US taxpayer? You're having a laugh, they can't even cover 50% of their own government's budget....
US Taxpayers?! We're so broke we can only afford our own dope...The burden of finance will fall on the Iraqi oil reserves and the afghani strategic mineral reserves which were 'magically discovered' a few months ago...
Will china need more oil and minerals as their own economy must now readjust to a smaller gdp, and less consumer demand? This new found wealth might not be of value for another 10 years or so...
