Julian Assange Arrest By British Police Delayed By Technicality
The noose around Wikileaks' Julian Assange is tightening. It appears that not only does British police know where he is, but that he himself is currently residing in South-east England, awaiting his own arrest. In fact, his only ongoing reprieve is that British police is delaying the arrest while Sweden fixes a technicality in its arrest warrant. From the Sunday Morning Herald: "The legal situation surrounding Mr Assange, the hacker who was born in Queensland and co-founded WikiLeaks, was still unclear last night, with reports that he was in a house in south-east England waiting for British police to arrest him. British newspapers said police could not act as Sweden had filled out a European arrest warrant incorrectly." Furthermore, any return to Sweden would likely be game over for Bank of America's most hated person: "The Swedish Supreme Court said last night it would not consider Mr Assange's appeal against the arrest warrant." Of course, Wikileaks continue to plead there is no legal basis in the arrest warrant issued against Assange: "'There has been a lot of talk about legal actions,'' he said. ''But we have not seen any reference to how we are supposed to have broken the law.''" That said, at this point, Julian's days away from captivity are numbered (or, as some of the conspiracy theorists claim, so the media circus would claim). Either way, Bank of America is likely breathing a sigh of relief.
Once again, it only goes to show that if you threaten to take down a government nobody cares; do the same with a bank, and one's arrest becomes imminent.
In the meantime, Charlie Gasparino reports that Bank of America now believes it is the target of the next Wikileaks release which likely will never transpire (and even if it did, will confirm what the conventional wisdowm is: that the bank is merely an organization replete with fraud, deceit, and unpunished criminal behavior, which always ends up receiving the "settlement" treatment).

All of the alleged BAC data was previously given, and turned over to, the U.S. Federal Reserve over a year ago. We are being told that no BAC executive lost their computer or hard drive. In fact, there is speculation that someone inside the Fed, an ex-BAC employee, or an attorney who had access to the data, actually released it to WikiLeaks.
The BAC information will make great press, but, it is yet to be determined if it will be all that damaging as it's currently being played up in the media. We'll see. Time will tell.

In or out of captivity Assange has plans to release the documents. He's already stated that there are numerous websites that would take Wikileak's place if he were to be arrested. Maybe he wants to be detained and pull a Keysor Soze off!
Swedish Supreme court wasn't ruling on the case. They were ruling that they had no power to stop a prosecutor's warrant for questioning or arrest.
And, they're right. (thankfully). If they were wrong, 9 guys in robes could, say, stop Holder from arresting Dick Fuld. just kidding. but really, that's true. They can only intervene after a case is ruled upon.

He probably just registered the domain name. It might come out in testimony that he never laid eyes on nor had access to any of the stuff on the site. Ever. Didn't hold the private key, didn't upload the files, never saw the content. Not even at an administrative level; just registered the domain on the Internet and took the microphone as spokesman.
That's my guess. And that's all it is. But it would fit with the rest of the tactic and it's what I would do in his place.
Even if it hadn't started or even operated that way, wikileaks' recent rise to prominence and political strife surely has attracted offers of assistance from thousands of world class open source/creative commons types and hackers who have done everything necessary to ensure that this baby doesn't get flushed down with the bathwater.

According to an interview I saw with two people from Wikileaks their thing is bigger than just Julian Assange and that their work will go on.
These guys also confirmed that they do indeed have a load of info on an Amercian Bank and that info will be released after the first of the year. I would say that all the money center banks will be shown to be technically insolvent and the "Spaghetti" will hit the fan then.

Stopped paying BAC mortgage 18 months ago. Six months ago BOA started non-judicial foreclosure in earnest. In May 2010, MERS assigned the note and trust deed to BONY Mellon. Woops. Should have been done in 2007.
I sued in state court, TRO issued enjoining the sale. BOA removed to federal court, moved to dismiss. Attached to the memorandum was a copy of the note. No assignment to BONY Mellon. No allonge. All adds up to admission that BONY Mellon doesn't own the note. Prospectus is therefore false.
Sale was scheduled for 10/26/10, postponed to 11/4/10, then postponed to 12/7/10, now completely removed from the list of upcoming foreclosure sales.
BOA attorney is trying to rely on an obviously forged sub of trustee. The promissory note does not have an endorsement or allonge, meaning, it was not negotiated to BONY Mellon at all.
It is clear that BOA has a big problem. If it forecloses, it will have to admit it didn't transfer the note timely back in 2007 and will have to pay BONY Mellon $650k. And, BOA will have to not only take a loss on the note it owns, it'll take ownership of a house in Utah in the middle of winter. There is an 8 foot icicle hanging off the front porch right now. That house would become a total loss if it isn't occupied during the winter.
Nothing is going to happen to take this house for the foreseeable future.
And all BOA had to do was roll a couple of months payments onto the back end of the note and it would be receiving payments.

I just could not understand the inability (stupidity) of the banks to sort this out until I read Jamie Dimon explaining that they were working on designing the (computer) systems...simply put, they can only deal with volume solutions...there is no more individual. Why on earth would he not vanish? I don't think it even matters how much damning information he could release against the predators who arrest him for obviously contrived bogus charges. The predators are much too likely to assassinate him.

In the prevailing "sexual dialectic" of the past twenty years, it has been common knowledge that false allegations are the immaculate nuke against males. That she exhibited such poor judgement as to explicitly articulate (much less promote) it in a public forum says volumes about her, imo.
Reminds me of the Martin Armstrong thing. He must know about what happened to him. Held without trial for seven years (I think). Attempt on his life in prison etc. Justice thrown out the window completely. I can't imagine why he would ever allow himself to be captured knowing that a similar fate awaits.
I really don't know what to make of this. It's interesting that we've reached a point where we have to second guess everything that comes along. Head fake? CIA? What really is going on here? As others have pointed out: if he is for real, how is he still alive?

I'm certain his arrest will not stop the flow of documents, if I was BOA I would not be breathing easy. I just hope the next headline isn't something along the lines of "shot while trying to escape". Since they are Swedish police he is probably going to be OK.
