Once the spinmeisters get the word out tomorrow explaining the big iPad miss, the stock will turn around. Hey, we just couldn't make them fast enough! Not to worry, a newer and better iPad is on the way for those that didn't get in on round one. That should be good for another $100 to the upside by Xmas. I betcha it closes down just a few bucks after all this, which is nothing but a rounding error. By the end of the week, the stock will be at a new high. AAPL is TBTF, plain and simple. Wasn't WFC supposed to get obliterated this morning? Instead, everyone got another dump truck full of SKF rammed down their pieholes. Enuf said...

I'd like to see AAPL open at $275 just to see how the market responds, but I doubt that's in the cards. A $10-15 "correction" is likely all we're going to see and the market will just shrug it off. I bet all the rocket scientist analysts out there will start muttering something to the effect that some selling on the news was expected blah blah blah...

I very rarely watch any television but had to tune in to CNBC while lunching at Il Fornaio on Battery Street this lovely autumn afternoon here in San Francisco.
I was shocked by CNBC's obvious bias. It helps to watch with the sound down so you can follow the subconscious signalling and suggestion.
I am very glad I do not have to wade through this garbage for a living.
