gw, David Dee's political satire here: ( http://rense.com/1.mpicons/deesA1.htm :note: it takes a moment to load, then scroll/PgDn)and more here ( http://rense.com/1.mpicons/deesA2.htm )is just as descriptive, if not more than of a.freda. Would you not agree? That's what I want to know.
Both Dees and Freda are both brilliant.

The left wing and the right wing are both attached to the same damn vulture.

there's a mighty judgement coming , but i could be wrong....leonard , again
Searing graphic. Welcome to Amerika. The predatorclass owns and controls the government, the den of vipers and thieves on Wall Street, America's oligarchs, and the bulk of America's wealth and resources.
The people have absolutely no access to, or voice in the conduct of the government, and are left to rot, while the predatorclass is cloaked, excused, immunized, and advanced by the socalled leadership and the socalled government.
There exist only one party in Amerika - the predatorclass!
DOUCHONOMICS 101

I would have put the Elephant and the Donkey in a 69 position. Sucking each other off while they call each other 'bitch'.
+++ where's william bonzai on that one?
lol, good "bait" GW - I clicked on your post with only slight hesitation, and you did not disappoint. . .
I like to use the "left buttcheek, right buttcheek, same stinkin' pile" retort when discussing polly-ticks, but sometimes folk like pictures *grin*
Kinda off topic, but there's a hilarious site, dollarredesign.com, that encourages various graphic designers to submit redesigns for the American currency. If you go to the site, make sure to click on "View All Submissions", and then go to page 15, where the designs of David Muller, Gabriel Eid, and Simon Glickman are particularly funny.
Be warned that browsing some of the other pages might generate nausea. A surprising number want to put Obama on the currency. What did he do to build the country?
C'mon! He won the frickin' Nobel Peace Prize! </sarcasm>
America is no more a democracy than China. In America you vote for who they allow and in China they vote for who they are told too.
Reality is both countries have a central party!
India has many more parties of corruption that any country.

Homer: America, take a good look at your beloved candidates. They're nothing but hideous space reptiles. [unmasks them] [audience gasps in terror] Kodos: It's true, we are aliens. But what are you going to do about it? It's a two-party system; you have to vote for one of us. [murmurs] Man1: He's right, this is a two-party system. Man2: Well, I believe I'll vote for a third-party candidate. Kang: Go ahead, throw your vote away. [Kang and Kodos laugh out loud] [Ross Perot smashes his "Perot 96" hat] -- "Treehouse of Horror VII"The Simpsons family is working too, with Homer and the kids carrying wood, and Marge pushing a wheelbarrow of cinderblocks -- with Maggie on top. Marge: I don't understand why we have to build a ray gun to aim at a planet I never even heard of. Homer: Don't blame me, I voted for Kodos. -- "Treehouse of Horror VII"
One of my favorites. But don't forget to choose between the Fingerlicans and the Tastycrats.
Fuck dumbo & the mule, i'm on Ron's side he said those three magic words " End The Fed". He is a RINO so don't start....
If that graphic is supposed to stir up some political commentary about which political party is at fault/the best -- I ain't playing. It is cute, however.
perhaps it's rather telling that it actually *didn't* start the slug-fest.
maybe the majority of the ZH'rs actually agree that they all suck, or perhaps they're all tired out this evening.
Fingerlicans or Tastycrats?
John Jackson or Jack Johnson?
Both are pieces of shit. Tea Party will them both soon enough...
AC
I agree with Taibbi on his view of the Tea Party Crackers.
http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/news/17390/210904
So do I. It's a perfect analysis of them. And I might add, it is a perfect description of the Glenn Beck morons.
who me?
(scratches groin... again)
Yes, because witchcraft is OK! and masturbating is sinful...
:)
I'm fine with and mostly in agreement with the original grass-roots, fairly spontaneous "Tea Party" protesters. However, what is now being labelled as the "Tea Party" seems to be various Frankensteinian monsters of crazy and/or highly Machiavellian people co-opting a label for their own benefit.
That is how the oligarchs co-opt the movement as a whole ... by planting and promoting obvious nutters in the midst of genuine activists. It sows confusion and drives the sheeple back to the main game (the two-headed Republocrat Party).
The same approach is taken within the "new media" ... sowing false trails through such diversions as UFOs, Mayan prophecies and religious raptures ... to obfuscate the real exposés of the plans of the oligarchs. 95% of "alternative media" commentators are spreading disinformation -- either deliberately or unwittingly -- and I suspect the same disinformation/double-agent percentage will soon be achieved among Tea Party candidates.
That I buy. I'm not anti Tea Party... and the post I agreed to when I posted the Taibbi article said as much. I think the intent was good, but it has been co-opted. I saw this clearly the moment Sarah Palin rose to prominence within the movement... that was it for me... I knew it would never be the thing I had hoped it would be.
+Infinity.
O'Donnell is no more "Tea Party" than I'm the fucking Pope ... but she did achieve something that the oligarchs do not like ... she unseated a career lapdog who has consistently looked the other way while the looting has taken place ...
Meh... what's to say she didn't do exactly what the oligarchs wanted? You seem open to the idea that the Tea Party movement has been co-opted... or at the very least, believe that she isn't a legit part of the movement (perhaps there is a pure part of the movement and an impure part)... so what's to say that this isn't by design?
The oligarchs don't want the Sarah Palin(s), the Christine O'Donnell(s), or the Sharron Angle(s) ... neither does the Tea Party ... but the enemy of my enemy can sometimes be my best friend.
By the way, I hate the Tea Party ... my parents love it, but they have mid-level IQs and are just as Taibbi describes ... "cut this program, cut that program, and cut SS and Medicare ... for everyone but me ..." ... frustrating as hell, but at least career politicians are now forced to some account ... and the political activism is good for that.
I disagree with you about Sarah P.
She supports the Fed and she's all gung-ho for the GWOT. That is all that the PTB requires.
And lay off Matt Taibbi. There are plenty of genuine targets around for you to vent you scorn on. Tiabbi has accomplished a lot of good. That is unless you work for Goldman Sachs of course.
I salute you for seeing through the BS. Great posts.
All good points. I question whether her nomination is "by design," but it's quite clear that the Dems are thrilled about it, for seemingly good reasons. And if you're an elite benefitting from the fake battle between Dems and Reps while both serve the same masters with 99.99% reliability, you would be happy to try and make a genuine new movement look as nutty as possible. American voters being what they are, you might just succeed. I don't follow O'Donnell that closely but she seems at least as crazy as she's being portrayed (much as Palin appears to be almost as dumb and provincial as she has been painted).
The US has reached a state of total corruption, and most people (not counting most ZH members) don't yet recognize it. The complex of politics and "media" is sufficiently powerful and tightly joined to defeat most potential threats to those elites hiding behind the curtain. The original tea party protests represented, fairly clearly, genuine grassroots feeling for real values, and that was an extremely dangerous threat to those elites. It appears that they are defusing the threat with about the level of success one might have anticipated (if one were pragmatically cynical).
Exactly. While I think the general Tea Party movement has been co-opted, I'm not certain that Christine O'Donnell is some conspiracy setup by TPTB ... she's just a lucky boob who has run for office multiple times and piggybacked onto the biggest political activism the U.S. has seen since the 1960's/1970's ...
She saw an opportunity and jumped at it ... as for what the "Tea Party" originally represented, she is as dumb as Palin, Angle, etc. on the stump regarding the small "l" libertarian values that the "Tea Party" originally was setup to believe in ...
I agree. Have you read Taibbi on the Tea Party?
http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/news/17390/210904
Taibbi is a left-wing, blue pill swilling fuckstick ... his opinion is about as intellectual as Sarah Palin's. Yeah, I know he is a hero here at ZeroHedge for taking on Goldman Sachs, but his intelligence mobile only turns left ... and his ancedotal schtick in the article is crap ... if he went after the UAW or SEIU with the same fervor that he attacks everything "right-wing", he'd *get it* ... as it is he is just another part of the problem, the corrupt Fourth Estate that continues to perpetuate the left-right false dilemma in politics (see Fox News vs. MSNBC for further false dilemma bullshit in our country) ...
O'Donnell unseated a multi-term, career Machiavellian politician in Mike Castle. He was a trough-feeding douchebag and is part of the corporatocracy between Wall Street and Washington D.C. that is destroying the real economy ... not the fake paper pushing, 1's and 0's moving shit that "traders" do as "God's work" to enrich our country ... who gives a shit what she is for ... she won't win (and shouldn't), but in my eyes she's already *won* ... she's taken out a career politician and given someone else a chance (her or Coons) to show their meddle ...
The Founding Fathers never intended assholes like Charlie Rangel or John McCain to serve 15+ terms in Congress ... that is what is wrong and Taibbi doesn't get it ...
It would appear that O'Donnell's hench-warlock has junked us!
Yes, good piece by Taibbi.
I just read it...I liked it about as much as Alan Grayson's beard.
I give a sewer-rat's ass about the Tea Party (whatever that means at this point), but this article is not on par with the Vampire Squid series.
AC_Doctor, do you think my freon level is low? Or should I just change the filter?
If you imagine that the above horrid animal is standing on a timeline it is easy to visualize the reality that the Republicans want to ruin the country at some indefinite but near point in the future.
And also that the Democrats want to ruin the country yesterday. "The fierce urgency of now" is I believe how they put it.
However it looks like they've finally split that small difference and merged what/where they have in common...but to be perfectly accurate each front end should have a long, spiraled horn growing out of it's forehead.
Ha ha, they're eating the money.
Would that mean they are shitting on each other?
No, on us.
+1
Yes sir, will you be having the shit on a stick, or the chocolate-covered shit on a stick?
Nice post Mr. Warshington.
I for one very much appreciate your no commentary post. It somehow makes you seem a bit more clever... Please use this format for all your future posts as well.
Must say I agree with the gist of your pic as well...
This is a master piece.
On the contrary, I feel that it is horribly flawed.
If the drawing were to be entirely accurate, it should have had, instead of two heads, two assholes, one on each end of the bloated dollar-consuming body. And under each asshole would be the hapless American citizen, er, I mean consumer, being dumped on by an endless stream of feces.
Well, HR Geiger, get out yer @#$%^&* crayons and get started!
Sorry, I am strictly left-brained, and my artistic skills are so rudimentary that I can barely even draw a recognizable stick figure, let alone anything of the complexity which I described. A pity, as I have had some great ideas for political cartoons over the years, but lack the talent to manifest them.
Unfortunately, the supporters of these two parties do so with the same conviction applied to religious beliefs.
Makes me sick to my stomach..
