When I read one of the prospectus on one of the ETF's above, it was loaded with some form of collateral weapons of mass confusion. (Sorry not a wall street power broker here). So my midwestern common sense kicked in, and I said to myself, if this bitch blows, and everybody's ticket is called, even if you account has doubled or tripled, what happens when the CDO, CDS and synthetic products are called due? Will our government make good on that? I think not, my little ass will recieve some e-mail stating that due to volitale market conditions my account is frozen and therefore I can not withdraw my funds. No thanks on that gamble.
Looks like Peso hyperinflation is already being priced in.
From Jim Willie, predictions for the new year:
"Mexico fails as a state: The conditions in Mexico would become fully recognized and openly discussed. Two factors are front & center. The rise of the drug cartels in their control of the nation in numerous aspects is already global news. The unexpected net import of crude oil that ruins the nation's federal finances is not yet global news. The former has been understood, but the loss of oil exports takes the region by total surprise. Hyper-inflation then hits Mexico, which prints money to alleviate the federal budget shortfall. Chaos results on numerous levels. Supply disruption hits the US southern refineries. (chance: 70%)"
So is Chile, Colombia, and soon Brazil. It'll not take longer until some pundit starts to find some very good reasons to invest heavily in Argentina. Latam is ho-ot!
Ay, caramba!!
eet ees like a drogas sneefing burro climbing a mountain of caocaine
Did drug cartels IPO?
looks fairly valued to me with good prospects moving forward. I expect a solid risk free 10% return for the next 50 years.
lmao
It's not a bubble. Last year was just an error in the matrix.
Another round of Coronas, lads. It's time to Party like it's 1999!
The question is, which currency should I short the peso AGAINST?
Look at your username and pick one of the first two options.

Export Land Model average time from peak to importer is 6 years...Britain and Indonesia are two recent data points.
Mexico's time is about up. We are in Iraq for this very reason...Mexico was #3 import supplier.
They must have learned the tricks from the PPT. Anyone got Mexican-insider-selling data?
I have no idea why... their oil production is falling off the edge of the earth right now. Cantarell is in deep, hideous decline.
carlos slim make it rain
I dream of double tops!!
Perhaps the Mexcian market is earning a relative moral hazard premium versus other kleptrocracies.
Turbo Timmy is feverishly trying to narrow that gap.

My new "head and shoulders" anology on this graph relates to Cabrerra's boobs.
I foretell a nipple forming at the top right over the next few months, then down hill from there to the armpit.
To heck with Nic.... mine is more reliable.
Nothing new here, move along. Mexico is an emerging market, it will rally to the sky. Dow at 11K tomorrow after jobs report.
Bless you all! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CklS8s0moVw&feature=related
"Una burbuja."
I don't always invest in bubbles, but when I do, Mexico is always my first choice....
Stay thirsty my friends!
