Out of Control LISTEN TO THIS TERRIFYING 911 CALL of Thugs Hired by JPMorgan Chase Breaking Down a Door

This comes in from Matthew Weidner...
God help us all...
LISTEN TO THIS TERRIFYING 911 CALL - BANK BREAKING DOWN A DOOR!
The banks and institutions that now run this country are running absolutely wild and out of control.
They do not fear judges or law enforcement.
They do not fear any law.
They do not need permission to kick down your front door, steal what they want and throw everything else into the streets.
As
one of the owners of a company who specializes in “securing” or
“winterizing” properties was recently quoted in the Palm Beach Post
said, “Lawsuits don’t phase us anymore.”
I WANT ALL OF AMERICA TO WATCH THE ATTACHED NEWS STORY AND LISTEN TO ALL TEN MINUTES OF THE ATTACHED 911 PHONE CALL.
HEAR THE TERROR IN THIS WOMAN’S VOICE.
THIS WOMAN WAS NOT IN FORECLOSURE.
THIS WOMAN’S HOME WAS IN PERFECT, PRISTINE CONDITION.
SHE WAS RELAXING COMFORTABLY ON HER COUCH WHEN A BURGLAR CAME KICKING DOWN HER DOOR.
IT WAS A BURGLAR HIRED BY THE BANK BREAKING DOWN HER DOOR.

This
is what this country has become people and no one seems to care about
it anymore. I truly fear that all hope is lost. These lenders have
absolutely no right to do what they are doing yet neither law
enforcement nor judges care to do anything about this terrifying
phenomena.
Please find and share with me stories such as this.
The only hope we have of turning this around is getting the word out
there and hoping that our press picks up on these stories.
Please forward this to Realtors, attorneys and activists.
No bank has any right to come onto any person’s property and they
certainly do not have any right to kick down a person’s door unless and
until they have an Order from a judge.

Bagbalm, dead people tend not to give interviews.
Sadly, there are hundreds of thousands of homes in Fla, that are like this.
This is too much, the newscaster (if I heard correctly) said she was 3 mos behind, and she admitted on the 911 Tape she was behind.
The dude knocks,no answer, she knows whats coming, so she hits the BR and calls 911?.
If no notice of Foreclosure was delivered Usually by a Constable, with the banks hired hand, this is a very dangerous situation for both involved.
The ones where the homes are owned OUTRIGHT?,dude, you come thru my front door.............you better believe in Jesus, cause your fixing to meet him.
I will not be asking questions.............your dead.
Oh,as an aside, since Chase JPM, are frigging idiots..
I suggest putting a sign on your doors, saying if you ARE FROM Chase/JPM, do not attempt to enter here............you will not be leaving once the door is opened.
Especially if your up to date, and /or free and clear.
If the FedsRegualtors had any brains, they would FORCE CHASE/JPM to make verbal contact prior to these take downs, or someone is going to own part of them.
"dude, you come thru my front door.............you better believe in Jesus, cause your fixing to meet him. I will not be asking questions.............your dead"
Absolutely my favorite line of the day sir, my hat off to you.
Or they could foreclose properly and arrive with the sheriff's dept in tow.
If that's too difficult and they insist on continuing with this kind of preemptive bullshit, standby for another news article about a homeowner shotgunning a JPM contractor in the face.
winterizing, yeah i was winterized one minus degree day at the end of December 2008. in roaring fork valley, Colorado. oh probably ø degrees, chase home finance winter protection team changed my locks and didn't tell my attorney what the code was. S O R R Y. iam a senior citizen 60 yr old. only in default of 60 days and working with the bank on a deed in lieu. plus, chase was illegally charging my escrow account for property taxes owed by the owners of the whole building my condo was a part of. chase had no title work cause my condo had no title. oh well i really couldn't habitat my condo cause of toxic fumes from the industrial paint spray booth from the furniture factory directly below my newly purchased condo. oops they forgot to disclose the hazardous chemicals and waste being used in quantity every day. oops again, not even getting mandatory permits for using hazardous chemicals or storage or disposal. oops again waste disposal containers without permits. oh no certificate of occupancy for the newly condominium of the building, that was require for the mortgage. oops no release of deed of trust, oops no signature of assignment of trust, oops no pay off to bank for previous debt on building, oops no seller signature on HUD. HUD, oh really, that doesn't matter, nothing has to be really correct on the final HUD pages. dates don't matter, signatures don't matter, correct amount of money due or owed doesn't matter. taxes for sure can be fudged cause in the end it just doesn't matter, if it all fiction or false. it only matter in the end, that the bank can lock you out and take your credit score. chase didn't come after me for a deficiency, cause they knew they would have more trouble than they wanted. my county public trustee told me to sue chase home finance, he thought he had seen it all until my sale.
Business as usual for that valley. Apparently, you don't frequent the golf clubs.
Amen on that. Try the Eagle River Valley (AKA Vail Valley) with our tri-juristictional police "protection" squads, commissioners and town councils that make Congress' spending look tame.

I'd do it myself, but I have weak Photoshop skills.

How many cable TV channels do you have.
What caused the flash crash?
WB7, you're showing your age. I made my first mud pancake when I was 7. I still have it in a box. :>)
Yes, thank you.
Rat bastards. Even if someone is in foreclosure, they still deserve due process under the law. It sickens me that the banks think so little of people that they trash their belongings too. This should be a wake up call to everyone who has not pulled their money out of these POS banks and put it into a locally owned credit union.
"The banks and institutions that now run this country are running absolutely wild and out of control.
They do not fear judges or law enforcement.
They do not fear any law."
When is this news? It has been this way for a hundred years. Even longer if you count the world outside the U.S. borders.
Load gunz, bitchez!
AN ARMED SOCIETY IS A POLITE SOCIETY!
Yep. Spouse and I were out at someone's family farm "bowling" with bullets when that exact same sentiment came up. Always liked that bumper sticker "Gun control is being able to hit what you aim at".
knowing that there are others out there like you gives me faith in america.
It was a "mistake." Mistakes happen when people are too lazy to do their homework or pick up the phone. The locksmith is lucky he wasn't shot. And the knuckleheads at the bank get to deal with a lawsuit now. The locksmith might consider filing a suit for endangerment while he is at it.
The foreclosure circus is a lawyers' jubilee.
Hitting someone with your car is also a mistake. Mistakes carry serious, life-changing and often lethal consequences.
This woman would have been 100% within her rights to shoot the intruder in the face.
The *guilty* party of course, is miles away sitting behind a desk.
Yep, a mistake like Lehman, AIG, TBTF, TARP, C4C, tier III accounting, and record bonuses on Christmas day.
Nothing but mistakes.
Well coordinated mistakes at that.
...im just sayin' ... you know.
Sometimes I feel like I'm reading Biff's almanac.
Like the returns Madoff posted year after year after year, some things are statistically impossible.
Mistakes indeed happen. People get killed for their mistakes sometimes.
I do hope those in the repossession industry take that possibility seriously. There's a reason the price of ammo has skyrocketed.
I absolutely cannot wait for this to happen to me.
This is exactly the escalation I have been waiting for.
...a little more each day and flame becomes an inferno.
You're an idiot if you think protecting property and self is done with voting, or talking about hope and change. Individualism is already marginalized by the corporation, along with personal protection.
Blackwater comes bump in the night in neighborhoods across America. Personal accountability for corporate malfeasance served hot. Bring it one "mistake" at a time... (pretty, pretty please).
Blackwater comes bump in the night in neighborhoods across America.
That's an evil plan.
Yep, exactly the escalation Ive been waiting for, I sure as hell wont be in a closet on the phone.
You have a deathwish then.
Bc if the Blackwater guys are coming into your home, you are going to be shot and killed. And they have impunity just like in Afghanistan.
Because they're all ex military and so are the fucking police. And they will all just cover for each other and besides, the police are going to be doing the same kinds of things.
It's critical that any collapse be speedy, otherwise, state thuggery in the name of revenue is going to go apeshit. AND you will still be paying income taxes.
It's wonderful how we continue to pay taxes ostensibly for parks and public services but now they are adding on fees and surcharges to "cover" the costs of these things...that we ALREADY PAY FOR.
Once again, trav7777 speaks from....what??? What experience??
Having served in special ops units in both the USAF and USMC, and having research Blackwater and the privatized US military (69% now private contractors in foreign combat theaters), I'm not particularly scared if a former sloppy Navy Seal (only the sloppy ones go to work for Blackwater) or Army Ranger attempts a frontal assault.
But even that is unlikely as the majority of those PMCs aren't filled with former special ops (not including Rangers in this category), but non-military or lower ecchelon types, and former foreign death squad members.
Also, know many police who have no prior military experience.
If you don't mind me asking, where do the non-sloppy ones go to work? I would assume the alphabet soup agencies but that is just a guess.
Quick guess: Private bodyguards don't work for free.
Interesting, and provocative.
Could banks hire guns? Who else?
Um,,,, all branches of Federal, State & Local governments????
Xe charges a pretty high daily rate. That would not be too cost effective even for JPMC.
But who knows at this point?
What can be said?
Protect yourselves, folks.
The 911 women is an asshole.
Wait until 911 is a paid service (only responds to those with money) not a utility.
Coming soon!
That would be a good thing. The more things that are run by the free market, the better off we'll all be. TANSTAAFL
Already there. Here's a story about a TN man whose house burned down. The firefighters wouldn't do anything because he hadn't paid the $75 emergency services fee.
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/39516346/ns/us_news-life/
How is this not government sponsored terrorism?
Real disaster capitalism. What right do we have to the labor of another?
So a house burned down, and some pets were lost. Does this justifiy the FF's risking their lives, for "stuff?" Were lives actually in danger, circumstances would have been different.
Well, on one hand I can understand the reasoning that they can't have people not paying for the service until it's needed. It's like trying to get health coverage when you're already sick or buying an insurance policy as your house is in flames.
On the other hand, that's some cold-hearted stuff. The guy's dogs and cat all burned to death inside the house. They sprayed down his property line and ignored their appeals.
