Add to front running that PALM burst up out of nowhere after dilution for a reason after all.  Jeffries is out saying NOK will pay an 80% premium to get them.

It's time for Mr. Warren Buffet to step up to the plate and so something about one of his companies as well as the ratings industry. The Wall Street Journal reports that a whistleblower at Moddy's got fired for revealing that Moody's allegedly gave high ratings to debt in January 2009 that IT KNEW it would have to downgrade. If true, this is more fraud. Eric Kolchinsky is set to testify UNDER OATH in front of Congress on Thursday. Is it Mr. Buffett's policy to retaliate against whistleblowers? Mr. Kolchinsky was fired after eight years at Moody's.

To read the "subscriber only" articles from the WSJ, type in the headline in a Google search and click it in the search results and voila, you have the full article.

Thanks a lot for the tip -- it worked. It's an interesting article, and reminded me of a piece years ago from Robert Reich, where he lamented how much brain power was wasted in America on inventing and trading financial instruments that had little purpose other than being vehicles for speculation.

Thanks to this web site every day I see something that has me screaming at my monitor What The Fcuk?

Working my way down today's frontrunners is the story "Was FINRA invested with Madoff?" FINRA, which was run by Mary Shapiro at the time, seems to have invested millions of its own money with Bernie. WTF. Oh, and after watching that video clip with Harvey Pitt, all I can say is I wish someone would give him a good bitch slapping.

Props ZH.

why do people with absolutely no knowledge about what is actually happening getting paid so well to be moronic, and people that know what has occurred, what is happening right now, and what surely awaits in the future, are getting punished so badly

Because the well paid people are telling everyone exactly what they wish to hear. The realists are speaking truth.

Silly rabbit, truth is for kids.

FYI, Palin gave a strong speech at the CLSA forum and really went after the FED for creating bubbles etc. She has a strong libertarian streak which our economy needs right now IMO.

I don't know. That's some scary shit if Palin really thinks she has something to say on these subjects.

But there is hope.

That is a LIE. I know 3 people who were there who called me.
The people who walked out because so many people wanted to ask questions so it went over time.

Also, it was over 1500 people and she was recieved quite warmly except for a 3 or 4 Obama Bots.

The media will LIE about her non stop. You really have to wake up and not believe everything you read!
