Global warming scam exposed as scientific fraud; Copenhagen summit approaches,  Abu Dubai goes bust; financing problems spread to governments, Washington insists on Colombia 'full spectrum' base, new H1N1 bypasses adaptive immunity and is Tamiflu-resistant, US mint suspends sales of Eagles, Bernanke to run his mouth this Thursday.

LAST WEEK IN MAYHEM

1) Global warming scam exposed as scientific fraud; Copenhagen summit approaches, banks and governments wring hands in glee at prospect of global carbon taxes.

Well well well.  In case you've been living under a rock or else, like me, drinking all Thanksgiving weekend, you might be aware of the leaked emails and source code -- which pretty much show what a corrupt farce UN-funded 'climate science' science has become.  UN scientists are on-record conspiring to delete data under FOIA request, to deliberately hide the decline in global temperatures, and so forth, which basically means they were working together to commit crimes.  Furthermore, they now admit they deleted temperature records -- but these same scientists now assure the public they will "reconstruct" them for us. Forgive my skepticism, but, hahahahah!  Regardless, so these idiot scientists and their well-funded banker policy backers are more or less stalling for time (*cough Copenhagen cough*) , which starts December 6th, while the MSM is pretty much silent.  Unfortunately Copenhagen carbon-tax treaty is a done deal -- despite the scandal which has been censored from the major networks!   Oh well...  Just another day in the matrix !

Climate change: this is the worst scientific scandal of our generation

Our hopelessly compromised scientific establishment cannot be allowed to get away with the Climategate whitewash, says Christopher Booker.

The [leak's] importance cannot be
overestimated, What we are looking at here is the small group of scientists
who have for years been more influential in driving the worldwide alarm over
global warming than any others, not least through the role they play at the
heart of the UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

Professor Philip Jones, the CRU's director, is in charge of the two key sets
of data used by the IPCC to draw up its reports. Through its link to the
Hadley Centre, part of the UK Met Office, which selects most of the IPCC's
key scientific contributors, his global temperature record is the most
important of the four sets of temperature data on which the IPCC and
governments rely – not least for their predictions that the world will warm
to catastrophic levels unless trillions of dollars are spent to avert it.

Most incriminating of all are the emails in which scientists are advised to
delete large chunks of data, which, when this is done after receipt of a
freedom of information request, is a criminal offence.

Global warming exposed as UN-funded fraud

Russian computer hackers have published emails and source code from the UN-affiliated Climate Research Unit showing profound corruption, fraud, and criminal activity. What's really behind the Copenhagen treaty?

http://www.zerohedge.com/article/global-warming-exposed-un-funded-fraud

Bonus Round:   Unhinged Begley loses his marbles on the air, hillarity ensues.

And who says global warming isn't a religion!

2) Abu Dubai goes bust; financing problems spread to governments

downtown Dubai

There are several things worth pointing out.  First, the idea that somehow governments will be immune to this debt crisis should be dead.  We have seen Iceland go bust, we have seen Eastern Europe go bust, and now we see Dubai go bust.  The financing trouble will spread -- it will continue to spread at the pace deemed suitable by those behind the scenes.  The financial system is becoming increasingly unstable.  Nothing is fixed.  The whole wretched thing is barely held together by the immoral, often illegal policy actions of central banks worldwide -- operating on their own timeline.

What is actually going on here is the international financial system is entering a 'controlled collapse' much as it has been for the past 18 months, although now the collapse appears to be once again accelerating somewhat as we approach the Copenhagen 'global warming' summit... we must ask ourselves, "Who benefits?"  The ultimate objectives here are multifaceted but one clear winner is the idea of handing the IMF more power.  Ultimately , according to publications this year from the Council on Foreign Relations (and other such opaque policy structures), the goal will be 1) international power consolidation , often termed "global governance", and, 2) to replace the dollar as world currency.  This is expected to happen via two mechanisms : A), via the rise of the SDR basket as a settlement mechanism in global trade as per the IMF, and B) , via the rise of the yuan , yen, and ruble as regional currencies in the East.

Shanghai, China

Furthermore the issue at hand with the Cophenhagen global warming treaty atop the background of 'failed states' in the West is the construction of an entirely new quasi-corporatist global system , based around "global warming" , where carbon-debt forms a core component of international trade.  This includes new taxes on a wide-range of products and services (in order to make them "green") but this ultimately is a cynical but brilliant ploy to consolidate power in the interlocking leadership of banks and massive corporations.  In other words, there is a well-funded yet profoundly corrupt group of political high-rollers operating behind and through the internationalist structure of the UN and associated think tanks, NGO front groups, bank-funded 'charity' foundations, Fortune 500 corporations and so on.

There are many more objectives to "carbon debt" than I can elucidate here, but the primary one that requires understanding is that in order to construct a new international financial system , we require both the problems of "sovereign debt crises" as well as an urgent hyperventilated "global warming" threat as pretext for governments to act to "do something" , and to give sovereignty and power away to international institutions such as the UN, WTO, Bank of International Settlements, and related groups.  Ultimately, when you think about it -- the idea of "carbon credits" as a tradable mechanism is itself an anti-human and anti-life form of economics!

Needless to say, two important things to watch are 1) any further problems regarding sovereign government funding, which may once again originate in the Middle East, and 2) what sort of 'global warming' aggreement comes out of Copenhagen -- which I assure you is a done deal, despite the growing scandal with the well-funded yet morally bankrupt and corrupt UN psuedo-scientists who wrote the IPCC reports.

3) Washington insists on Colombia "full spectrum" base;  someone please invite PredatorDrone to this party;  network-centric warfare goes Latin American.

The future of warfare, 2012 - 2050.   Yeah , it's kinda like Terminator.

Just to briefly review what we are dealing with in S America -- the US is constructing a series of "full spectrum" capable bases in Colombia.  This will allow the Pentagon access to a large range of S American territory.  What comes to mind here is the report from Project for a New American Century, where wars are expected to be fought on multiple terrains (electronic spectrum, information spectrum, physical spectrum, etc). Particularly what appears to be going on in Colombia is the unspoken construction of bases which will be enabled for DARPA's "network-centric" warfare.  This does not mean , however, that war is around the corner in Colombia or Venezuela despite the saber-rattling of the past several weeks.  Rather simply war is now a potential outcome upon the intermediate-term horizon.  One thing history shows is large wars require lots of funding, lots of weapons build-up , and lots of planning prior to the often-contrived "spark" which sets off the powder keg.   The next global military conflict will rapidly advance and employ the use of combat robotics.   DARPA is just thinking ahead -- UAVs need to take off from somewhere!

4) New Pandemic flu mutation bypasses existing adaptive immunity, spreads worldwide;  Dr Adrian Gibbs publishes new scientific paper providing evidence for 'lab origin'

Molecular clock analysis of the new pandemic flu genome.  NA is mutating the fastest, followed by HA.  These are both flu surface proteins.

Here is a brief update regarding the new mutated form of flu that is spreading worldwide (which was first identified in Ukraine).   There is a change on the Receptor Binding Domain (RBD) called D225G that allows the new strain of the flu to bypass immune reactivity.  So if you have had the old flu or were vaccinated, hypothetically you only have 25% adaptive immunity to the new strain.  So you can get it twice.

Furthermore, the new mutated forms of the H1N1 flu virus are significantly more lethal (my current estimate is 0.2%), as they have tissue tropism which allows these strains to infect both the nose and lung relatively easily, sometimes resulting in rapid viral pneumonia in the unlucky cases. This is rather unusual for a flu virus. Additionally, Tamiflu resistance is now spreading worldwide, despite the assurances to the contrary of the CDC and WHO.  While there is no reason to panic , this is a situation which requires careful monitoring, especially through January - Feburary 2010. Unfortunately , due to the cynical and secretive actions of world health policy bodies such as the WHO, we cannot take for granted what we are told in their press releases, as we often find they are lies and half-truths more suitable for politicans than doctors.

http://www.recombinomics.com/whats_new.html

As for 'Where did this new flu virus come from?' , as I have been saying for some time , this virus is genetic engineered.  Whether on purpose or by accident, it's not natural. Now Dr. Adrian Gibbs, one of the co-creators of Tamiflu, has published a paper in Virology Journal which provides the precise evidence that the new H1N1 'swine flu' emerged from a laboratory -- not nature.

From where did the 2009 ‘swine-origin’ influenza A virus
(H1N1) emerge?

Adrian J. Gibbs1§, John S. Armstrong1 and Jean C. Downie2
1
Australian National University Emeritus Faculty, ACT, 0200, Australia
2
CIDMLS, ICPMR, Westmead Hospital, NSW, 2145, Australia

The swine-origin influenza A (H1N1) virus that appeared in 2009 and was
first found in human beings in Mexico, is a reassortant with at least
three parents. Six of the genes are closest in sequence to those of
H1N2 'triple-reassortant' influenza viruses isolated from pigs in North
America around 1999-2000. Its other two genes are from different
Eurasian 'avian-like' viruses of pigs; the NA gene is closest to H1N1
viruses isolated in Europe in 1991-1993, and the MP gene is closest to
H3N2 viruses isolated in Asia in 1999-2000. The sequences of these
genes do not directly reveal the immediate source of the virus as the
closest were from isolates collected more than a decade before the
human pandemic started. The three parents of the virus may have been
assembled in one place by natural means, such as by migrating birds,
however the consistent link with pig viruses suggests that human
activity was involved.

5) US mint once again suspends sales of gold and silver eagles, tungsten back in fashion.

The world's largest gold coin.  I wonder if it has a tungsten core...

Okay let's try to summarize this:  Rob Kirby maintains fake gold bars filled with Tungsten showed up in Hong Kong.  These were supposedly very complex fakes, which has some investors spooked.  Next:  The US mint suspended Eagle sales due to 'high demand'.   Next: The Royal Canadian Mint was recently embroiled in scandal over 'missing' gold, but now says no gold was missing (they supposedly 'double-counted' $15.3m in bullion),  yet there was a huge investigation.  Very strange happenings in the gold market, indeed.  Are these events related?   It's not yet clear.

Is the Dollar "Good as Tungsten"?

THIS WEEK IN MAYHEM

This week the things to watch will be on the gold price (as usual), the fallout from the Climategate scandal, the ADP unemployment report on Wednesday, Jobless claims and Bernanke running his mouth on Thursday, and the implications of the sovereign default in Dubai.

Have a great week

I signed up . Yes Global warming is a religion . Requiring MORE FAITH than the basic tenets of Christianity . A deeper look a Our Mr Gore a few years back and at some of his quotes (sermons) related to global warming  , definitely lead one to see its not just a relgion ( worship of Hera ,queen of Heaven , and  Diana mother earth goddess) , but a cult as old as man .

Hi PM,

Thanks for the update on the flu.  I'll look into your references.  I've spoken with Dr. Niman who heads Recombinomics, and according to him, the mechanism of change is recombination - not genetic engineering, not sporadic mutations occurring simultaneous in multiple locations.  Here are two articles on the subject, my most recent two, and the first discusses recombination.

I ran this by a couple people (in the virus/research field) and one says the journal the work is cited from, virology journal, is a 4th tier journal, i.e., to quote, beats out "The Journal of Squashed Bugs and Roadkill" but that's about it. I had never heard of that journal either. The other feedback is that this theory is an old story with no merit.

I have never been a big fan of the idea of cap & trade and carbon credits and whatever else type of three card monty they will try and play with this issue. If we really want to eliminate carbon emissions, elminate carbon emissions. Real investment into real alternatives such as solar and wind through the tax code or stimulus or whatever else, I bevieve, will acomplish much more with the added benefit of creating real jobs. Let's not confuse the issue, climate change is real and does need to be delt with. Or, we can just obfuscate the issue and just see where climate change, or if you prefer 'global warming', takes us.

Copenhagen summit: It's money that matters in the backroom talks

At a conservative estimate, the burgeoning climate change industry expects Copenhagen to open the door to more than $10tn of investment in low carbon technologies by 2030. That, says the International Energy Agency, is what is needed to limit carbon dioxide concentrations in the atmosphere to 450 parts per million, and give a decent chance of avoiding dangerous climate change

it's just not as simple as you imply.

these "rights" you speak of... aren't they actually self-defined entitlements? as in, do you have the right to silence, or do I have the right to make noise? what if I can't stand silence? what if you can't stand noise? which of us is bigger and/or has a gun?

unsurprisingly, these so called "rights" are usually "wants", as defined by a motivated group (e.g. political party, religion, gender group, race, etc.), and doubtless backed by the threat of violence or imprisonment.

do you have the right to life? oxygen? gravity? ...

i will concede that i don't respect idiots much, rights or no rights. personal failing,i guess.
