The application of this new ordinance is going to be interesting. I hope the companies concerned are engaged and use their own security officers instead of waiting for the MPD to protect your business and the protection of private enterprise, private business ownership and their interests is not a public service. I hope the purpose of this new scraps para orkut is to protect people and help them feel more secure and less threatened, while out shopping, partying or doing business in the center or elsewhere. These beggars know the market well. If you are outside the business district, I hope to go directly to the rich neighborhoods and live in a box there. If they go to the bells and start to beg and get a dollar, are in danger of being assaulted  on the same days and times. If you saw one in my neighborhood I and some of my neighbors would be very tempted to feed them as they do stray dogs roaming the streets. If you feed a dog, but who nevertheless have a tendency to come back for more again and again.
