A few months ago my assignment desk called me out to a bomb scare. The sheriff said an explosive device was thrown into a guys front yard and the bomb squad was responding. I told my manager that meant some kids threw a firecracker into the yard and they now call them explosive devices to justify the millions they spend on equipment and training.
