Out money for themselves.  Didn't they say the Bail Out would "trickle down"?

That's the only 2 options.

Their choice.

Crime seems to pay, sometimes for generations but eventually crime saps the life of the entity it feeds on, Crime is parasitic! That is why it is criminal behavior. These are truly sad times and it is difficult to see any glimmer of light in the future it seems our path is leading us to plod ever deeper into the shadows where a world of ever more hungry homeless men women and children await us. Even those who (at this time) think they are doing well are in for a lot of pain and anxiety, society is pyramid shaped, when the bottom collapses the top must also fall.

Pulleese! Obey the law. The law says... you lawyers wrote it all down in legalese, so that only you could interpret it! Now obey it. Not just when it suits you or your clients. Its simple enough - obey it.

Certainly explains why the lame duck congress is working overtime to make banking fraud, forgery, SEC fraud, racketeering an coercion retroactively legal for their bankster buddies.

I hope Madoff walks as the result of this legislation and forever become the poster child of govt corruption.

All around the rich and powerful are stealing from the not powerful to a staggering degree. But the thing that seems to upset some the most is if some average joe gets and undeserved windfall.

Better the TBTF banks steal trillions than one lazy no-hoper get something for nothing.

Gee, the banks love you for that.

Wareco is obviously a banker stooge.  Consider that Mers was set up in 1997 just waiting for mortgage rates to dive so that the full blown conspiracy could be implemented.  I guess no mention that the states and county courthouses were defrauded of billions on transfer fees, taxes means nothing.  And I guess that this "stooge" wouldn't know a criminal act if it hit him over the head with a 2 X 4; and he's an attorney?  I bet he works for BAC or JPM.

Pulleese!  As an attorney practicing in Florida, I can tell you that "Do overs" happen every single day in matters unrelated to foreclosure.  This is no biggie.  Yeah, the affiant said they verified the information on the affidavit of indebtedness, and they didn't.  It was re-checked and the information contained in the first affiavit was true.  Wow, big surprise there.  Did you really think the banks were making up these figures?  Show me one foreclosure where the homeowner is not in default, and I'll show you a few hundred thousand were they were.  The bottom line is the deadbeat homeowner didn't pay the periodic payments when due.  No vast conspiracy to kick out homeowners that are aren't delinquent.  Really 4closurefraud, this is much ado about nothing.  Attempts to make a mountain out of a mole hill will fail, as usual.

As a lawyer, you also know that you have a duty to uphold the integrity of the courts of your state. Permit fraud in your courts and you breach your ethical duty. You have an ethical duty to not countenance lies in your courts. If you don't want to do that, please publish your real name so we know someone in Florida to avoid.

As an attorney practicing in Florida...

Look beyond the single object at hand.  Look at the trend and the environment.

You, above all here, should be the most outraged.

Of course you know the difference between "letter" and "spirit".

Even Hummurabi 1792BC had a law code set down.

I like this one, obviously foreseeing the corruption of the US legal syste 4000 years later.

If a judge tries a case, reaches a decision, and presents his judgment in writing; and later it is discovered that his decision was in error, and it was his own fault, he shall pay twelve times the fine set by him in the case and be removed from the judge's bench.

Hammurabi also made history by declaring that kings and rulers after him must honor and enforce the laws, not change or manipulate them. Before him, kings would change the rules as they pleased, allowing for unfair treatment of citizens.

Wow, a Lawyer saying the Law doesn't matter for the little people.

Why am I not surprised to see a Lawyer saying widespread systemic fraud, perjury and rackateering is OK. I mean many lawyers are paid hookers, their morals, ethics and legal opinions change with who pays them money.

It is the fucking thinking like this that put the world in this mess. Fuck the law, it is only relevant if the rich want something otherwise it isn't neccessary.

Stinking cnuts, everyone of you.

Thank You...a museum grade mental artifact, and a perfect teaching tool...

'Forgive them for they know-not what they do...' indeed, clueless, heartless, righteously well-advantaged, alienated/distanced from the concept that THEY are WE
mental programming and biologically

...indeed much of this same mental construct here is ALSO embedded in the economic victims mind...a sense of earned failure, self-hate..."banality of Evil", but worse yet "Beyond Good and Evil"...

Likewise, feel no shame, no guilt, no sympathy, as Himmler would tell his mobile killing teams...do your duty, be preparedl, learn the dual-use applicabily of ordinary household implements, power tools, staged automobile accidents...with/without firearms...

fear nothing, especially 'death', for the victim's life has already been taken (grateful dead)....excepting for the thrill/sting of battle...Homer/illiad/Oddessy...

As a lawyer that you are, I'm not surprised that you immediately created a strawman argument. This is NOT about deadbeats being in default, it's about TBTF institutions NOT following the letter of the law. Unless, you think they should be above it......

and homebuyers being lied to about the terms and conditions of their mortagages.

Originators (the Burger King Kids) salting the first few pages of loan documents so buyers thought they were signing for a fixed rate mortgage when in fact it was ARM is just one example.

I guess our lawyer friend would say, "They should have know better or been more careful."  Or wait for it..."Hired a lawyer."

What crap.

This was fraud and theft as surely as someone had pulled a gun on them.

BofA had my mortgage for 10 years, and now only services it.  I'm probably going to pay it off after New Years.  What are the chances that I get a legitimate notice of satisfaction and clear title to my house?

I have been waiting since July when I sold my property for BOFA to return my executed original note. They did however file the satisfaction.

I have requested the note twice in writing. Anyone have any ideas on what my damages might be if they fail to return the original note?
