Hacker Group Anonymous Brings Peaceful Revolution To America: Will Engage In Civil Disobedience Until Bernanke Steps Down

Tyler Durden's picture

The world's most (in)famous hacker group - Anonymous - known for effectively shutting down their hacking nemesis security firm (with clients such as Morgan Stanley and, unfortunately for them, Bank of America)- HBGary, advocating the cause of Wikileaks, and the threat made by one of its members that evidence of fraud by Bank of America will be released on Monday, has just launched communication #1 in its Operation "Empire State Rebellion." The goal - engage in "a relentless campaign of non-violent, peaceful, civil disobedience" until Ben Bernanke steps down and the "Primary Dealers within the Federal Reserve banking system be broken up and held accountable for rigging markets and destroying the global economy effective immediately."

The Anonymous manifesto:

  • We are a decentralized non-violent resistance movement, which seeks to restore the rule of law and fight back against the organized criminal class.
  • One-tenth of one percent of the population has consolidated wealth in unprecedented fashion and launched an all-out economic war against 99.9% of the population.
  • We are not affiliated with either wing of the two-party oligarchy. We seek an end to the corrupted two-party system by ending the campaign finance and lobbying racket.
  • Above all, we aim to break up the global banking cartel centered at the Federal Reserve, International Monetary Fund, Bank of International Settlement and World Bank.
  • We demand that the primary dealers within the Federal Reserve banking system be broken up and held accountable for rigging markets and destroying the global economy, effective immediately.
  • As a first sign of good faith we demand Ben Bernanke step down as Federal Reserve chairman.
  • Until our demands are met and a rule of law is restored, we will engage in a relentless campaign of non-violent, peaceful, civil disobedience.
  • In our next communication we will announce Operation Empire State Rebellion.

Glorious Chairman Ben - our free advice to you: change your e-mail password stat...

In one sense, it's sad that this has to be "outsourced" (for lack of a better word). Then again, at least someone's willing to do it.

I also heard that the next big target is taking down the NYSE (or since the merger with the German one, whatever the hell the new name is). If they can do that, I'll be impressed.

What will the govt. and corporate business MSM channels do? How will CNBC fill the airtime when the market's shut down? Most of the financial firms I've dealt with have some type of site encryption. But I'm not sure that all have 128 bit.

There's only so many videoloops you can fill with.

Nonsense. Imagine printing out stickers linking this video and subsequent releases and then literally painting the town(s) with them. Talk to people. Spread the word, retweet that shit, etc.

We don't have to embrace impotence.

Evidently these guys read Zero Hedge and the derivation of the problems which exist in not just our nation but all nations. The thievery of fractions and whole dollars of those that produce for this nation in order to hand it over to those who do nothing but gain influence with the stolen wealth and produce zero products is a parasitical cancer that is antathema to all the United States was founded upon. Solely because said parasites purchase the media to tell you this is acceptable does not make it facts but merely a distortion for the benefit of the elite. Look no further than Nixon when trying explain why the war must continue and why the system is self perpetuating.

Richard M. Nixon
: Yeah, I understand that. How old are you, young lady?
Young Student: 19.
Richard M. Nixon: Yeah. Well, probably most of you think I'm a real SOB. I know that. I understand how you feel, but you know, I want peace too. But peace with honor.
Student #2: What does that mean?
Richard M. Nixon: Well, you can't have peace without a price. Sometimes you have to be willing to fight for peace, and sometimes to die.
Student #2: Yeah? Tell that to the GI's who are gonna die tomorrow in Vietnam.
Student #1: What you have to understand, Mr. Nixon, is we're willing to die for what we believe in.
[the other protesters say "Yeah!"
Richard M. Nixon: [Turns and points to the statue of Lincoln] Look, that man up there, he lived in similar times. He had chaos and civil war and hatred between the races. Sometimes I go to the Lincoln room at the White House and just pray. But you know, liberals act like idealism belongs to them. That's not true. My family went Republican because Lincoln freed the slaves. My grandmother was an abolitionist, those Quakers who founded Whittier, my hometown... to abolish slavery. They were, y'know, conservative Bible folk, but they had a powerful sense of right and wrong. And 40 years ago, I was like you, looking for answers.
[the protesters scoff, unconvinced. Just then a gang of Nixon's aides, led by Haldeman, arrive and push through the crowd to come to his side
Richard M. Nixon: It's OK, Bob, we're just rapping, my friends and I. In fact we agree on a lot of things, don't we?
Young Student: No, we don't! You say you want to end the war, so why don't you?
Richard M. Nixon: Change always comes slowly. I pulled out more than half the troops. I'm trying to cut the military budget for the first time in 30 years. I want a volunteer army. But it's also a question of American credibility, our position in the world.
Student #1: Come on, Mr. Nixon. It's a civil war between Vietnamese.
Young Student: You don't want the war, we don't want the war, the Vietnamese don't want the war, so why does it go on?
[Nixon hesitates. Haldeman whispers "We should be going" to him
Young Student: You can't stop it, can you? Even if you wanted to. Because it's not you, it's the system. The system won't let you stop it.
Richard M. Nixon: There's... there's more at stake here than what you want, or what I want.
Young Student: Then what's the point? What's the point of being President? You're powerless!
Richard M. Nixon: [Firmly] No. No, I'm not powerless. Because, because I understand the system, I believe I can, uh, I can control it. Maybe not control it totally, but tame it enough to make it do some good.
Young Student: Sounds like you're talking about a wild animal.
Richard M. Nixon: Yeah, maybe I am.

Richard Nixon: "She understood it. She understood something that has taken 25 years for me to understand.A 19 year old college girl..She called it a wild animal.

Even if people never wade into the brilliant morass that is the ZH comments section, getting more and more people to read the articles and understand what is really going down is meaningful and brings me hope.

The bottom line is this:

The president really doesn't matter.

The head of the Federal Reserve does.

Your political party doesn't matter.

The only difference is your take on abortion and welfare.

Your vote really doesn't matter.

Because those in control are not elected.

Anonymous does matter. Because we have a Jeffersonian chance right here, right now.

"... parasitical cancer..."

Richard "Tricky Dick" Nixon's payoff from Nazi shyster Allen Dulles for helping make the U.S. Navy intelligence files on Dulles' client, Nazi war criminal Karl Blessing, disappear, isn't quite enough to finance his run for Congress.

He decides to supplement the Blessing payoff with some cash from the Mob.

By happy coincidence, Nixon's campaign manager and political advisor, Murray Chotiner, just happens to make his living as a shyster for the Mafia.

Chotiner is in a position to make sure that the Mob looks after Tricky Dick very well indeed.

Los Angeles gangster Mickey Cohen chips in $5000 for Nixon's successful 1946 Congressional campaign and generously provides free office space for the "Nixon for Congress"headquarters.

In 1950, at Chotiner's request, Cohen sets up a fund-raising dinner for Nixon at the Knickerbocker Hotel in Los Angeles. Nixon addresses the dinner after Cohen tells the crowd the exits will be closed until $75,000 is raised. It is.

Cohen will later reveal that his support of Nixon was ordered by "the proper persons from back East", meaning Mafia bosses Frank Costello and Meyer Lansky.

The FBI under Director J. Edgar Hoover conducts headline-grabbing manhunts during the mid-thirties but can't seem to get around to going after the Mafia which operates in the U.S. with no interference from the FBI.

The mob is run nationally by Lucky Luciano and Meyer Lansky who had divided up the country among the various Mafia families at a meeting in Atlantic City in 1929.

J. Edgar Hoover and and his lover, FBI Assistant Director Clyde Tolson, frequent the Stork Club in New York, owned by Mafia kingpin Frank Costello.

The Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation actually sits with Costello in the Stork Club and meets him at other times for coffee or drinks and also in the barber shop at the Waldorf Hotel.

Costello's main occupation is the gambling racket, especially fixing horse racing in the U.S. Chuck Giancana, brother of Chicago Mafia boss Sam Giancana, will later tell a journalist,

"Hoover didn't want an envelope each month, we gave him something better, tips on fixed races. He could bet ten thousand dollars on a horse that showed twenty to one odds if he wanted…and he has."

But the Mafia doesn't use just carrots with Hoover, they have a big stick hanging over him too.

On New Year's Eve 1936, Hoover and Tolson are seen holding hands in the Stork Club.

The Mafia-owned Stork Club reportedly has two way mirrors in the toilets and hidden microphones at certain tables.

Later, mob figures will tell journalists that Meyer Lansky had photographs of Hoover and Tolson performing homosexual acts with each other.

Hoover's homosexuality was well known to the Mafia and they reputedly had blackmail material on him extending back to the 1920s and Hoover's supposed arrest on charges of homosexuality in New Orleans.

Another longtime Hoover/Mafia hangout is Joe's Stone Crabs Restaurant in Miami, frequented by Costello, Al Capone and Meyer Lansky.

The wife of the owner remembers J. Edna and Clyde sitting in the restaurant having a fine old time as some of the FBI's "Most Wanted" ate undisturbed a few tables away.

Staff at Gatti's Restaurant in Miami remember Hoover and Meyer Lansky being in the restaurant together, sometimes sitting at adjoining tables.

In 1946, the owner of a major racing wire service begins telling the FBI all he knows about the mob and their connections "which lead to very high places".

Hoover refuses to provide protection and James Ragen is soon murdered. After Ragen is killed, Hoover orders all investigations into his allegations dropped.

Agents knew perfectly well that it was FBI policy to ignore the Mafia and to suppress information about it.

Hoover actually claimed on numerous occasions that the Mafia did not exist.

Agents who received information about the mob simply filed it away, without once using the word "Mafia".

Overeager agents, who actually attempted to get the goods on the mob, were transferred to hardship posts in the middle of nowhere.

Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) officers conducting a wiretap on a Canadian mob figure's conversation with Meyer Lansky and listened to Lansky reading from an internal FBI report which had been written only the day before, indicating a very high level connection inside the FBI.

There was never any serious attempt to indict Lansky until 1970 and then the IRS went after him for income tax evasion.

After a lifetime of crime, Lansky died peacefully, wealthy and never prosecuted in 1983.

It's much worse now - cultural and entrenched at the FBI.

Hoover was the pinnacle of treason.

Anyone that thinks this doesn't exist today hasn't been paying attention.  Just ask Eric [place] Holder with no bullets.

Lehman walks and no one notices but the perverted that refuse to believe that laws are only applicable to some.

The "mob" is very much alive and well, while your great grandfathers were off fighting WWII the mafia at home was staging WWIII.

Also, is it any wonder that fag rights, fag marriage, fags in the military, fag-this or fag-that dominates so much now?  It's because they are so easy to control, just like Hoover.

i'm a bit paranoid and some of the sites they list i don't visit.

i did observe that zerohedge was listed at the top and i read most of everything that runs through here.

i hope they do release some bombshell news, the stinking bloated maggot infested corpse of a once great nation first must burst open and be cleaned out before any progress can be made to restore it.

compare our country in 1960, to our country now. in work ethic, education, family, religion, etc.

at that time we were a shining beacon to the world.

now we are a perverted, twisted, joke.  right is wrong, black is white, lies are truth, etc. etc.

Even carpetbaggers are figuring out that beautiful people are being systematically annihilated, thrown to the corporate dogs of fraud and government cheese.  One can observe this impact first in the neighborhoods, then cities, and next states and then the US.  That is the trejectory.

A shining beacon for people that didn't know what was hiding under the surface.  No offense but during those times much of what is being done today was constructed.  The propaganda was just starting, there was the Gulf of Tonkin, Bay of Pigs, Presidential assassination (and Medgar Evers, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King Jr., Robert Kennedy), cold war, conventional war, draft, domestic abuse/sex discrimination, segregation/police dogs/firehoses/lynchings/innocents incarcerated, CIA installing puppets, KKK, hippie bashing, govt studies on human guinea pigs, the Military Industrial and Police Complex was just starting to grow, the rock and roll was devil music...

Hell if all you could say about the 60s was Nixon came to power that would be enough.

Everyone keeps talking about the long-range goal of bringing the system down.  My idea is to a have a system RESET.  Why can't we just wipe every single law and government agency etc. etc. that came into being after 1960 off the books and start over.  Oh, as well as ending the Federal Reserve.  Back then the regulations were not UNREASONABLE and you could actually get some business done and some justice.  That's my idea.  That would at least simplify things.  We don't need a big fat LEADER/MESSIAH.... that's the last thing we need.  WE NEED RESET!!

compare our country in 1960, to our country now. in work ethic, education, family, religion, etc.

at that time we were a shining beacon to the world.

I was alive and kicking in the 60s.  We were no such thing other than the image projected on our black and white TVs.   What's the difference then and now?  It's in color and 3-D.

Ben, I want to have a little debate with you on National TV. There's no reason to be afraid, surely you know more than I do about your policies and your decisions and the process that mediate. So, why not? If you make a fool out of me, you're home free. right? Anytime you say, Ben. I just need one week to prepare a monstrous offensive based on facts, that will make the German invasion of Russia look like a disagreement, in a child's playground; but surely you know all, and can defend all your wonderful rational policies; ps. I'm not joking; and I will do this if I have the opportunity.

People who really make the bucks dealing in real estate don't go on CNBC and talk about real estate, nor do they do seminars on how to buy houses with no money down.  They are too busy out there every day making deals.

People who make a real difference in how the system works don't come on ZH and post with the username "IQ 145".    In fact, we have probably never heard of any of the people who, in the grand long run, will ultimately make a difference.   They are too busy doing the deal.

You really are a legend in your own mind, aren't you?

Me?  I'm no better, but at least I know it.

Note:  All this was said sans even one expletive.  It can be done.

Tyler Durden: Man, I see in fight club the strongest and smartest men who've ever lived. I see all this potential, and I see squandering. God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But we won't. And we're slowly learning that fact. And we're very, very pissed off.
