Iran Test Fires Two Long-Range Missiles Into Mouth Of Indian Ocean Where Two US Aircraft Carriers Are Situated
Today for the first time, Iran's IRNA news agency reported that the country had fired two missiles with a range of 1,900 km, coupled with TV coverage, into the mouth of the Indian Ocean. As PressTV reports, "Commander of the Aerospace Division of Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Brigadier General Ali Hajizadeh said that the long-range missiles were fired in the Iranian calendar month of Bahman (January 21 to February 20). He said that the missiles, fired from central Iran towards the Indian Ocean, successfully hit its designated targets, IRNA reported Saturday. Hajizadeh said that Iran's missiles have a range of up to 2,000 kilometers, adding that “Iran has the ability to produce longer-ranged ones (missiles) but presently there is no need to produce them." The purpose of the test firing was all too clear: "Our desired targets and the country's threatening us are located well within the reach [of our missiles]," he said. In other words: any US-based invasion of Iran will most certainly see prompt retaliation against US national-interests in the region. This is especially concerning since the US currently has two aircraft carriers, amusingly the Bush and the Reagan, both sitting side by side at the straits of Hormuz, with LHD 4 boxer backing up the rear in a zone that is now quite explosive. Had these test firings been perceived by a provocation, and lately it appears that the US is actively seeking one, it may have been quite a mess.
More from Reuters:
Iran usually tests its missiles in extensive deserts in the heart of the country, so the firing into the Indian Ocean is an unusual move, aimed to prove Tehran's longstanding claims it can hit targets beyond its borders.
Television showed a missile being fired but the announcer did not specify if the pictures were of the Indian Ocean test-firing. No pictures were shown of a target being hit at sea.
The announcement came after a 10-day military exercise by the elite Guards that was designed to deter Iran's enemies by showing Iran is ready and able to hit back at U.S. bases in the Middle East and at Israel.
The United States and Israel have not ruled out military strikes on Iran if necessary to stop it getting nuclear weapons.
Stratfor provides the latest distribution of US naval assets: it shows why the "mouth of the Indian Ocean" is in many ways a comparable zone to Serbia circa 1914. All we need is a (real or false flagged) Gavrilo Princip, and suddenly Goldman's latest oil reco flip flop will make a whole lot of sense.

Palin/Bachmann 2012, bitchez.... (pun intended)
I dont vote.
They all need to be Prosecuted for Treason against "We the People".
But.. Good Luck with that idea that..
Ron Paul.
Sarah Palin.
Michelle Bachmann.
are going to help "We the Sheepeople"!
Stoking the ME fires. Got to keep the region on edge so that we things finally roll over here, the proverbial "trigger" can be pulled to initiate the age-old answer to financial meltdowns... war.
Of course, the spoils of such a war (oil) would be all to "convenient as we ride over the hump of the peak oil curve at the same exact time of baby boomer retirement, fiat/usury failure, etc...
(Peak population... stick that in your ear... ouch)
This is a non issue story, just more propaganda to feed the masses.

HOLLY TUNKIN!!
Let's hope there weren't any fish killed or this means war...
+1 a war of "EPA - C" Porportions as mountains of triplicate forms are shipped back and forth to determine the blame for fish death. Even as millions of tuna is consumed by the workforce laboring in Government to complete this mission at Lunch time.
Having spent some time in Naval aviation and the region in question, while provacative, the Iranian missiles pose little threat to the fleets on station.
The only possibilities are:
1) A missile to explode an EMP device in the hopes of frying the ship's electronics; fail a priori since they are hardened against such an event.
2) A missile containing a low-yield weapon (the best the Iranians could possibly have worked up at this time) in hopes of damaging fleet vessels with a scatter-gun aim. Again, unless very near misses, these would be failures as well; ones that would open the door for a nuclear retaliation by the submarines that are, no doubt, operating in the region-or an incredible conventional retaliatory strike that would cripple both thier nuclear aspirations as well as their conventional forces, and most likely assist in an internatl rebellion held at bay for too many years.
These missile tests are like a swaggering blowhards empty threats. They haven't the precision guidance to threaten the fleet. What they are meant to do is intimidate our Indian allies, and others in the region to be sure, and to engage in a little blustery "muscle flexing" for their partners in the new cold war's real "axis of evil"; China, Pakistan, and North Korea...

while i appreciate the military type analysis of this situation, at the same time, i want our troops and our ships to come home and be disbanded. the military industrial complex must be destroyed one way or the other, or we as a nation are doomed, which we are anyway...i am afraid......
Believe me when I say all warriors who have been in harm's way pray for the day when their comrades can safely come home-for good...
I'll respectfully disagree on disbanding our defense forces, but share in the healthy skepticism of the military-industrial complex that Eisenhower warned us of so long ago.
My Regards
well now you have these young men and women who grew up playing computer war games on their television screens. i was just talking to a youngster the other day who told me he stayed up all night playing one of the popular ones, with people all over the world. so we see what this is doing to their minds. then couple this with some false patriotic furvor that has been instilled in them by the brainwashing appartus and then throw in a dash of unemployment and joblessness and we have a recipe for national disaster. the department of defense never was that , not really. it should have been called the department of war. almost all of our weapon technology is made for offensive purposes, not defensive, so we see the real reason for the armed forces. not to be a stickler here, but would you say things now are different in a army made up of volunteers vs, a army made up of draftees?
I understand your concerns friend about the desensitizing of our youth. Valid indeed.
And interestingly, the DoD used to be called the War Department. I'd have to do some research to see when that changed though.
And as far as offensive capabilities vs defensive ones, the fast pace and accuracy of modern combat, especially between aircraft, almost dictates the use of the old maxim, "the best defense is a good offense". That said though, you have to be careful not to go off half-cocked, so to speak, because the effectiveness of modern weapons systems are surely devastating...
We need to be very certain that it is an unavoidable, clear and present danger to our nation when resorting to military force.
Regarding the difference between an all volunteer vs draft army? Truthfully, I think the volunteer force to be fairer to those who object than the draft was, and the motivation and performance of volunteers is much higher for certain. But, there are downsides as well. For instance, the all volunteer force means that most members of society are sheltered from having to participate in combat, a good thing on one hand, but bad because it's easy to decide to pull the trigger if you're not the one holding the gun-so to speak. And on a practical level, the salary increases we enjoyed starting in the late 90s, are really at the heart of what is driving the defense budgets these days. Ironic indeed when most folks think the exotic weapons systems are bleeding DoD, and never consider the warriors manning and maintaining them!
Thanks for the though provoking discussion.
well what did george washington say in his farewell speech? let us not get involved in foreign entanglements? also, what is indicated in the us constitution about war? we fight only when someone invades this country , right? when was that? 1812, correct.
A great GW quote, to be sure; he was speaking of taking sides in the European intrigues of that day. And arguably we've gotten involved in some in the last century, and some believe are leading them today.
But the world has changed since Washington's day, and the oceans on our flanks provide little coverage against ICBM's, space based systems, and even assymetric warfare. Also, the time available to react, marshall our forces, and respond has shrunk from months to days-if we're lucky. All these factors dictate a more proactive posture, at least to my admittedly biased mind, and to folks on both sides of the US political spectrum and foreign nations as well.
You're correct that 1812 was the last time a major army invaded the US, but hasn't also been invaded over the years by spies and saboteurs, and of late people who in some cases would conduct assymetrical attacks on civilian targets? Of course, that all depends on one's worldview I suppose. In any case, it's not so easy to keep to one's self in such an interconnected world with rapid transport of people, goods, and communication.
Again, a very thought provoking discussion. Many thanks.
Yes indeed, the US hasn't been invaded in 200 years and still accounts for half the world's military spending. "proactive posture"? Gag me with a spoon... Try straight up imperialism. The greatest power lying about threats to itself to justify realpolitik and control of resources/finances. "Oh no!! here come those terrifying Nicaraguans! Only a day's drive to Texas..... Puke...The best defense is a good offense - an offensive comment. The US has nothing to worry about when it comes to anyone invading the homeland. You, sir, are a puppet/tool of Western hegemony.
ah yes - i did forget Pearl Harbour
We have radically different worldviews my friend. I would have never served as long, or in the capacity, that I did out of blind allegiance to an imperialistic campaign.
I've taken part in 6 major campaigns in my time. And in none of those did we ever annex any of the territory we captured militarily. There are many rhetorical arguments that can be made, to be sure, about the nature of economic imperialism, etc; but there can be no reasonable assertion of territorial imperialism on the part of the US in my adult lifetime.
Just as the assertion you make of me being a sort of dim-witted tool of Western hegemony is unreasonable, and insulting, as well.
Yes, my friend, we do have radically different world views. My step brother flew CF-18s for the Canadian Airforce while I was busy being disgusted by the various nefarios doings of the sundry graduates of the School of the Americas and other military ventures. But "no reasonable assertion of territorial imperialism"?? The "embassy" in Baghdad, I guess, is merely for administrative purposes.... Afghanistan? You are obviously an intelligent man, and such an assertion seems ingenuous..The US sets up proxy gov'ts when the troops are done taking over the country. I do not suggest that you are dim witted, but unless you conceived of your missions and the reasons for your sorties, you are just following someone's orders, hence my assertion that you are a "tool". I maintain that assertion. Soldiers are tools of government - period. Yes Sir , No Sir...that's about it. I am naturally anti-authritarian. The PTB will lock you in a cage for smoking an herb, presumably an immoral act but will sanction torture and murder as legitimate actions in the service of the state. No Thank You.
Speaking of Iran - the US/West works like this. 1954 - assassinate democratically elected Mossadegh when he tries to nationalize the oil industry; install the brutal Shah to do the west's bidding....etc. No they do not take over the country physically. They don't want all those "subjects" they just want BP and other western interests to control the resources.
Your prose is eloquent, but to me you sound brainwashed or are a total propagandist.
Upon further reflection I must concede that, yes, as a member of the US military I was, strictly speaking, a tool of the government. But the oath I took compelled me to defend the US Constitution from enemies, foreign and domestic, in addition to defending the nation itself and my superiors. I never considered their purpose, or my missions, corrupt nor imperialistic.
But I can see how you arrive at a different conclusion, and that you were indeed referring to economic imperialism, with economic vassals, and that is an assertion more open to argument and further consideration.
Although many here will think me a fool for saying so, I don't believe the US government is directly or indirectly doing the bidding of large corporate interests; I don't think we've transcended cronyism and moved into large scale fascism-yet. But it can't be denied that the actions of the US government have benefitted corporate interests in the past, just as they have benefitted the interests of individual Americans as well.
I think the example of Iran, and Mossadegh vs Reza Pahvli to be a bit murkier and involved than just nationalizing oil companies. Iran had been a monarchy prior to Mossadegh, with Reza Pahvli in line for the throne. And coupled with it's proximity to the Soviet Union the nationalization of the oil interests was seen alarmingly as moving Iran into the communist's camp. So what would seem to be purely economic was really the prevailing domino theory of the cold war, with the west not wanting Iran's ability to dominate the region-so to speak-to stay out of the control of the Soviets.
It doesn't excuse what happened, of course, and the Shah was a brutal ruler who was ultimately overthrown; but then, so are many of the rulers in that region, elected or otherwise-Saddam Hussein being a good example.
It would seem that we have unreconcilable differences of opinion, but I appreciate your elaboration, and retract my earlier expression of being insulted via your assertion that I was a tool, as I can now see that you were speaking in a more literal sense.
Thanks for a stimulating debate, and for exposing me to your point of view.
I spent 33 years and four months in active military service and during that period I spent most of my time as a high class thug for Big Business, for Wall Street and the bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism. I helped make Mexico and especially Tampico safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefit of Wall Street. I helped purify Nicaragua for the International Banking House of Brown Brothers in 1902–1912. I brought light to the Dominican Republic for the American sugar interests in 1916. I helped make Honduras right for the American fruit companies in 1903. In China in 1927 I helped see to it that Standard Oil went on its way unmolested. Looking back on it, I might have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents.[12]
General Smedly Butler
well see, the globalist say. well the world is different now? how so? what has changed? is there still such a thing as honor, integrity, real patriotism, nationalism, racial pride? has the heart of man changed any? they tell me, well since the world has changed, the us constitution must change as well, since it is a living breathing document? i say, how so? what words in it cannot be used today, as they were over 200 years ago? that god damn piece of paper, that george bush said it was, that came from another piece of paper called magna carta, was supposed to make us different than any other people on this planet. at one time, the world watched in amazement. they would say. how can this be? how can a man go from point to point without showing his papers etc. of course that changed in the late 1870's , with the unconstitutional concept of police officers which was nothing more than private security guards for the state, while we were under martial law imposed by the dictator abraham lincoln, (which we still are technically under by the way and all one has to do, in order to verify this, is look at the flag that is flying everywhere nowadays). how can a man own his own place (i know, we don't own anything but many think we do) and how can they have jobs that pay a livable wage.(which for the most part is a dying thing in this country now). they would think these things and much more, but those days are long gone now. this place has become a cesspool. the system is broken and cannot be fixed. now is the time to fix it. the nattering nabobs of diversity and multiculturalism continue on with their destruction of this society, while our mercenary armies destroy all of those who refuse to bow the knee to moloch. how strange it is to watch such things. in the Biblical Book of Isaiah,
5:20 it is written. Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. I assure you, this was not written simply because someone was having a bad day. this was written in ancient times. it is as meaningful to day(as it should be) as it was when it was written. how can it be not said, that the us constitution cannot be as meaningful today as it was when it was written. times change. governments change. the heart of man is deceitfully wicked and it never changes. i now wait at the crossroads, with my shotgun. it is time to go make things right.
In my world there is; society at large? Well, I doubt it sometimes. But then I put it all in His hands, and only ask that I be an instrument.
His will be done.
1812.
Baltimore's Merchants donated thier availible ships to be sunk between Ft McHenry and the Harbors to keep the British out. While battles were fought on land at North Point, Ft McHenry endured a bombarding. To this day there is a persistent myth or story about how one American doused a sputtering shell inside a magazine containing some 50 TON of explosive. Enough to blast the entire fort into the water.
And Washington DC. They marched out into what was apparently a Hurricane. And that is the end of that. There was some damage done. Historical Family records A-L were burned while M to Z were damaged. A price cannot be put on that loss.
It was called the Dept. of War until 1947. The Dept. of Euphemisms found a more politically correct title for it in 1949.
"Department of Euphamisms" :)
I love it! Thanks for the citation.
It should be "The Department of Offence" - anyways "military intelligence" is an oxymoron - take the toys from the boys!!
Well friend, while there were times I was inclined to agree with your assertion regarding military intelligence, I can assure you beyond any of a shadow of doubt that I never thought of my Tomcat as a toy; nor did I consider any of my fellow aviators to be short of intellect.
I suppose it's depends on where you're viewing things from.
I am so jealous.
I would have given a first-born male child to fly one of those.
I am not Jealous, those old Tomcats and Eagles did well.
Imagine the Soviets Jealousy. They could only just break sound speed in a dive while the Tomcats could cross an entire ocean if need be.
I say thank God for those Toms.
I am a little worried. Those new F35's might well be a little obese with the new Soviet birds being deployed these days. We will just have to see.
"not to be a stickler here, but would you say things now are different in a army made up of volunteers vs, a army made up of draftees?"
An army of draftees would necessarily contain the sons of congressmen and well-connected high rollers. That won't do. That's why Reserves and Nat'l Guard units were left alone during the Vietnam fiasco....that's where all the precious scions hung out. Any common Joe attempting to join the Reserves or NG at the time was told "all slots are full." Unless Daddy was a congressman or had pull.
they got me in 1970. i was just out of high school. before you know it, i was listening to men like gunny sargent hartman....

we as americans are taught that this is part of life when a man comes of age. yeh right. nothing could be further from the truth. fighting wars based upon lies is a waste of a young man's life and energies and slows down his growing processes and gives him a false view of the world, a view based upon the false paradigm of the military industrial complex........ the talk show host called mark levin, is a yid of course and a zionist jew, of course and he thinks that being a conservative is to be pro war and if anyone is for peace he calls them mamby pamby peace activist. but a real conservative does not want war, but wants peace. and realizes that wars are fought based upon lies, lies that have no bearing on anything remotely resembling nationalistic patriotism.......
Hats off to you and Ralphio; -was tempted to jump into the fray, but you both handled the game well. We simply can't let go of the "might is right" mentality, no matter how it is pharsed. Milestones
it is extremely difficult sometimes to break the people free of the mental trap they are in. i know. i was in it at one time. i know this all too well. i came out of this fog and never will return. once you leave it, you can never go back. such is this life now. all things must be examined and reexamined. all things must be rethought and revetted. all things. nothing can be left out of this search for truth. it can and does lead to places that can be difficult and unconfortable. but this is the way it is. i have crossed the rubicon many times in my journey. perhaps i shall cross it again one day. but that too is the way it is. people simply must learn to think outside the box. it is the only way. get out of that mental straightjacket that holds you down and keeps you and allows you to be so easily lied to and controlled. my mind is my own. my soul is my own. it belongs to no other. i live in the false paradigm of amerika , full of liars and bullshit artists. but this too shall pass and the weight of this national sin collapses in on itself. it may sound crazy, but i long for this day to come. since these foolish amerikans refuse to do anything now, perhaps then they shall feel like taking care of some much needed business. one can only hope. in a land full of harley drivers who think they are free when going down the roads, or hunters who kill animals for sport and say to themselves they are free men..........yes perhaps, it is wishful thinking on my part. i have gone far from my early days, never to return again. many have never started their journeys and never will. it is late now. the flame of hope is dying. from national salvation, perhaps soon, the thought processes will transpose themselves to something more realistic, that of personal protection and personal survival.......
You would want the USA to completely prostrate themselves as the Faithful does before the pope and show ass to the butchering enemy from the Arab lands to come and chop off.
Sheeit, no wonder you are afraid. You are conflicted.
Freedom is preserved by rough men willing to do bad things in the night so that you and me can sleep peacefully without alarm.
seagull, sir, you are going to piss off the catholics talking like that....:)....
It matters not. They have been pissed since Martin Luther took off with the Book to rewrite it so to break the grip held by the church back then. The same similar grip the Media has on us all now I might add.
Friend, I hear even the Estopicals (Spelling) have decided to marry the Catolics, thier once sworn enemy of 600 years.
So nothing to do with freedom.
Freedom is killed at night by people like that.
- exactly -
Stupid motherfucker...
Chilling to know there are so many dirty-joo loving, genocidal scumbags around
who is going to invade AmeriKKKa ? With nukes, who would dare? No one.
The MIC has been obsolete for decades.
Being an ally of israel is nothing to be proud of.
It's a reason to hang one's head in shame.
That entire terrorist country is based upon one big lie, just like ours really. Now they say that more people are leaving Israel than are going there and they are returning to the lands they came from. What a disgusting mess. Building a country on stolen land and then saying God told them to do it.
God used MERS. Oops.
Great line!!! Milestones
Read Deuteronomy - stealing the "holy land" is a divine directive from JHWH - same as it ever was.....
Friend, with all due respect I wasn't speaking of only the Israelis.
I think that your opinion is crap. Not you, just your opinion. If one actually views both sides of this war objectively I submit that any rational/sentient being without malice toward themselves or others would, absent organic defect, choose the Israeli/ Western construct over the Satanic/Progressive alternative.
Maybe though only if you were Gay, not white, Female, differently-abled, Blah-blah-blah, whatever tribe, I'd rather be an Israeli than an INDIVIDUAL abused and used as a weapon/pawn as are the Palestinians in what is in reality a war between those who favor the Western model VS those who favor the Islamic model.
Not saying that Islam is all bad, just imagining that were I Gay, Female, differently-abled, NOT MUSLIM...
Feel me Bro?
Why are they evil?? Because they don't want to subject themselves to our pillaging?
look above your post. see? they are here now........:)
Well, in my opinion it's because, between them, they're engaging in nuclear proliferation with an eye to hegemonic domination of much of the world; not for cooperation and trade, but exclusively for their benefit.
While it's factual, and an easy argument to assert that only the US has used nuclear weapons, it's also factual to note that the US doesn't engage in wars of conquest that involve the annexation of territory, or aspire to such. The same cannot be said of the players I mentioned...
And while some folks may claim that spreading an ideology based on self-determination, individual freedom, and western capitalism is ersatz annexation or vasselizing, I humbly disagree.
With all due respect.
.... they're engaging in nuclear proliferation with an eye to hegemonic domination of much of the world; not for cooperation and trade, but exclusively for their benefit....... hmm sounds like US foreign policy to me....
And the US IS a nation born of foreign annexation, territorial conquest etc... The name of the game these days isn't territorial annexation, it's corporate conquest - making the world safe (and labour cheap) for United Fruit, Standard Oil etc...
I love the best of Western civilization and would rather live with it's most enlightened mores than any other, but I abhor the armoured brutality of human cultures and the obvious hippocrisy of Western cultural reality. ie - "all men are created equal" as the foundational proclamation of the latest Western empire, being written by slave owners -
It is a travesty that our founders were forced to chose the exigencies of the moment, and the need for unification, over their espoused principles. An oversight that haunted us in a horrific fashion less than 100 years later.
I appreciate your opinion regarding corporate imperialism; there do seem to be symptoms of that in the modern world.
It's my sincere hope and prayer that those faults are transcended; in the near future, or at least by our children's time-by the grace of God.
My Regards
I appreciate your civility. I must humbly disagree with you that it is but appearance that the West is spreading an ideology based on self-termination when in actuality it is debt slavery and blind consumption that is the desired result of our influence.
A valid point of view that I've often heard expressed in several permutations; and one not without merit.
Debt slavery is real and blind consumption is an elixer of idiocy sold to us by people we're told we can trust. I do all I can to counteract this, and counsel the polar opposite whenever the subject arises.
Thanks for the thought provoking comment.
Now, what would happen next if the Iranian leadership was in league with the Obama administration, and just playing the bad cop role?
well not so much as in league with the obama admin, but they are the bad cop, the axis of evil, in the big game created by the hidden hand using the hegelian dialectic. if enemies are not present, then enemies must be created. wars destroy countries that are not members of the IMF, who refuse to cooperate with the hidden hand and its directives. These countries who refuse to cooperate are called evil and then we are used as mercenaries for the hidden hand, to go and destroy these countries and while we are there we destroy the people also and the land, also, by seeding it with depleted uranium which causes the land to be for all intents and purposes uninhabitable for 4.5 billion years........or i could be just making this stuff up....
Yeah.. You're just being silly.. War is simply and extension of politics.. Man has always been at war.. It's our nature to want to kill each other.. The ME has always been full of strife.. etc.. etc.. etc... yeah... silly.. silly.. silly to think there could be something else to this..
http://247wallst.com/2011/07/05/the-eight-outrageous-costs-of-the-war-on...
cost of wars
so what.
Never mind US aircraft carriers.
2000km puts Israel easily within range !
More likely target ?
Yes. Missiles are all that matter for Iran. While Israel may be able to two hop planes over the to bomb Iran (the US would clearly be complicit in this situation as we basically control the airspace) jets are a no go for Iran. And yes, Israel may have nukes and the capability to deliver them, but the devastation/capital per missile factor clearly is in Iran's favor as Israel is just so small compared to blast radius of any number of warheads. If the Empire wishes to continue its campaigns in the middle east, it better get on making that star wars laser missile system deployable.
Now I have something to wish for the next time I see a shooting star..
"Professor, without knowing precisely what the danger is, would you say it's time for our viewers to crack each other's heads open and feast on the goo inside?" Professor "Yes I would, Kent."
North Korea has helped and is helping Iran develop its missile technology. And a stalled U.N. report will show that many North Korean missile materials shipments were via China. The links are too numerous to detail, (and have been going on for years), but North Korea and Iran are clearly proxies for China aggression, (to bleed the United States dry), while still taking advantage of our keeping the world sea lanes open for commerce.
China is having it both ways, in so many ways, financially and geopolitically.
The threat is real, but you need to look deeper than Iran and North Korea.
And if we are ever attacked by either North Korea or Iran, (EMP or Biowarfare), we must decide quickly if we should go to the source (China) for retribution.
Please, no one asked the U.S. to be the world's policeman.
Spare us the crap of the "good" U.S. vs. the "evil" China.
Have you watched too many Hollywood movies recently ?
The power brokers are meeting behind closed doors,
while they rile us up against each other and send us to the frontlines as cannon fodder.
If there's a call to arms, just don't join it.
Let them fight their war themselves, if they want it so much.
Well, there is bad and then there is worse. Live in China for awhile and criticize the PLA/CCP and see if they don't have your "guts for garters", (or rather your organs for sale to the highest bidder or favored princeling).
Live in China and swim in a cesspool of toxic pollution so that the mafia that rules China can live luxuriously.
In so many ways what you say is laughable. Power abhors a vacuum. And if Pax Americana dies, something very much worse will take its place.

30 years ago DC had a few cameras to interdict aggressive driving.
Now it seems every city, town and local stoplight has a camera.
If you don't live in the areas where Cameras are located, did a law get broken? he he he.
hey frankenfurter: Please, no one asked the U.S. to be the world's policeman.
your first line is just full of subtle, acerbic, goose-stepping humor.
you have been consistent, recently, tho.
hobgoblinishly so...

the same people who started communism in russia, started communism in china and the same people control those countries, just like they control ours. they create friction between countries and this causes trumped up wars, and then they go in and fund both sides. along with death and destruction, then debts are created. with debts comes control. its a very old game. they have been at it for a very long time.
You speak the truth, but miss an even more important point. It is sometimes hard for us to understand the planes these guys play on; we are so used to only arguing at a personal level, we do not see right away how the Hegelian dialectic can be used at higher levels of abstraction.
You are right in saying the same people control both sides, you are right in saying they create friction, but you miss the bigger picture in thinking that creating wars/debt for control is the goal. Debt is rather only the shackles through which they make sure the ball remains in their court.
The greater game is shaping nations, shaping cultures, so that the engineered dialectical clash of societies will bring about the desired result; the present is controlled in order to shape the future.
It's just like those posters who still defend the US as a global policeman saying that the void, once occupied by the muslim alternative would be worse. What they don't see is that Islam, left to itself, would have been quite moderate by now. As a matter of fact, there are still very powerful undercurrents of progressive Islam who are trying to overcome the regressive, retarded extremist Sheiks' view of islam.
Which is why the powers that be have been supporting radical Islam so much (look at which MENA regimes are being supported and which are opposed, fought, undermined). Radical Islam must exist for TPTB to bring them in the ultimate religious war that will be the end of both islam and fascist capitalism. This will leave atheist communism to fill the void, which is a vital stepping stone (and I'm talking here about the existentialist, meaningless/valueless/despaired kind of atheism, not the humanist kind) to global collectivism.
Of course, global collectivism could actually be a nice goal in a well-implemented post-scarcity civilization. To think this will happen, though, would be to be rather blind. The dark powers that are currently shaping history will be sure to hide themselves as the puppeteers of the luciferian collective entity (in which the collective is perceived as the sole sovereign, having higher intrinsic worth than any of its member individuals) and to use this concept of a collective as an agent of their vested interests.
How could we trust a collective established through such malthusian, profoundly evil methods? The ends do not justify the means, the means are the end.
When the gold hoards in Israel are vaporized, how much is the remaining gold (increasing daily in China) worth?
Going to the source could be painfully expensive.
While China buys hand over fist, keeping the pricing up or even higher on all commodity, I know I will wake to profits yet to be dreamed of when this US Paper finally burns.
I wish not for it, but it must happen sooner or later and we have only ourselves to blame.
Decades ago I laughed in my own ignorance that America should fall victim to the very freedom and money it loves so much.
Now? I can see it happening almost by the election year as the vultures engorge themselves on the few remaining tasty bits of gore on the side of the road to doom.
It is my hope to remain health and fitness sufficient to catch me a vulture with a fork for dinner.

Give me control of a nation's money and I care not who makes her laws.
Power is money and money is power. Who is funding war? And why? We have had the FED since 1913. There were other banking activities here before the FED too but the FED was their dream for many generations and it fell in their lap and so did our forefathers.

That's stone age technology...
We can launch a missile from Montana and place multiple RVs into 10 cubic meter volumes over Tehran, before they air burst simultaneously.
Don't mess with the USA.

Cool. Oil (and gold and treasuries) up monday!
On topic. Does anyone really believe the propaganda any more?
Five months ago....were the carriers even there 5 months ago..
seems like some crap stirring to me..
"Brigadier General Ali Hajizadeh said that the long-range missiles were fired in the Iranian calendar month of Bahman (January 21 to February 20)."
we're lead to be afraid of countries that don't attack and invade and have bases in 170+ countries around the world and a military budget of 650 BILLION - more than all the other countries combined..
yep..be afraid.. be very afraid..but not of Iran...be afraid of the one we call Amerika..

They did supposedly fly a drone over the Reagan for 25 minutes in May.
It would help a lot if the "countries that don't attack and invade" weren't rattling sabers and mouthing off constantly, but that's what fucking with another country's political system via your intelligence apparatus will get you.
I'm still trying to imagine what the winter Olympics in the Caucuses will look like. I've come up with this:

The main reason any country tries to make nuclear weapons in this day and age is to deter the United States of America from attacking it...
shhh! don't tell canada & mexico...we're almost ready to attack!
if you have oil, our owners will probably dream something up. or minerals. can you believe we went into afghanistan and did that huge mining survey? at others times, folks have said: well, they just weren't banking with the right people, in the right way...
the intelligence agencies of the western powers must have ironclad intel that the moQ doesn't have a nuke somewhere, even tho he's been trading on the arms markets for 41 years, and is still really tight w/ russia. libya fires off grad rockets like they were matches. this story is several weeks old Libyan rockets fired into Tunisia as rebels ‘tricked’ by Qaddafi troops but the news source seems to be in close contact with the rebels on the ground, especially, in the east...
cause, that would deter us, if he had a nuke. right? with the oil.
of course, if there were even the slightest snowball-in-hell chance/possibility, i'm sure the media woulda picked it up, by now. aren't you?
Mexico and Canada both have lots of oil.
Canada was shipped some Goldman execs to run the economy, so you know they are doomed.
We are shipping tons of guns to arm the drug cartels in Mexico, I would say destabilization and civil war to keep them on ice a few years until we free up some resources.
yup. we get a few more troops back fr the ME, they are doomed...L0L...
we shld expand southward in the fall campaign, then open the northern fronts in the spring offensive, doncha think? what could make more sense than that? operation pemex unicorn, followed by operation, eh?
actually, they both usta have lotsa oil. i think we burned a lot of it, already. driving around, killing people and creating transportation gridlock & pollution. not to mention suburbs. that's why they took our jobs away. lol. it was getting absurd! way too chaotic to govern, and tires started getting political, internationally.
Operation Salsa Top Hat.
Pemex has lots of life when even the average peasant down there realizes that Pemex's main problem is simple crony mismanagement.
Have you ever seen the proles down there lose their minds at the very idea of outside investment in Pemex?
The pols have raped it so badly, they can't afford maintenance much less equipment upgrades.
Regardless of Iran's rhetoric, the thought of a bunch of crazy apocolyptic Twelver Shi'a muslim clerics armed with a battery of nuclear tipped missiles doesn't help me sleep any better. Especially if they expect to help usher in the return of the hidden Imam, Muhammad al-Mahdi, anytime soon.
More to the point, why wouldn't Iran scheme to place one (or a couple) of its new missiles and future nuke warheads on a tramp steamer, sail it off the Gulf Coast of the US and launch it up over Nebraska? A single good EMP burst at 400 km would essentially plunge most of the US back into a preindustrial age in minutes. Accuracy wouldn't be nearly as important, thus terminal guidance requirements simplify, and CEP for a shot like that would probably be kinda large. Then sail up the middle of Texas' Gulf oil terminals and destroy both ship (evidence) and oil infrastructure with a second devce. That'll get you a good additional twofer' - and maybe some additional virgins.
Once you turn out the lights and communications, then Al-Qaeda or sleeper cells of radical Islamists (heck, even Mexican drug gangs armed with ATF approved U.S. weapons) could immediately carry out whatever mischief they desired against infrastructure within the US for quite some time with little organized resistance. The establishment of the new Caliphate could get quite a boost as things fall apart. And WHO does the US retaliate against?? Iran, N.Korea, China, Russia, Islam?
This is the type of scare tactic that might previously encourage dumbed down Americans to accept any aggressive act against muslims, thinking there are not only terrorists in their own closet at home but also on a steamer tramp off the coast of Georgia.
But it's obvious to a very large (and growing) population in America that mossad did 9/11. So your steamer tramp scenario doesn't confuse like it used to. Perhaps the Dancing Israelis would appear out there tramp dancing. It's best to target the appropriate tramp.
do you have the slot machines with the dancing lobsters locally, too?
somebody should design a mossad slot machine. that's the ticket! maybe a rothschild central banksterz, too? maybe "congress"? huge payouts, BiCheZ!
melted fuel rods will be removed pretty soon. oh maybe in about ten years or so.........what?
http://www3.nhk.or.jp/daily/english/09_20.html
Did someone say provocation? Who was the leader of the Iranian Hostage takers? Why if it wasn't the current president of that country. Who provided the intel necessary for that terrorist attack to succeed? Why if is wasn't George Herbert Walker Bush and his CIA! But of course it was. And now the so called government of Iran is just a puppet state of Israel. That's right kids. Remember the Liberty when the Israelis tried to get the US to bomb Egypt? Well put your extrapolation caps on kiddies and get the big picture.
No more war for Israel!
Israel took America's money:

And so did the privately owned Federal Reserve:

So who took America's money, the Moslems or the ....?
Oh yeah, 9/11 was also done by Israel:

So, ChemicalAli; hows the weather in Tel Aviv?
my feeling on the middle east are becoming more and more clear as time goes on.. I never new of these other attacks on Americans. I am very Roman in my personal veiws of my fellow Americans (even the ones I dont like).. and for those of you that can not connect the dots allow me to help.. if a foreignerlays a finger on an American any where in the World, then America should be at War with whomever is responsible. Some may view this as extreme, I take the position that America would have far fewer problems if American had in fact protected or thru action proved to have some sort of Loyalty for her Citizens.
either fucking way, it doesnt matter. I have had enough, seen enough.. and I am no fucking skin head nazi.. but I can say with great clarity that crimes against my Country have taken place, crimes against the citizens (directly) have taken place and I have no more patience for these types of behavior. I am in favor of taking preemptive action against the enemies of America.. foreign and domestic.
start with the domestic enemies I say. Doubt we would have many external enemies if we cleaned our own house. On another note, I've been reading your comments here for a long time. Is it me, or are you getting much angrier lately? Good for you. I've been there. Some day soon though, you will realise the folly of wrecking your own health for the sake of caring about a bunch of fucknuts, who really are a buncha worthless eaters. Fuck em all. Save yourself my friend.
I appreciate the good vibes.. GOD! knows I can use them.
Angry? sure, I think the the further I dig.. the more I Learn that does not make me happy inside.
I want my Country and everyone in it to be happy, healthy and living life to the fullest! instead we have a Planed attack by Corporate America that has undermined our Manufacturing Job Base, Tax Base and even technological (military)base as well. How the fuck am I supposed to look past that? How am I supposed to say to myself or others that this is ok? Our Elected Lobby Whores NOT! only allowed these actions but as well furthered them beyond any limits of sanity.
I guess I should just ignore it, let the Lobby Whores do whatever they want (they will any way) and just ignore it all. No one cares? no one will raise a finger to stop it. everyone is so worried about their own little pile of peanuts to care about the greater good.
I guess in good conscience I can NOT! ignore the actions that have brought this Country to its knees.. I guess in good conscience I can NOT! behave like the rest of the bottom feeding, used car-salesman scum.. and as angry as I may sound! I am truly happy knowing that I am not one of them, I am happy knowing that I can NOT! let it go! and I will never, ever stop educating this fucking insects until the day that either I am DEAD! or that they have got off their fat selfish asses and helped make the World a better place to live.
God Bless You and Yours!
Isn't anyone seeing the light yet?! There WILL be economic collapse in the West, there is NO justice, the elites WILL rape every last bit of wealth, tons of folks WILL die, wars WILL continue and grow, the american people however, will do NOTHING to stop any of this. Have any of you ever stepped out and talked to any of your countrymen? There remains ABSOLUTELY no admirable traits in the american people. They are cowards in the most exacting sense. They have no sense of right or wrong, they are stupid, dull, and lacking any traits of an intelligent people. They have become an utter disgrace. Yet so many of you, and myself on many occasions, hope that the fog will be lifted one day, but don't count on it. Myself,...I embrace the destruction to come. Let the lemmings perish. Clean out the gene pool. In addition, I live only a 5 hr drive from the Tibetan Plateau, 10 hr. from Vietnam, and 12 from Laos (my favorite) and have a fast car, and all the provisions I could need to wait out a mass destruction. I say Let the fireworks begin!
"There remains ABSOLUTELY no admirable traits in the american people."
Junked you for being an asshole!
I junked you back for being a little cunt. Eat shit bitch.
You take that high-ground, arrogant pussy.
he is telling the truth.. dont be mad at him because you are mad at the fact that the American Sheepeople by and large are fucking cowardly scumbag fucking idiots!
Our Country men are mostly stupid.. which is to say that they are NOT! ignorant.. because that would mean we could educate them, tell them the truth.. wake them up.. they dont want to be woken up! They want to stay dreaming and are pissed off or bothered if you try to wake them.
Who will save America? Who will run off the Treasonous Lobby Whores and their owners? Who will lead America out of this Corporate hole of Greed that has been dug and dug for the last 3 decades?
If you mention the Constitution of the United States of America! You are a Home Grown Terrorist.. and the Lower Courts.. with their shitty educated Judges with their little dicked ego's the size of Texas dont want higher law getting in the way of their power trips.
So we are labeled, profiled and stalked for being able to add 1 + 1.. and we are labeled, profiled and stalked for believing in what made this Country Great to begin with.. before the Patriot Act striped away any of the protections afforded Citizens.. and we are labeled, profiled and stalked for wanting OUR! Country!! BACK!!! Corporate America has Bought and Paid for the Lobby Whores and we consumers are nothing more than sheep to be herded this way or that so that the maximum return possible can be drained from us.. so that some idiot can have a gold toilet in his Global Express.
I want America back for the People.. NOT because I want a gold Toilet in my plane.
"In other words: any US-based invasion of Iran will most certainly see prompt retaliation against US national-interests in the region."
Is the writer fucking stupid? Of course Iran is going to retaliation against the US.
