When engaged in such ventures, it is important to always maintain plausible deniability.

You are obviously a man engaged with the important issues of our time, such as the continuation of free enterprise, the need for a small businessperson to have a brand, and to have effective product differentiation, the reality of intense competition, the need to be technologically up to date, the importance of customer service, the effectiveness of "free samples", and the most important need - to replace your fiatscos with a valuable new currency.  There is one place I know of which would be educational as to all of these econonomic principles.  They even have evolved their own new currency, the "token".  This place needs to be studied.

Thanks Wings.

An MRI is an interesting thing to look at (especially when it's of yourself, it gets...ummm, personal...LOL). If you've never seen one it's like looking at a side of beef hanging in the butcher shop...it's 3D, pretty wild.

It's L4-L5 discs...one bulging the other is gone (bone to bone). He went in to get a piece of bone that had broken loose and was pressing on the sciatic nerve that had pain shooting down my leg since around Thanksgiving...hard to know how the bone broke loose, over the course of my life I've been in car & motorcycle crashes, fights, on water park rides etc.

It was supposed to be a 45 minute operation that went into extra innings because once he opened me up he found the nerve had fused itself to one of my discs...again, been that way for awhile.

Anyways...this mornings a little better than yesterday...tomorrow will be better I expect but it could just be the dilaudid #2's...LOL.

Thank you for your kindness...I'll be back to my mean ole self in no time ;-)

I have the same herniation. The doctors told me that i would need surgery to live a "normal" life, I told them to go pound sand. I started doing ashtanga yoga a year ago and i am more flexible and in less pain now than when i was a teenager.

Please, when you get better try yoga it helps in so many ways. I do not know why it is not mainstream yet (other than having the capacity to negate a large portion of the medical industry of course).

good luck.

I'm glad you found some measure of relief.

Mine was damage as well as degeneration...the piece of bone had to be removed as it would move around on it's own. Then of course the nerve found to be fused to a place it was not supposed to be is...well, un-nerving (pun intended). Then there is the discs themselves...when I was younger I put a lot of stress on this part of my back.

I'll keep an open mind on your advice...always open to new ideas on health maintenance.

Thanks augie.

Which part was the socialism? Bailing out the banks? Decades of corporate welfare? No taxes and infact tax refunds paid out to the largest corporate institutions in this country? Charging the taxpayers for said actions? None of that sounds anything like socialism to me.

Yea yea... lots of people on foodstamps, and welfare..etc... but when you compare that to the amount of government funding that private businesses have recieved over the decades, it pails in comparison. Im pretty sure that the word "socialism" is used to incite anger amongst the "little people" of this country, to keep them fighting amongst themselves, while these criminal institutions continue to rape them.

Also, Im pretty sure we would have had to actually utilized capitalism to say we've seen it fail.

That's all socialism! Government interfering with the free market at every turn is what you described. Corporate welfare is not capitalism! Thats cronyism, corruption, hallmarks of every socialist system where government cannot be held to account. Indeed, government is so large its impossible to track it and watch it.  Capitalism does not need a huge, wealth destroying government. Thats Communism/Socialism.

O.K., so what if this dude can correctly identify labor vs. capital trends, or understand how capitalisation, offshoring and accumulation works?

He's completely overlooking the 800 lb. gorillillillilla in the room.

It's all about how the money gets created.

It's not a crisis in Capitalism, it is a crisis in Statism (pick your flavor), and Crony capitalism.

The Fed is the problem.

What a twisted Artful Dodger http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPGRUrvuNGk ...this pathetic Marx Brother's image is. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5lU52aWTJo

...corruption and Marxism etc... is still prison.

Get out of Chairsatan's Prison: Commerce Tax Only System

The cost for corruption is most acute when your constituents must pay the price for corruption instead of children, soldiers and those laborers of the harvest slaughtered in the field. We do not have capitalism now, we have aborted our children for a claim of dominion that has tried to rise from the bottomless pit forever. The beast is the consumer, large and small, rich and poor, free and bond. The strong delusion upon this generation, so blessed with an age of information like no other, is based upon the lack of foundation for any return or cause to be risen at all. Here and now, this generation stands in contempt of life on a global market scale and the defender of life is still a mystery and curse to those not laboring the harvest. Amazingly, the majority cannot reckon the number of the beast, yet they can recall their bank account number.

Devouring corruption, expanding contraction(s), demand destruction, the  event horizon of the Black Hole is upon this generation. The revelation of the beast, the false claim of dominion upon man, has roosted upon the towers of Babylon. The World Trade Center has already fallen and the global market is imploding. The mark of the beast to man market model reality, upon this generation, is equal with the same ''old'' strong delusion of the common thief. The margin squeeze will not deliver labor from debt. This generation was raped, labor was aborted. The womb is barren, judgment is risen. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dt0ipUCfdlU

The Golden Temple Cup of Israel is now in the hand of this generation. The writing is on the wall and requires a righteous enterpreter. Zero Hedge is informing the world. The prophet Daniel did this in Babylon. The market numbers define a global beast that is now found wanting. Labor pangs have risen, judgment is about to come upon this generation. The corruption of Chairsatan, and all the Kings Men, cannot put this broken generation together again BECAUSE THEY ARE MIHOP'n LIHOP'n LIARS!!! The darkness of their own illegitimacy has come knocking on this generations door. No one will escape the corruption of Babylon or escape the fury of the harvest. Cyrus will rule Babylon, it was written before it came to pass and this generation shall see it fulfilled again. The writing is on our foreclosed wall. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2tmc8rJgxUI

Man walks in the valley of the shadow of death and knows corruption has overcome him. The offer of temptation is risen by the deceiver, the elder of man. This old mark of corruption is now casting it's shadow upon this generation. The false claim this New World Order crowd would have us believe is the same dark principle in the empty vaults of the shadow banking inventory and ghost cities. We are all hosts of this knowledge, this ''New World Order''. The darkness has rendered labor to death. The mark of the ''Reserve Debt Note'' has sealed the entire global labor force and sacrificed security. We know this, yet we remained on our knees and continued to be consumed. This generation refused to rise up, stand fast and do no harm. Now it will realize it's own latent destruction. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtPQ_QJpFIU

End The Fed!!! Restore order through a commerce tax only system balanced by the consumer and labor laws that insure everyone. Let that determine the value of currency. Allow profits the ability to normalize. The market gains will be based on consumer regulated growth, not Ben Nebuchadnezzar's golden head of debt and feet of iron and clay dashing against the laborer of the harvest. The Lord of the Harvest is Mercy, growth must be determined by the law sustaining the host of the law. This was shouted out and shouted down and now these shouts do not matter at all. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-Bs6D6Djcs

The force, now put upon the nations, is war. The prophetic reality of total utter annihilation, defined by history, shall be fulfilled. Freedom and independence, liberty and justice, shall not rise among the nations to rule. The contemp of Old Glory is the ruling standard and the false claim of dominion, offered by the evil global New World Order bastard's among every nation and tongue that fell for the self devouring offer of temptation, and that flag shall fall and burn, along with every dumb shit athiest marxist bastard etc... The fascist beast has AI and an ID matrix that will never allow truth to rule. The Middle East uprising in Egypt proved it when the switch was turned off etc...  America proved long ago that it sold out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3tyfWJKtCa0 the blood of it's soldiers. The red stripes on Old Glory represent nothing more than the worthless plastic rice of the Communist Red Dragon on sale at the Great Wal Mart of China. Freedom remains in Chairsatan's prison at a profit and the silence of this generation was the key to this bottomless pit.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F027RcC8MxE

The speaker starts off talking about the focus of the world economy as driven by Hyak...and completely ignores that we have been living the Keynsian nightmare.  Jumps almost immediately into Marxism as some sort of solution.

While some points made are valid, and some are worthy of discussion.  The springboard spins the whole thing into a political economic speech.  The equivalent of a Mises Lecturer to the Mises Insitute.  Or Pelosi addressing a room full of retards.

I posted this a little while ago.  I thought some of you clever ZHers might be able to do a better job.

The 5 Stages of ZeroHedge

A guide (warning) for newbies or how I came to love the bomb

1)

Denial- “What a bunch of BS.  People are talking their books.  This is all propaganda to get mouse clicks”, or other such nonsense.

2)

Anger – Warning:  It is best not to listen to The Who, Muse, The Sex Pistols, Metallica or any other driving angry rock and roll while in this stage.  You will break stuff.  Most likely it will be your stuff, and you will regret it.  Also, do not threaten yourself, Marla, TD or anyone else with “I am never coming back to ZH again!”  ZH is heroine truth.  You will not stay away.  The rest of us who have been there will chuckle at you and the memories.

3)

Bargaining – “If only I can make money off some trade with this information...  It’s all good.  As long as I can make money, I won’t be able to focus on underlying unfathomable turtle-headed truth.”

4)

Depression – “Christ, I don’t have nearly enough potable water, freeze-dried food, ammunition or silver in my basement.”

5)

Acceptance – “BTFD!”

In the May '81 Playboy; Kubler Ross explained how her spirit guide 'Mario' would appear from the waist up to give her back rubs. Then she would slip into a trance and do astral projection to different times and locations throughout history and the future. Her husband thought she was crazy. "On Death and Dying" is an excellent book though. Reality is the crazy thing.

And just think. You didn't give "Tyler" a dime for it. That could be fucked up but I'm guessing that Tyler is not in it for money. I think he got fucked and decided to fuck back.

Now that IS innovation, it is the most marvelously complex entity within the sphere of our accepted market 'bitches'.

Fuck you.

Thanks a million for that, CM. Breathtaking and awe-inspiring.  I would love to see his mathematics and how he arrives at his conclusions via strange attractor theory. I confess I have a lot of difficulty believing in 2012. He reminds me of Ken Wilber, but for me he has more to say, provided that his mathematics is good. The idea of an attractor at the end of time as some sort of omega point is, well, attractive.  However, one thing that is very important in that theory is sensitive dependence on initial conditions makes a huge difference in the "solution".  His cross disciplinary approach that incorporates mathematics is potentially the best possible "Blick"--a german word meaning look--we have.

edit--I'm more skeptical after watching him on youtube for several hours. I was looking for someone who had mastered some hard math or physics--doesn't appear to be the case.  Still interesting, but less interesting.

may be true. You also need to take into account this is a total crap metric, as in 'guess'. 10-12 years ago the big joke was who fell for Nielson ratings. Not to mention the fact education level has very little correlation with intellegence. The old saying of A students becoming teachers and B students end up working for C students has more truth to it than most give it credit for.

O.K. I listened for a whole 12 minutes of deception and lies. Hank Paulson and Bambi bailed out Wall Street fraudsters.  Neel Kashkari, the FED and Bambi gave Godman Shafts bank status so they could get a discount rate and unlimited funds. Beck, "Why aren't there any Banksters in Jail".  That's because Bush said, "Heck of a Job Hank" for saving our financial system which Bernankee is still monetizing today. For dumb America: Perception is Reality. This is why Fox fake news is destroying American lives. If they say it, the sheeple believe it. Because it was said. It is really that simple.

I ask, Who the hell is defending the banks against being regulated? This country is Fu*ked, Just like Beck is a Fu*k. Period. This is why we are Japan. Somebody buys all this bullshit. Glenn Beck belongs in Jail, with Hank Paulson, Neel Kashkari and Lloyd Blankfein. When I see that, I will buy my first bank stock. Until then, short the Fuckn Banks.  Oh, thanks for throwing fuel on my fire. Politics are Bullshit.

It's another instance of having the wrong person say the right thing in order to discredit the idea amongst a segment the public. It works even better if that person self-destructs in an incoherent supernova, taking down all supporters of the idea with it. (such as Palin and the Tea Party)

My favorite example was when the CEO of Exxon came out a few years ago and stated that "ethanol is genocide." The lefties were having conniption fits trying to decide whether or not to offer public support.

This is also how I see the writings of Ayn Rand (coherent individualism) when overlaid with her actions (the cult of personality known as Objectivism, which demands a strong collective). I believe that both her and boy Greenspan were bought off with power and fame in order to kill the ideas of freedom in her writings.
