I'm sure that means something Rusty.  Or is it just a mental note to self?

Edit...I'm sorry it would seem it's a superstitious thing, I didn't realize that we combine astrology and economics here, but then again nothing else has been making sense for the last few years.

On this day of superstition and hindenburgs and foreshadowing of doom...let us resolve to eat, drink and live it up while we still have the chance.

Terrible retail report and surely to be revised down. People are working more and enjoying it less. Friday the 13th indeed.

Hey, sales may be declining but at least retail prices are going up.  Rally On!  Futures about to turn green.  Chinese solars are attractively priced here.

i don't think that Ben has fully and completely communicated to the peasantry that its time to give what's left of their savings to the big banks.

He fired up a rally party and no one came.

Now the banks are playing musicals chairs.....isn't there some way we can force the peasants to come in and buy stocks now?

Tyler, I've just heared the freakiest story today about aviation.

Those fires in Russia, the floods in Pakistan? These are mainly caused because something really strange has happened with the jetstream in the upper atmosphere. Somehow, it has shifted which it has never done before.

Now what does that have to do with aviation?

Most plane routes intercontinetal take advantage of the jetstream to save fuel, but because the jetstream has shifted, planes are using way much more fuel suppressing profits even more.

The shift in the jetstream doesn't seem to have anything to do with global warming. It's because of a change in the earth electric field supposably caused by the solar storm 2 weeks ago.

I've heard a speech of about one hour, but I got to go into a meeting. But I'm sure you'll find stuff on the net about it.

My God Europe is firing on almost, most cylinders - but the markets say the future looks less than miserable.

Remind me about a cat that is both dead in one life and alive for at least a short time in another.

Fed Zeppelin!   Man, that is easily the best post you've ever made. Now there's a cartoon that just writes itself.

- Maybe ZH should adopt a Zeppelin theme instead of Fight Club whenever things hit DEFCON 5. The heavy soundtrack, the flaming gas...what could be more appropriate?  Look, there's Marla in the back row...http://www.galeon.com/allmusic/caratulas/l/led_zeppelin_-_led_zeppelin_II-front.jpg

Wow, you can get away with a lot on CNBC so long as you have a foreign accent!  I love at the end where the host is just like "Uh....OK....thanks for coming on."  No rebuttle possible, lol.

I mean how often can you drop the PPT, gold manipulation, and sovereign debt fears all into one interview and not get harrassed by the host on CNBC?  He definitely caught them off guard.
