Out of Control LISTEN TO THIS TERRIFYING 911 CALL of Thugs Hired by JPMorgan Chase Breaking Down a Door

4closureFraud's picture

This comes in from Matthew Weidner...

God help us all...

LISTEN TO THIS TERRIFYING 911 CALL - BANK BREAKING DOWN A DOOR!

The banks and institutions that now run this country are running absolutely wild and out of control.

They do not fear judges or law enforcement.

They do not fear any law.

They do not need permission to kick down your front door, steal what they want and throw everything else into the streets.

As
one of the owners of a company who specializes in “securing” or
“winterizing” properties was recently quoted in the Palm Beach Post
said, “Lawsuits don’t phase us anymore.”

I WANT ALL OF AMERICA TO WATCH THE ATTACHED NEWS STORY AND LISTEN TO ALL TEN MINUTES OF THE ATTACHED 911 PHONE CALL.

HEAR THE TERROR IN THIS WOMAN’S VOICE.

THIS WOMAN WAS NOT IN FORECLOSURE.

THIS WOMAN’S HOME WAS IN PERFECT, PRISTINE CONDITION.

SHE WAS RELAXING COMFORTABLY ON HER COUCH WHEN A BURGLAR CAME KICKING DOWN HER DOOR.

IT WAS A BURGLAR HIRED BY THE BANK BREAKING DOWN HER DOOR.

This
is what this country has become people and no one seems to care about
it anymore.  I truly fear that all hope is lost.  These lenders have
absolutely no right to do what they are doing yet neither law
enforcement nor judges care to do anything about this terrifying
phenomena.

Please find and share with me stories such as this.
The only hope we have of turning this around is getting the word out
there and hoping that our press picks up on these stories.

Please forward this to Realtors, attorneys and activists
No bank has any right to come onto any person’s property and they
certainly do not have any right to kick down a person’s door unless and
until they have an Order from a judge.

For more about Matt you can check out his blog here...

For more on this phenomenon we call "Trashed Out" see the links below...

What stops them from YOU being their next "mistake"?

No - Its "multicultural" London; ratting out the Jews must be done to placate the angry muslim majority.

do you mean the State of Islam on the East End for which "Red Ken" helped to provide housing and schools in partnership with Muslim leaders?  The same Muslim community who produced actual British Citizens that bombed their own fellow citizens on London trains and buses?

I actually lived in Wapping.  A Muslim girl living in government housing once told me that Osama Bin Laden would have never organized the the World Trade Center attacks.  she did not believe he had anything to do with it.

she was a classic example of common Muslim folks in London who get all their information from the local Mosque, and never need to integrate as long as they have comfortable housing and other state benefits.

...the day we were bombed was one fucking scary and sad day.  how's that for "multi-culturalism"?

I have to say, I've got a lot of great friends in London who have integrated and rejected the extremism, so i have to put a word in for them.  further, my wife is the daughter of Sri Lankan immigrants and loyal to the Queen through and through.  I would not have my family if Great Britain did not open its arms to immigrants.

that said, the State of Islam that is allowed to fester on the East End (and in Manchester) is outrageous.  Taxpayers are literally helping to finance their own deaths.  unbelievable.

Precisely. The really, desperately, tragic part is that while the muslim nutters are quite few in number nobody dares to oppose them.

Not the government*, Not the police and certainly not the normal muslims who do not like their children stabbed, the car torched or petrol poured through the letterbox at night. It is like "the authorities" *want* the European muslims to end the same way as the European jews when some real bastard eventually rises on popular anger.

*) Obama, supposedly the president of the strongest 1'st world power, was prostrating himself over some random nutter threatening with burning the koran. It is totally sick, stupid and crazy.

If you do not want to use your legal rights to defend your property that's your business.  Intentionally shooting someone who is defending their property from someone who is trying to steal it is completely incoherent.  So you think the life of the burglar is more important than the life of the owner.  If you really have a moral problem with shooting someone for stealing, then the fact you think it is OK to shoot someone who is legally defending their property is insane.

Wed, 10/06/2010 - 19:54 | 630807 minus dog

Would I shoot someone trying to take my car?

Depends.  Is my kid or other family member in it?  Am I in it?  How, exactly, are they going about doing it?  Is there a chance that they're going to try to run me over with it?

Where am I, and am I screwed if I'm stranded there? (serious question, I've nearly had my vehicle stolen or destroyed a couple day's walk into the mountains, and that's no joke)

For that matter, is there something in it I cannot replace, that would make it hard to keep food on my table?  How about the car itself - there is no magical car fairy who comes and gives you a new car.

I have morals.  I also, like most people, have to live in the real world where things like this have consequences.

No different than before.

Every period has a time when people are most tested. How you behave during these times is what defines you most. It's not during leisure when great people arise. Being moral while watching tv isn't exactly being moral.

You're focused on living. So is everybody. Nothing special there. No thoughts on a life worth living? Is there no thing or no person you would risk your life for?

Right, so if you can afford a car (because it is the most cost effective way to get to work) you should do nothing if you catch someone trying to steal your car. Then find out later after you have rented a car or bummed rides for 3 weeks that the insurance does not cover what you owe on it. So you have the pleasure of getting fucked over because you are too much of a humanitarian to bring yourself to stopping the poor disadvantaged car thief who just needs your car for crack money or the flee the state.

I would beat the fucking shit out of anyone I see trying to steal a car.

I see a way to reconcile both viewpoints.  Fire a warning shot first.  If the would-be car thief doesn't get the message and get the heck out of Dodge, then by all means, go ahead and make your local mortician happy.

Then take me out. You want to decide who stays and who goes, but I think you don't have the guts to do anything about it. But you do have that level of arrogance to think you make such judgements.  You are just another whiner on an internet board who thinks they can judge who is good and who is bad.

You won't even stand up for your personal property ownership rights apparently. Let the insurance company handle it. What a joke. Lose the avatar.

Way to just spout off about shit you haven't the slightest clue about.  I live in Louisville and am glad to see he put up a link from our local news crew.  It was a story I watched on our evening news, and it was a pathetic scene indeed.

Were they behind on their payments?? Probably.  But, were the payments even due to the bank performing the foreclosure--if not, then what was done was ILLEGAL.  This is the crux of the entire crashing United States system. Either the laws on the books apply or they don't.  And if they do, they apply as written, not to only one class of people.  And you don't just change them because it's convenient for your cronies (read: political & banking criminals).

Wed, 10/06/2010 - 16:42 | 630364 ncontrol

I agree.  My problems were more about the post being misleading by saying the locksmith was a thug, and the lady was not in foreclosure.  Banks should follow the same laws we do. I should have stated it more clearly in my original comment.

Attitude_Check's picture

You need to go back and re-listen.  The Lady was 3 months behind in payments NOT IN FORCLOSURE!  What was done is illegal.  She doesn't have to answer the door if she doesn't want to - unless it is a officer of the law knocking.  Yes following the laws are important - all of them.  Banks and thier employees do not get a pass.
