The markets WORLDWIDE need to focus more on RETAIL
independent direct access fully electronic drfragmented exchange accounts....with wiki format fact based information....in the language and currency of choice...ie the proven BATS model....all with tiny transaction costs that are the same....ie 20 cents per hundred units....(which I pay today)....
