Retail investors " all in " on fixed.

Yup.....that jives with the talk from sell-side brokers. Finally sensing that the retail investors smell an equities rat, they are pushing the fixed income side hard. Guess they got tired of being laughed off by the marks.

I am patiently waiting to hear what Vanguard & Fidelity will say about SEC 22(e) 3a and their MM funds.

If these huge funds decide it's OK to lock up both your powder & sweep, when you need them most......then expect anyone w/ half a brain will leave these funds. -
