Mike Krieger On Intensifying Police State Measures And Internet Demonization
Submitted by Mike Krieger from KAM LP
Police State Measures Intensify as well as Internet Demonization
Two very important articles have come out in the last couple of days that you must take the time to read thoroughly. The first is from the Washington Post and is entitled: “Monitoring America.” It is a lengthy article worth your time since it shows in no uncertain terms how the U.S. government has now officially started to turn war on terror technology and military weaponry on American citizens domestically. Stuff that had formerly only been “used in Iraq or Afghanistan” is now being turned on Americans and this newspaper reports it in a matter of fact manner. It also describes how anyone can just say that they think a fellow citizen is acting suspiciously and then all of a sudden the government’s “fusion centers” start snooping on you and a file remains “open” for five years. For nothing more than someone saying they thought you were acting suspiciously. Welcome to East Germany. This is where tax dollars are going, that and to pay bankster bonuses. Link is below.
http://projects.washingtonpost.com/top-secret-america/articles/monitoring-america/?hpid=topnews
Second article also encompasses and interview with Attorney General Eric Holder. In it he clearly explains that enemy number one is the domestic America citizen and that is where the war on terror is now focused. This is exactly as I predicted earlier this year. That the “war on terror” would be soon revered onto average everyday citizens. Ok, so how about this one. In the interview, Holder talks about Anwar al-Awlaki and talks about how this guy is enemy number 1 now and as dangerous as Bin Laden. Well, interesting because this guy was invited to DINE AT THE PENTAGON after 9/11. This is a fact. It was reported by all the mainstream news sources. See these links on it….
Anwar al-Awlaki - the radical spiritual leader linked to several 9/11 attackers, the Fort Hood shooting, and the attempted Christmas Day bombing of an airliner - was a guest at the Pentagon in the months after 9/11, a Pentagon official confirmed to CBS News.
Awlaki was invited as "...part of an informal outreach program" in which officials sought contact "...with leading members of the Muslim community," the official said. At that time, Awlaki was widely viewed as a "moderate" imam at a mosque in Northern Virginia.
This is what Holder said today about him: "He's an extremely dangerous man. He has shown a desire to harm the United States, a desire to strike the homeland of the United States," Holder said. "He is a person who -- as an American citizen -- is familiar with this country and he brings a dimension, because of that American familiarity, that others do not."

Fox News Reports

So our government is so trustworthy on intelligence that we had the most dangerous terrorist in the world over for dinner at the Pentagon! So either we are really retarded beyond belief or the whole “WAR ON TERROR” is a total SHAM to place in the police state. More on the interview with Holder, he is consistently demonizing the internet with statements like.
“"The ability to go into your basement, turn on your computer, find a site that has this kind of hatred spewed ... they have an ability to take somebody who is perhaps just interested, perhaps just on the edge, and take them over to the other side," he said.”

This is all good news and bad news. The good news is that the global plantation owners would not be moving so aggressively unless they were losing the info war. Clearly they are, which is why they are freaking out. The next thing that is likely to happen is a false flag attack where the “attacker” ends up being a libertarian with a Ron Paul sticker. That way they can move from Al Awlaki to the folks they are really afraid of: Good caring and armed American people that still have the capacity to think rationally.

Not writing from homestead. Never do. Only wireless/sat out there. I refuse to get wireless/sat. Not all of us are cubicle rats.
At least five people now have been arrested for stealing scrap metal from the remains of homes destroyed by the Fourmile Fire, although the theft of copper and aluminum is not unusual throughout Boulder County, according to sheriff's officials.

People in outside the U.S. have been stealing man-hole (people-hole) covers for years and it is happening in the U.S. now too. Anything that is not nailed down will be stolen as the Great Depression gains momentum. Stimulus and QE are just minor inclines to slow the runaway locomotive but they cannot stop it.
Yep..
There will be a false flag attack in which the "terrorist" is the a gold loving, Ron Paul supporting, anti federal reserver. Then a cyber false flag attack will do something cataclysmic like take down a city's electrical grid for a couple days. The coktail of these two events will be the end of this 250 year olf experiment and place it all (or whatever hasn't already been stolen) safely into the bankers' hands.
You know things are getting out of hand when you listen to the radio and you can't tell if the host is Alex Jones, Mike Savage, Glen Beck, or Rush Limbaugh.
It could be argued that Holder is responsible for most of the "domestic terrorism." Haven't most of the guys that have been busted so far had help from the FBI?

Oh crap.
Fascism is the form that the capitalist state assumes when the ruling oligarchy feels that its economic and political power is seriously threatened by working class revolution.
We're safe then; seeing as how we've not had a capitalist state.
The problem here is the ignorance of the people. They have been so dependent on the nanny state they don't know how to defend themselves against the state.
For exmaple most people don't know that every arrest is presumed unlawful. This has been the law for thousands of years.
look up any law book on false imprisonment. I'll say it again .... The restraint of liberty is simply presumed unlawful and it is up to the restraining party to justify it.
Cops can't arrest except on probable cause if they have no warrant.
The arrestee is to be taken to a magistrate directly for show cause with competent fact witnesses with direct first hand information of the truth.
Cops can't arrest for a misdemeanor unless it's committed in their presence.
Mistake of law is not an excuse.
We our letting the cops get away with arresting us willy-nilly. People need to smarten up and start pursuing a claim false imprisonment from the moment they are arrested instead of taking a plea and being cowed into submission.
People that don't defend their rights don't have any.
Tell us how this theory turns out when you do it for real.
Yeah, a Sheriff I know has a saying "You might beat the rap, but you ain't beating the ride!"

The United States economy is rotten at the core and has been stolen from the American people by the Wall Street Thieves that drove the Titanic into the iceberg in the first place!!
Is there any right to privacy, or unreasonable search and seizure left?
What is an "unreasonable" search in the electronic context, when computers are spitting out probabilities with a pushpin on google-earth?
When can we expect deterministic or systematic arrests and convictions based on those probabilities?
What happened to innocent?
Why is this technology selectively left out the policing of corporations and banks (money)?
Why are uses of this technology never approved through the electorate?
"Mission Accomplished."
Look, doensn't matter what the constitution or the law says, as parts of the gov. operate above the law. ALL of our communications have been pilfered unrestricted for years. The cell phone companies don't fight for your privacy when they get a goverment request, they just put a price on the process. Over 100,000 requests per year, I think it is between 1-9 million per year.
Ok, example time.
How about looking up project echelon.
I can't remember the guys name, but the whistleblower who revealed under bush 2 that all major internet hubs traffic is duplicated and sent to the NSA, ALL of it in the US. Now put together that with the MASSIVE datacenters the NSA is building around the country, just search the news, there are over 3 datacenters that are enourmous being built, in addition to their current capacity. I know one is in Agusta, GA, another one is in Utah I believe, and the the third is in Texas, but not sure about the last two.
On the other hand, we've never seen a nation with the most advanced military in world take on a nation with as well-armed of a civilian population comprised of so many ex-military with combat experience.
Uncle Remus, I beg to differ with you. Have you considered the civilian population of Afghanistan? First they fought the USSR from 1979 to 1989 now they are fighting the USA from 2001 to present..... both the USSR and the USA are considered "advanced military nations"........
Actually, that exception crossed my mind and duly noted. It is arguable that the Afghans are better armed - RPG, full auto AKs and whatever else the US gave them to fend of the Russians.
Then, there is this - http://www.goddesssophiawalker.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/...

Yeah, baby! I want one too! And I thought that if I could get an RPG that it would make me feel more comfortable about everything. I don't even have RPG and seeing this makes me want the mini-gun too!
" enemy number one is the domestic America citizen and that is where the war on terror is now focused." Since when !!! Since when are baby boomers & their kids & grandkids now a terror threat !! The government used to love us !! REMEMBER ? THEY LOVED US WHEN WE WERE WORKING, BORROWING MONEY, CONSUMING, PAYING INTEREST & PAYING TAXES !! REMEMBER THOSE DAYS IN THE 1990'S !! So now that we're older & want to NOT spend so much & NOT borrow money from banks all of a sudden we're now TERRORISTS !!!
GIVE ME A BREAK ! I'M SICK TO DEATH OF THESE PEOPLE IN THE GOVERNMENT. WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE !! THEY WORK FOR US, REMEMBER !
I'm sorry ........ I'm just sick to death of the whole scene, get rid of the bums in WASHINGTON & get rid of the parasite bankers who have sucked the wealth out of this country. forgive me, i do believe that this is the most angry i've ever been ......... turn your backs on the system, end the FED / BUY YOURSELVES SOME METAL & pray .
Good Rant..... however, this has been "a long time coming". The "writing" has been on the wall since the dereg. of banking, the dot com bubble, the purchasing of our elected officials etc etc. People were just to "what ever description you choose to insert here", to realize were this was headed, welcome to the Fascist States of America!
"The first truth is that the liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it becomes stronger than their democratic state itself. That, in its essence, is fascism — ownership of government by an individual, by a group, or by any other controlling private power." FDR
Something that FDR was a great admirer of. Let's not forget his letter of praise to Mussolini. And let's not also forget that Mussolini ordered the Italian newspapers to stop praising FDR's fascism since the label was getting him in to hot water in the States.
Lynnybee, Yes, we all sit protected in our Homes typing on our Computer. But, what are we really doing to prevent it. Can we prevent it? Typing on a Computer does nothing to stop the Government from taking all of our Rights away. It may make us feel a little better venting but in reality it does nothing to stop the Government and the Banks power over us.
Every day that goes by they take more and more power and take more and more of our rights away.
"Good caring and armed American people that still have the capacity to think rationally. "
The capacity to think rationally doesn't look very congruent with being "armed". We know how many irrationalities we get from guns day by day. Why would *this time* be any different? In many other countries of the world, the population is a lot less armed than in the US, and they get a lot more from their government. By an easy equation: they organize and pressure. They're an active civil society. And they don't need guns.
That equation of guns=freedom is quite the American cognitive dissonance.
Hold that thought.
OK buddy,
Follow your line of thought, and you end up with Britan, where you can't have handguns, rifles etc. You have massive crime, and the government is banning all protests. Thats your reward for giving up arms.
Nice try, ITS NOT ABOUT GETTING MORE FROM YOUR GOVERNMENT!!!!!
We need less government, not more, jeez.
Yeah, but if I'm armed you'll get rational real quick like. Period. Full stop.
Full-on Sam K mode, channeling Dirty Harry:
ARE YOU FEELING LUCKY? REALLY F**KING LUCKY?
What a moron! The places in the USSA with the most guns... have the lowest violent crime. The places in the USSA with the least guns and most egregious anti-gun laws... have the most violent crime.
Wake up, moron. Check the facts.
Oh yeah, and it is really rational to live with increasingly arrogant predators, and have no way to defend yourself. Brilliant!
God Save the Queen.
"The places in the USSA with the most guns... have the lowest violent crime. "
Thanks for the tip. Now I'm sure about buying that house in the ghetto. After all, it has to be a safe place considering how many guns are around.
You're conflating. Ghettos have a high concentration of criminals. Gun laws are no deterrent to criminals. What keeps the criminals from venturing out of the ghettos is the percentage of legal gun owners in the surrounding areas.
Yeah, well answer this, wise guy.
If you are poor, and are thus stuck in some crappy part of town where lots of criminals have guns, are you safer in which of the following cases:
#1: no guns laws, and you're armed to the teeth.
#2: gun laws, and only the criminals have guns.
Duh, easy choice, and quite obvious too.
"absolute power corrupts absolutely...."
Yeah, interesting how the Federal Reserve constantly claims we must give them absolute power, huh? And not just absolute power, but absolute secrecy too!
What a combination.
Result: the USSA.
Can someone, Tyler or anyone, comment on this thought? It was mentioned how the push is to go cashless. Now they print up 1.1 billion 'new' $100 bills that are unusable. Their quality control is such that they print over a billion of them before they discover the error? Yes, they may be knuckleheads, but printing over a billion before you see the problem? I've seen those shows on TV and how carefully everything is scanned by computer and then looked over by human eye. Yet they print a billion and nothing picks anything up? Point is, sounds like a ploy to now say they have a major shortage that can't be met so they'll issue 'electronic dollars' for now. Thoughts?
- It is 1983 and a half right now...
The greatest of fiat ironies: The $1.1 billion of bills with insufficient "security features" are now under "quarantine" -- and armed guard -- at Ft. Knox. The Treasury's remedy ? A resumption of the printing of Series 2006 Bills...with Hank Paulson's signature.
They can just put this 110 Billion in cash on ice for awhile. Next Christmas they can hand out these "factory second" Benjamins as bread money certificates. Not redeemable for anything but a single loaf of bread.
Quite cunning really.
"factory second"
*snort*
The Bankster playing America like a violin.
The canary in the mine is presently choking to death.
Only lawmakers can change things and they are owned by the banksters. The USA needs a whole heap more independents and a few new 'sensible' parties. Too late now, when the economy collapses welcome to the middle ages.
'"The old view that 'if we fight the terrorists abroad, we won't have to fight them here' is just that - the old view," Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano told police and firefighters recently.'
LOL, of course. That slogan served its purpose when we were fighting Eastasia but now we're[ve always been] at war with Oceania.
"The public face of this pivotal effort is Napolitano, the former governor of Arizona, which years ago built one of the strongest state intelligence organizations outside of New York to try to stop illegal immigration and drug importation."
Well, hell, given what a heckuva job we've done stopping illegal immigration, I guess we have nothing to worry about then.
I remember playing Deus Ex ten years ago and thinking how over-the-top it was.
"Some would say that human liberty has been compromised, but the reality is just the opposite. As surveillance expands, people become free from danger, free to walk alone at night, free to work in a safe place, and free to buy any legal product or service without the threat of fraud. One day every man and woman will quietly earn credits, purchase items for quiet homes on quiet streets, have cook-outs with neighbors and strangers alike, and sleep with doors and windows wide open. If that isn't the tranquil dream of every free civilization throughout history, what is? -- Anna Navarre, Agent, UNATCO"
I would flee such a community.
I'd rather live upstairs from this guy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sqbq3Ze6Qas
...and I'm sure she meant to say tranqilized, not tranquil.
Do not allow a cashless society, then. It can only happen if everyone lets it. Stop using plastic. Pay cash. Take a wad out at the start of the week, and use it for everything. The only thing going out of your account by direct debit or whatever should be mortgage (if you're paying) and essentials like health insurance. Even that can, in some cases, be paid up front for the year.
And buy more PMs. With cash.

amerika is a rogue fascist terrorist state whose leaders must be removed from power at all costs....
the bush crime syndicate is the tactical ring leader for the rothschild / rockefeller axis of evil......black rock is the name of one of the organizations hitler used to come to power and is the name of the black shirt organization spying and targeting citizens for concentration camps...they operate as a paramilitary force with powers to arrest and detain us citizens without trial....
eric holder and his liar boss are working full steam to impose martial law in amerika....the republican congress and democrat senate will support this all the way...
americans are being arrested for assembly as naomi wolfe shows in her documentary....americans must take to the streets en masse to fight the 4th reich just as the founding fathers insisted...
Why are they accelerating the timetable? Our calculations must be off. This wasn't scheduled to happen yet. Our calculations must be off. Why are they accelerating the timetable? Dec 2012 was an anomaly. What changed? Something changed and the calculations are off.
Why are they accelerating the timetable?
The answer is in the article....
"...The good news is that the global plantation owners would not be moving so aggressively unless they were losing the info war. Clearly they are, which is why they are freaking out...."
Is it at least vaguely possible that Anwar al-Alawki was moderate before we turned Iraq into a failed state?
Blowback? Ring a bell? Google it, ok?
When e-mail came around, and everything graduated to the web, people more or less tossed their privacy concerns. There is no reason to send 'postcards' to everyone. When I worked at a post office it was common knowledge that all postcards were at least glanced at, and the juicy once may have been read aloud at 5 am, before being routed to the carrier.
So why aren't all mail-clients default configured to support a multiple set of encryptors. PGP, AES, blah .... blah ....
Sure some communications would get lost. It does anyhow. But the loading function on the surveillance machine would probably blow a fuse. If SPAM bots went out and downloaded the encryption keys from public keyservers, and then wrapped their garbage inside the envelope, the indigestion would move elsewhere.
Privacy issues in electronic communication have been dealt with technically (probably). The main problem is the lethargy in implementing the functional connections, ala' Facebook ease. If you care about snooping, put it in an envelope. Or rather, put everyting in an envelope and make 'them' steam it open. It should still be possible to 'junk' filter without actually decrypting content.
I make a point to put thier own two inch wide brown shipping tape across the back of the envelopes I want to keep shut.
I will tell you something else. Bags of Medicines come in from the VA by mail, and they are TOUGH to get into. But ordinary letters with appointments and identifying numbers/personal information are plastered into envelopes barely sealed and arrive in the mailbox basically open for all the world to see.
However, regular shipments of gun parts or other things associated with maintaining weapons and what have you arrive in the mail every so often. Those recieve a key.
There are plenty of spots around the USA where one can get a acre or two with water and live quietly so far off the grid it will take a week's expidetion to get to the front door. But at the moment we are doing well with what we do have.
It's being done because they know that their will be severe austerity measures taken and people won't take it.
What would happen if i declared 2k worth of silvers coins at the airport Sat on my person? Would they declare me a threat? Would they take it?
No. You can haul 10,000 US Dollars or equivilant on your person without having to declare anything.
For example if I won 11,000 in a casino, I would have them wire 10,000 into my bank and take home the other 1000 in my wallet. ;)
By the way remember to look like you just lost your home and lands in that casino as you walk to your car with tears (Onions on fingers to make them) and the predatory criminals will leave you alone.
Gird your loins. From Dec 21, 2010 John Fund, WSJ, on McChesney, architect of Net Neutrality:
[Mr. McChesney's agenda? "At the moment, the battle over network neutrality is not to completely eliminate the telephone and cable companies," he told the website SocialistProject in 2009. "But the ultimate goal is to get rid of the media capitalists in the phone and cable companies and to divest them from control."
A year earlier, Mr. McChesney wrote in the Marxist journal Monthly Review that "any serious effort to reform the media system would have to necessarily be part of a revolutionary program to overthrow the capitalist system itself."
Mr. McChesney told me in an interview that some of his comments have been "taken out of context." He acknowledged that he is a socialist and said he was "hesitant to say I'm not a Marxist."]
Yes... we still have no bananas
"Good caring and armed American people that still have the capacity to think rationally."
No threat there. About 95% of Americans pass the former criteria whereas 95% fail the second. So the percentage with both traits is miniscule if not immesurable and they are generally gainfully employed. The real problem is that people cut off from unemployment or otherwise told to go starve in private may do irrational things that involve their weapons. Civil chaos thus the pretext to dip even deeper into the police state mentality is the most likely result. The propaganda is the main problem as it sets these dynamics by controlling the "facts" that people have access to. Create their reality and their actions become predictable.
