From a 10,000 foot level, can you say that by sliding down the duration timeline of treasuries, that one is either orchestrating a currency blowup (default of some sort) or not really expecting to have to deal with the outcome of financing debt on a short time scale. Having moved down from 30 year, to the 20, 10, etc and now to (rumored) the 2-3 year, could that infer that a currency re-valuation/re-introduction should be expected in, say 2 years, give or take a bit? Here is to hoping that was clearly stated.
I do appreciate ZH and the posters. It has taken a bit to get adjusted to the fight club style but I appreciate the level of intelligence and observation reflected in the comments and articles.
