guess what is going to happen if commds will correct 25-30% and stay there.. comlete chaos.. look at Belarus and multiply by 100 times..

Interesting.
I suspect though, that instead things will ultimately become more fragmented.
This is because Russia has a major demographic problem regarding it's military (not enough suitable candidates), so the existential threat that would scare Europeans into a regional 'states' simply doesn't exist, nor will for several generations.
Without that, no reason to band together en masse, more reasons to seperate into small groups. There might even be sub-regional currencies that spring up in the PIIGS to compete with their profligate government's currency (e.g. Drachmas).
